Next Morning in the bureau…..
All were busy with their works…..Only Purvi was the one who was eagerly waiting for someone and was looking at the door in between her work. Shreya noticed this and smiled to herself. All were busy in their works when a voice interrupted them…And a happy smile crept on all faces.
Voice- Senior Inspector Rajat reporting on duty Sir !
All were happy to see him back in the bureau. Acp Sir saw him ,smiled and patted his shoulder.
Acp- Ab kaise ho Rajat?
Rajat- Ab bilkul theek hu Sir aur aapke saamne hu.
Acp(Smiled)- Mujhe pura vishwas tha ki tum jld se jld theek hoke bureau wapas aaoge.
Rajat- Kaise nhi aata Sir…Aap sbke hote hue kaise mujhe kuch ho jaata.
Acp- Haan…..Ye bhi hai. Khair main jaanta hu mere bête itne bhi kamzor nhi ki ek goli lagne se toot jaaye.
Rajat smiled. Others also greeted him and asked for his wellbeing. But , He was looking for one face which he hadn't seen so far. Abhijeet and Daya smiled on seeing him searching for Purvi. Abhijeet looked at Purvi and saw her smiling widely and was looking at Rajat and a smile crept on his face. He signalled Daya towards her and he also smiled. Daya thought something and went towards her and kept his hand on her head. Purvi looked at him and smiled.
Daya- Hamesha aise hi muskarati raha karo. Achchi lagti ho.
Purvi- Thank you Sir.
Daya(smiled)- Ye batao…Kise dekh rhi ho?
Purvi(looked down)-K… Kisi ko nhi.
Daya- Sach mein…? Abhi toh tum Rajat ko dekh rhi thi….haan.
Purvi- Nahi Sir…aisa kuch nhi hai.
Daya- Main jaanta hu ki kya hai aur kya nahi….Jab rajat hospital mein tha toh tum pareshan thi aur ab khush ho…..Hai na ?
Purvi smiled and nodded her head in Yes. Daya too smiled and said….
Daya- Toh milogi nhi rajat se ?
Purvi(smiled)- Mil lungi na Sir. Aur aap plz unhe daantiyega ki wo agli baar aisa kuch na karein.
Daya smiled and patted her head….
Daya- Haan…..Bilkul. Daant khane ka kaam toh kiya hai usne….Meri behen ko rulaya hai usne.
Meanwhile…Rajat too came to their side and heard Daya.
Rajat- Kisne kisko rulaya Sir ?
Daya- Kisi ne meri behen ko rulaya aur ab usey saza bhi milegi.
Rajat- Sir…..Aapki behen? Kabhi bataya nhi aapne ?
Daya(smiled)- Tumhare Saamne toh khadi hai.
Rajat looked at Purvi…
Rajat- Purvii…..Purvi aapki behen hai?
Daya- Haan…! Aur haan…Apni behen ki aankhon mein aansu bardasht nhi mujhe.
Rajat understood why Daya was saying so and he smiled.
Rajat- Main dhyaan rakhunga Sir.
At this Purvi looked at him and smiled.
Daya- Jaanta hu Rajat.
And he left from there pressing his hand on Rajat's shoulder. Rajat smiled as he knew why Daya did this.
Purvi- Ab aap theek toh hai na ?
Rajat- Tumse kaha tha na maine ki bahut jld theek hoke wapas aaunga. So…..i'm back.
Purvi(smiled)- Main jaanti thi ki aapko kuch nhi hoga.
Rajat- Toh ro kyun rhi thi aur Khud ko dosh kyun de rahi thi?
Purvi was surprised at this question by him and just stared at him for some seconds. Rajat noticed her and kept his hand on her head…..
Rajat- Sach bolna Purvi…..
Purvi had tears iin her eyes yet she composed herself and replied back…
Purvi- Mujhe bachane ke chakkar mein hi toh aapko lagi. Agar aapko kuch ho jaata toh main khud ko kabhi maaf nhi kar paati.
Rajat- Lekin kuch hua nahi na ? Phir kyun ro rhi ho?
Purvi- Ab mujhme kuch khone ki himmat nahi hai . Pehle papa the aur ab aap mere dost hain…..Nahi khona chahti thi aapko. Aur is baar agar aapko kho deti toh shayad phir se khadi nhi ho paati.
By now she was crying. Even Rajat had tears in his eyes. He hold her hands and she looked at him. He pressed her hands in his….
Rajat- Purvii…Meri taraf dekho.
Purvi looked at him….
Rajat- Purvi…..Maine kaha tha na tumse ki kabhi khud ko akela mat samajhna. Main hamesha tumhare saath rahunga. Aur main jaanta hu jab tak tum mere saath ho…..Mujhe kuch nhi hoga.
Purvi smiled thru tears.
Rajat – Acha ab rona band karo. Agar Daya sir ne dekh liya toh chhodenge nhi mujhe.
And he laughed. This made purvi laugh too.
Rajat- Keep smiling always. Achchi lagti ho.
Purvi too smiled. Duo who were behind them heard their convo and smiled to each-other.
Daya- Mujhe pura vishwas hai Abhijeet…..Rajat hamari Purvi ko hamesha khush rakhega.
Abhijeet(smiled)- Haan Daya…..Bahut achcha hai Rajat. Pura khayal rakhega wo Purvi ka. Isse achcha ladka nahi mil skta hamari Purvi ke liye.
Daya- Haan Sahi kaha…..Bas ye dono izhaar kar lein jldi hi.
Abhijeet- Kar lenge Daya. Waqt dete hai inhe.
And they left from there. Rajat too moved to his desk after making sure that Purvi is not crying now.
Purvi kept looking at him and was thinking…..
"Rajat Sir…..Main aapko kuch nhi hone dungi. Aur hamesha aapke saath rahungi….I promise. Aur Aap theek hai ….mere saamne hai…..isse zyada mujhe kuch nhi chahiye"
A/n:- I know …..i know…..This is the super short update by me. I'm really sorry guys. I know its been 10 days after the last update. I'l try to update soon. Working on 4 different stories ….So…its taking time. I'll make sure that next update is longer.
