Chapter 27 - New Years & New Starts

Kim's POV - New Years Eve

"Hey Bob, can I get a hot chocolate please." I said as I walked into the cafe and he nodded,

"Coming right up," He said as I sat down on one of the chairs with Kaitlyn's stroller next to me and I took her out and placed her on my knee, and I started playing with her when Bob put my hot chocolate down, I went to get my money when a very familiar voice went..

"I'll get that," I looked up and saw Lindsay handing some money to Bob who smiled and walked away,

"What do you want Lindsay?" I asked as she sat down next to me,

"I um... You see... Its just-" She trailored,

"Spit it out Lindsay," I said getting annoyed,

"I'm tired of fighting," She stated, and I looked at her,

"Are you kidding me Lindsay, your the one that been fighting the pass year, not me," I said,

"I know, its just, you can understand why I was upset, I mean you slept with my boyfriend-" I cut her off,

"Jack wasnt your boyfriend when I did that with him, and please dont mention that infront of Kaitlyn," I said kissing Kaitlyn's forehead as she played with a baby toy on my lap,

"I know, I know, your right I wasnt with Jack then, and I had no reason to be annoyed, I get that, and everything I've done the pass year, I'm sorry about, I'm sorry about everything," She said and I looked at her,

"Why now Lindsay?" I asked,

"Because I miss my best friend," She said honestly,

"Well you seem to have a lot of best friends, all them girls you've hung out with," I stated,

"I know but, they were never my real friends, they were just some stuck up girls from school, and since I didnt have my best friend, I figured it wouldnt hurt to have fake friends," She stated and I shoke my head chuckling and she smiled, "Look I am sorry about everything, and about how mean I was about Kaitlyn, she really is beautiful," She said looking at Kaitlyn smiling and I looked at her aswel and smiled, she was getting frustrated whilst trying to eat a toy, and me & Lindsay chuckled at her,

"I'm probably biased because I'm her mother, but she is isnt she," I said and we chuckled again and I kissed Kaity's forehead and I looked at Lindsay who was smiling and Kaitlyn, "You wanna hold her?" I asked and she looked at me a bit taken back,

"Really? Me?" She asked scared and I nodded,

"Yeah," I responded,

"But I dont know how to hold a baby." She asked and I chuckled,

"You, of all people, your family is massive and you have a ton of babies in your family," I said and she nodded tilting her head in at 'True' way, "Here," I said handing Kaitlyn carefully over to Lindsay who nervously held her in her arms, Kaitlyn smiled at her with her big eyes and Lindsay smiled as I drank my hot chocolate,

Jack's POV

I was sat down in the living room when someone knocked on the door, I stood up and walk over to the door and opening it to see Kim & the stroller, and I immediately smiled,

"Hey come in," I said moving aside and helping her bring the stroller in and I shut the front door turning around and kissing her for a moment, "You know you dont have to knock, you can just come in," I stated once we pulled away,

"I know, but I feel rude doing that," She said shrugging,

"Your not being rude, I promise," I said kissing her forehead making her smile and I then nelt down and picked up Kaitlyn from the stroller and she smiled squaling and I smiled, "How's my baby girl doing?" I asked cradling her to my chest and grabbed hold of Kim's hand pulling her over to the couch and I sat down with Kim next to me cuddling up and Kaitlyn sat on my lap looking at us, "So, we've now been dating for 4 months & 1 day, and I was thinking that since we couldnt do anything to celebrate yesterday, tonight before midnight, I'm gonna take you somewhere for us to celebrate our anniversary before new years, And since everyone's gonna be at home farm, both our families will be there to look after Kaitlyn until we get back, which will be around 10 to 12," I said to Kim who looked at me smiling,

"Yeah, I like that idea," She said and I smiled again kissing her forehead and she giggled laying her head on my shoulder, "Oh, I forgot to tell you something, um, in the cafe, Lindsay came up to me-" She started,

"What did she do now?" I asked annoyed,

"No nothing, nothing at all, except apologise, she explained to me that she's tired of arguing and I told her its her own fault and basically, we called a truce, to stop all fighting now," She told me and bit her lip, "How do you feel about that?" She asked,

