I wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for reading this work.
It's been quite the adventure and a thrill to have such a responsive and receptive audience. Believe it or not I thought I would have to abandon this piece by Chapter 5, there was so much working against it. With all the alterations to characters I made, the complex plot, the detail, the concepts and finally a very dark Ciel, I was told it would never work.
I've never been so happy to be proven wrong in my life.
Now before you go I have two announcements to make.
1.) This isn't the end. I have a Sequel coming in May to this series; yes I plan to release it on the Anniversary of the start of this piece. There will also be a special chapter posted to this piece on that date. Be on the look out!
2.) The Prequel will be well under way, "Bottle Shock," I would suggest starting that one, since I will be referencing what occurs there and believe me when I tell you this series will come full circle soon.
Any Recipes seen you will have citations bellow, since I can't post the links I have a work cited portion. The only recipes that aren't there are the Coffee Éclairs and Amalie. The Ricotta Cheese Cake is different in the citation. Just follow the note for the marbling.
You have all been wonderful and I hope you continue with me onto Book II and in the Prequel.

Ash's version is slightly modified, but this is the general idea, I found this recipe a little sweet, I suggest using tart apples in combination with sweet ones.

I used raw sugar and butter to add a little flair and substituted the yogurt for fresh whipped cream.

For this recipe pulls a portion out of it, about a third of the filling, mix it with the cherries. Add a touch of amaretto, I did this to taste so I don't really have a specific amount.
