Chapter 11 - 3 Months & 3 Weeks Later

Kim's POV

I am now 1 week away from my due date, Everly & Malcolm have everything for the baby, I havent spoken to Jack or the Brewers probably in 3 & a half months, there was a few times after the incident with Jack and Lindsay times when I see Jack around and he's nice to me and asks how the baby is, but when Lindsay showed up he was always mean, so eventually I just ignored him full stop. And just yesterday I had a clay casting of my stomach for a memory.

"So how is everything?" My friend Julie asked when her, Grace, Milton & Jerry.

"Okay I guess, just cant wait for this baby to be out, I wanna get back to my old size, I liked being a size 6." I sai and she chuckled.

"Have you spoken to Jack?" Milton asked me and I shook my head. "He's been asking about you?" He stated and I looked at him confused.

"Really?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yeah, and then Lindsay comes along and he doesnt mention a thing, I swear she has him wrapped around her finger." Grace stated and I nodded. "Anyway, we're glad your okay." She said and I smiled.

"Yeah, cant wait till this is all over and I can just get back to normal." I said and they nodded.

Jack's POV

"Hey Shaun, Jack, Lorna, Amelia, Buster, come down for a minute please." Mum yelled up the stairs.

"Whats up?" Shaun asked as we sat at the kitchen table.

"We wanna talk to you about something." Gabriella said smiling. "How would you feel about an addition to the family."

"Can I get a puppy?" Amelia asked.

"No, but how about a new baby brother or sister." Mum said smiling.

"What?" I asked.

"We want to have a baby." Gabriella stated.

"Can I cuddle it?" Amelia asked.

"Yes." They answered.

"Feed it?" She asked.

"Yes," They answered.

"Take it to school?" She asked.

"No." They answered.

"Oh well, thats amazing." Amelia said smiling and they smiled.

"Yeah, great!" Lorna stated smiling.

"Jack?" Gabriella asked me.

"I cant believe it, this is so disgusting." I said standing up, "I'm gonna have a sibling younger than my own child!" I said annoyed.

"You dont even care about that kid." Shaun stated.

"And how would you know?" I asked him annoyed.

"The fact that you have been nothing but cold towards Kim the pass 4 months, and dont even wanna know how the baby is." He said and I rolled my eyes and walked up to my room.

Kim's POV - 2am - Sunday, 11th August 2013

I rolled about tossing and turning at the weird sensation in my stomach, then I felt this aching pain.

"Ow!" I screamed and my dad & Alicia ran in.

"Kim, are you okay?" Dad asked and I shook my head in pain and it stopped.

"Is it contractions?" Alicia asked and I nodded.

"I think so." I said and my dad lift up the quilt and the bed was getting wet.

"Oh I think your waters broke, we need to get you to the hospital." Dad said.

"Jase, ring an ambulance quick!" Alicia said and rubbed my back, "Right Kim come on now, Breath in and out, like you learned in them classes." She said and I nodded.

Gabriella's POV

I woke up to the sound of an ambulance, I got out of bed and looked out the window and saw an ambulance at the Crawford house.

"Phoebe! Phoebs!" I said and she looked at me. "Somethings happening, an ambulance is at Kim's." I said and ran into Jack's room, "Jack! Come on Get up!" I said and he looked at me annoyed, "Ambulance at Kim's!" I said.

Alicia's POV

"Alicia!" A voice exclaimed as I watched the paramedics put Kim onto the ambulance, I turned and saw Phoebe stood on her garden whilst Gabriella was at the door, "Whats wrong?" She asked concerned.

"Kim's in labour," I said as Jason got on the ambulance and I looked at him, "I'll drive down with the kids now." I said and he nodded as the paramedics shut the doors and the ambulance drove away.

Jack's POV

"Well?" I asked as Mum & Gabs came into the house.

"Kim's in labour, listen Jack, why dont you just go back to sleep and we'll wake you when we hear out." Mum said and I sighed laying on the sofa.

Kim's POV

"Arrhhh!" I screamed in the delivery room.

"Okay Kim." Bethany Watson, my doctor said looking at me down there, "We've given you some drugs and your now 10 cm, the baby is coming." She said.

"No! please god no!" I screamed holding onto my dads hand whilst Alicia held my other hand, Everly & Malcolm were up in the screening room or something next door, its high up and they can see and here everything thats going on.

"Okay, you need to push now Kim, come on sweetie." The doctor said and I let out a blood piercing scream as I pushed. "Okay come on sweetie, I need you to push now until I get to from 10 to 1, 10, 9, 8, 7-" She started.

"6,5,4,3,2,1!" I rushed and took a breath.

"Okay, the baby is crowning now Kim, I need you to push as hard as you can." She said.

"Come on honey you can do it." Dad said stroking my hair and I pushed harder.

"Arrhhh!" I screamed whilst crying, I stopped pushing and took a breath that was taken away when I heard a baby's cry,

"Congratulations, you have a little girl." Dr Watson said to me as the nurse wrapped her up and handed her to me and I smiled.

"Oh my god." I said looking at her as she squirmed. "Hiya princess." I said to her softly.

"She's gorgeous." Alicia said smiling with tears in her eyes and I laughed a little still crying.

"Well done." Bethany said smiling, "She's beautiful." She said and I smiled and looked at Everly & Malcolm who were smiling, I looked back at my daughter and frowned.

"I'm gonna miss you." I said quietly to her and kissed her forehead.

"Okay, we're gonna take her to get cleaned up, and take you back to your room." The nurse told me taking away my daughter and I frowned as they wheeled me into my room, the same nurse returned and handed me my daughter,

"She's so amazing." I said crying.

"Kimmy?" Kiara said at the door with Kaylie & Justin and I smiled and motioned for them to come in.

"Come meet your niece." I said and they smiled. I looked at her and frowned.

"Whats wrong? Why are you crying?" Dad asked me concerned.

"I don't wanna say goodbye to her," I said upset.

"You dont have to if your dont wanna." He said to me.

"But thats not fair to Everly & Malcolm, they've wanted this for 5yrs, I cant just take it away." I said to him.

"Kim, if you want to keep your daughter, there not gonna blame you for that." Alicia reasured me and I looked back at my daughter and smiled.

"Knock knock." Everly said from the door and I looked up at them to see them smiling, I frowned at them apologetically and they knew what I meant.
