Chapter 23 - Something Magical

Kim's POV

Our lips fit together like, like magic, like they were meant to be, I sighed inwardly as our lips worked together in sync, I wrapped my arms around my neck as Jack had his around my waist and lift me off the ground and I wrapped my legs around his waist moving my hair to one side as we broke apart as Jack laid me on the bed and hovered on top of me and started kissing my neck,

"Oh god!" I moaned.

"Actually my names Jack," He smirked against my neck and I rolled my eyes,

"Shut up!" I said and pulled him back up to my lips and he chuckled slightly, I grabbed the bottom of his shirt in my hands and he got the hint and stradled my waist pulling his shirt over his head and my breath hitched as I got sight of his chest and pulled him back down to me, I felt his hands on my shirt and sat up so he could take it off, it joined the pile on the floor, I sighed in relief at the skin to skin contact, Jack's lips attacked my neck again, kissing, licking & sucking, "Oh my god!" I moaned gripping his hair and felt him smile against my neck, I felt his hands start to work on my pants when I realised what in fact was about to happen, "Wait, Jack!" I said gently pushing him up as I sat up,

"Whats wrong? Are you okay?" He asked,

"We cant do this," I stated,

"Why not?" He asked,

"Because, the last time this happened, Kaitlyn happened, and I really don't think I'm ready to be honest and I know that that sounds stupid but-" I started but he cut me of with a soft kiss,

"Its okay, I understand and I dont think I'm ready either, I don't want us to do anything we're not ready for," He said and I smiled thankfully, "Here," He said handing me my shirt and I blushed putting it on as he put his on,

"Thanks," I whispered,

"I should get going before my mum starts to worry," He said and I nodded as we both walked downstairs and he opened the front door and looked at me, "I'll see you tomorrow yeah?" He asked and I nodded smiling as he leaned in and gave me a soft kiss before heading home, I shut the door and slid down it smiling before letting out a squeal,

Jack's POV - The Next Day - 10am

"Good morning," I said walking downstairs into the kitchen,

"Morning," Mum said,

"Whats got you all cheery this morning?" Gabriella asked,

"Nothing, just had a nice night," I said,

"You were there at dinner yesterday right?" Lorna asked me confused and I rolled my eyes,

"Morning people," Shaun said walking into the house,

"Hey what did you and Dalia do after you left last night?" Gabriella asked smirking,

"We just talked," He lied,

"Really 'Cause that didnt seem like talking what me & Kim saw you both doing in the backseat of your car last night," I stated and he glared,

"Busted," Lorna smirked,

"Speaking of Kim, you were over there a while Jack, what did you do?" Mum asked and I blushed,

"Um, nothing we just, talked," I said,

"Really, I just used that excuse," Shaun stated raising an eye brow,

"Whoa look at the time I gotta go see Kim- Kaitlyn I mean Kaitlyn & Kim," I said and hurried out the door,

Phoebe's POV

"He's hiding something," I stated after Jack ran out,

"I'm sure it has nothing to do with the lip gloss on his lips last night," Lorna said and we all looked at her,

"What?" Gabs said,

"When Jack got back from walking Kim home, he had some lip gloss smudged on his lips," She explained,

"Really now." Shaun smirked,

"Hmm, I wonder what happened," Gabriella said looking at me knowingly,

"Yeah same here," I said and went back to washing dishes,

Kim's POV

I yawned as I woke up and looked at the clock 10am! Kaitlyn! I hurried got up and ran into Kaitlyn's room to see her lay down in her crib looking around,

"There's my little angel," I said and picked her up, "Who's 1 month old today, you are, oh your getting so big arnt you," I said in a baby voice and kissed her on the cheek, I walked back into my room and placed her upwards on my pillow with some cushions surrounding her, "Right Kaitlyn Brewer, what is mama gonna wear today?" I asked her whilst looking through my closet, I settled on some white shorts and a pink off the shoulder shirt with a white tank top under it and some silver sandals, and I curled the bottom of my hair, I walked into Kaitlyn's room and picked out some clothes for her, I settled on a piglet onesie, I dressed her and walked downstairs and saw that my dad and the others were already back,

"Hey sunshine," Dad said and kissed mine & Kaitlyn's foreheads,

"Hey daddy, Alicia, the rest of ya, how's grandma & grandad?" I asked them,

"Good, Your grandmother said she wants you to take Kaitlyn up to visit her for a few days when you can," He said and I nodded,

"So how did it go last night?" Alicia asked me,

"With Jack's grandad, good, with his grandma, bad." I stated,

"Why what happened?" Justin asked, as I sat down on the dinner table next to him holding Kaitlyn,

"Well, she kept making comments and sly digs about me, I said I do Karate and she said she doesnt like girls who do karate, and I said I do gymnastics and she said girls only do gymnastics to get guys into bed, but when Shaun's girlfriend Dalia said she does gymnastics she said its okay because she's 18," I stated, "And then she accused me

of making Jack chose between Lindsay and Kaitlyn," I said sighing,

"Oh my god, I have the right mind to go round there and say something to her," Alicia said,

"Nah it's fine, Jack said he's gonna speak to her about it anyways so," I shrugged and someone knocked on the door,

"I'll get it," Kaylie said and opened the door, "Hey Jack, Kim! Jack's here," She said and I smiled at him,

"Hi," I said and he smiled,

"Hi," He stated,

"Are we missing something here?" Dad asked looking between us,

"No, um," I said as I put Kaitlyn into her stroller, "Me & Jack are gonna take Kaitlyn to the park for a bit," I said putting on my jacket and putting my phone in my pocket, "We'll be back soon," I said pushing the stroller out whilst pulling Jack out quickly and shutting the door and we began to walk to the park,

"So, you okay?" Jack asked awkwardly and I nodded,

"Yeah, you?" I asked him and he nodded,

"Listen, I'm gonna go speak to my grandmother soon, and I asked my dad if he could have Kaitlyn for the day," He explained,

"Why?" I asked as we came to a stop at the swings and both got on one with the stroller between us and we just swayed back and forth,

"Because, I'm taking you out," He stated,

"Really now?" I asked smirking,

"Yes, I am," He said,

"I don't remember you asking me that," I said, and he sighed,

"Fine, will you, Kimberly Crawford go on our first official date, which is long overdue?" He asked and I smiled,

"Um yeah, I guess," I smirked and he smiled pulling me in for a kiss and I smiled into it, and we broke apart when we heard a giggle and we looked at Kaitlyn and saw her smiling a proper smile for the first official time and I giggled, this, us, me, Jack & Kaitlyn, It's definately, something Magical.

3rd person POV

What Kim & Jack didn't know was that someone in the shadows was watching them from behind the church, someone who saw them kiss and didnt like it, someone who was determined to break this happy little family, apart, someone who wants revenge,

"Hey where have you been?" Their dad asked,

"Went out for a walk," They answered,

"Okay, well your breakfast is on the table," Their mum stated,

"Thanks mum," They answered sitting down,

"You welcome Lindsay..."

Hope you like it! And Kim & Jack are official going on a date! Yeah!, and I almost didn't upload today, because something sad happened, a friend of mine from primary, not gonna use his really name so lets call him, Johnny, his older brother, who I also went to school with, committed suicide on Good Friday, I know it may seem stupid that I'm upset, its just, I've never known someone so young to commit suicide, I mean, my sister tried to commit suicide but luckily she survived,
