Something was amiss. He had felt unusually holey for a while, but had dismissed is as a side effect from being surrounded by weak hearted fools.
Still, something felt miss and he no longer believed it to be boredom.
The snake beside his feet moved restlessly, as if she could feel his annoyance.
"Easy, my darling, we will find out what this is about."

Jennie huffed as she pulled the couch back in place; she'd spent the early hours cleaning out the living room from floor to ceiling.
"Hi there, what are you… oh darling, are you okay?"
She smiled lazily at the black haired wizard.
"It's not good to do heavy lifting and pushing without breakfast", she muttered sheepishly.
"Heh, of course it's not! C'mon, I'll make you an omelet."
She squealed when he picked her up.
"No! I can walk fine on my own!"
"Oh hush! You know you like it!" he laughed and strolled down to the kitchen, grinning madly at her.
"You are a weird man Mr Black."
"For your eyes only darling", he grinned and kissed her.
"Silly", Jennie laughed as Sirius sat her down on a chair.
"Love you."
"Love you too."
She watched him as he made her lunch; he looked to be in total peace even though the times were hard, and she admired him for it.

He did not understand who had figured his secret out, but when he did, the person would suffer. Raising his wand, he cast a spell; it zoomed the area and the many bubbles lit up, showing him events that had since long happened. He recognized one face, the silly little boy who was in his way. The two men would be easy to find. Then, another face rose among the bubbles, dizzy and not completely there; it was a memory from the men. He smirked and watched as the female face became just a little clearer; blonde hair, blue eyes, a pretty face. She would also be easy to find.
He was sure he was mistaking when yet another face lit up; the one of his most trusted servant.
He had some planning to do.

"Okay, so we are minus five Horcruxes… how do we kill that snake? And what do we do about Harry? And – mphf!"
"Relax love, it's all under control. Severus is whipping together a potion that will separate the Horcrux from Harry, and then we kill it. The snake I don't know about, but we'll deal with it when the time is right. For now, come to bed."
Jennie sighed and let Sirius undress her, then she undressed him and they tumbled between the sheets.
"Sirius?"
"Hm?"
"I… I'm depressingly tired… and horny."
He laughed and slipped a hand up her leg.
"Are you now? How lovely."
They didn't speak for quite some time but Jennie really didn't mind.

"Sso, Sseveruss… you only acted to make the old man think you are sstill loyal to him, yess?"
"Yes My Lord, I thought it was your wish for me to remain a spy."
He felt actual relief at the words his follower spoke, and when he prodded his servant's mind, he found no reason whatsoever to doubt him.
"I'm pleassed, Sseveruss, you may leave and continue gathering information."
"Thank you My Lord."
He decided to play out one of his cards.
"But before you leave… I want you to find thiss woman for me, sshe iss of value, I ssusspect."
He flicked his wand and the dizzy image of the woman appeared.
"Of course, My Lord. Dead or alive?"
"Alive, I wish to question her mysself."
"I understand My Lord."

"Black!"
Sirius shot up from the mattress, grabbed his wand, magicked on his pants and slipped outside before Jennie could awake.
"Yes?"
Severus looked distressed, and it threw Sirius off to see the otherwise collected man like that.
"Somehow, I do not know how, He has found out about Jennie, and he seems to want to question her; I am to find her. We need a plan. Now."
"Well, fuck."
"Indeed."
"What's the problem? We'll set something up, pretend that you seek me out and whisk me away too him, easy peasy, 'cause when I'm in I can kill the snake."
Sirius closed his eyes and turned around; Jennie stood in the doorway dressed in his shirt and with her long hair tousled.
"It's too risky; he'll be able to see everything! You have no shields whatsoever!" he protested and she smiled wryly.
"Oh, but I have; womanly charms, darling, that can take me a long way. Don't you trust me?"
He snorted when she laughed.
"Of course I do! I fucking love you!"
"Then, there is no problem. Just teach me how to pull thoughts forth and back and I'll be fine; if he sees what he wants, or think he wants, he'll leave me be."
Sirius shook his head.
"You're crazy."
"Hah! Like you aren't!" she huffed and gave him an amused look before turning to the black clothed man.
"I trust you as well, Severus, you'll be in the shadows, play your part and we'll all be fine. I have a really good feeling about this."
Sirius couldn't help but chuckle.
"You're barking mad."

Harry stared at Jennie, looked towards his godfather who seems amused and then threw his hands in the air.
"Are you fucking serious?!"
Jennie giggled.
"Ah, no, not right now…"
"Ew! That's so not what I meant Jennie!"
"I know kid, but you have to chill; we have it all worked out, it'll be smooth as water."