"Well, aslong as she doesnt give us any trouble and stops with the snide remarks and digs about you & Kaitlyn, then I guess I agree," I said and she smiled giving me a kiss on the lips, "Not that I mind but, What was that for?" I asked her smiling,

"Just because I love you," She said and I smiled giving her another kiss,

Phoebe's POV

"So, when are we gonna tell the kids?" Niall asked me & Gabs,

"Tonight, just before midnight," I said smiling,

"I really cant wait! I cant believe this is actually happening!" Gabriella said overjoyed,

Kim's POV - 11pm

"Okay, the fireworks will start dead on midnight, food and drinks are in the house, have fun," The owner of home farm said into a microphone and everyone started talking and mingling, I was talking to Grace when all of a sudden arms wrapped around my waist and I smiled,

"Grace, do you mind if I steal my girl for a bit?" He asked Grace who smiled nodding,

"Have fun," She said winking and walked over to Jerry,

"Come on," Jack said grabbing my hand and pulling me out of the house, we walked for about 10 minutes until we made it back to the main road and he led me to behind the church and down the path for the old house that we had our first date at,

"What are we doing here?" I asked,

"Well, this place, its our place isnt it, our spot, so I figured it would be nice to celebrate our anniversary here," He said pulling me over to the door and he opened it, he had again put candles all over the place and a blanket placed on the floor with a pillow, and an ipod docking station,

"This is amazing," I said as he put his phone into the docking station and You & I by One Direction came out of the speakers on low volume,

I figured it out

"May I have this dance?" He asked me holding out my hand and I smiled nodding and taking his hand and he put his hand on my waist as mine went around his neck.

"This is amazing Jack," I said as we swayed to the music,

"Your amazing Kim, I hope you know that," He said smiling at me,

"I love you, I love you more than anything in this world, other than Kaitlyn, I cant imagine how my life would be now without the both of you in it, even though we're young, I dont regret what we did, because it gave us Kaitlyn, and it gave us this life long connection," He said looking into my eyes,

"I love you too, When we met, I never thought that we would end up here, now, I remember when Lindsay told me she was dating you, I told her that your werent good enough, but I know now that, you are so good enough, I cant believe everything we've overcome this pass year, Its been the most hectic year of my life and I could of never have gotten through it if it wasnt for you," I said smiling at him with love and admiration,

"You & Kaitlyn are my family now, the 3 of us, together, are a family, and we always will be, and I know deep down in my heart that we will be together always, people say we're too young to be in love, but the truth is, we're not, and there isnt an ounce of doubt in me that thinks we're gonna end up breaking up, because I promise you Kim, I will do everything I can to make sure I never cause you any kind of pain," He said and wiped away a tear that fell from my eye, "Why are you crying?" He asked,

"Because I love you, and I never thought that there would be someone out there who adores me the same amount I do them, hell I never thought that It was possible to love someone this much until you & Kaitlyn came into my life, Kaitlyn is my world, she's our daughter and I love her more than anything, and even though the love I have for her overwhelms me so much, the love I have for you overwhelms me a lot more, because this love is different, Im in love with Kaitlyn because she's my daughter, but, I'm in love with you more than I thought possible," I said and he kissed me.

The kiss soon deepened as we stopped swaying and we pulled apart after a moment and looked into each others eyes, and I knew, in that moment, that I was ready, I took of my Jacket throwing it into a direction clear of candles and started to undo Jack's shirt when his hands grabbed mine and I looked at him, "Are you sure?" He asked me cautiously and I nodded, "Yeah, I'm sure, I'm ready," I said and he kissed me and I gasp as his arm swiped under my legs and picked me up bridal style,

He layed me down on the blanket with my head resting on the pillow and I sat up pushing his shirt of his shoulder, he through it to my jacket and I felt his hand start to unzip my dress and pushed me back gently and moved my straps of my dress down placing kissing on my neck to my shoulders and moving the dress down to my stomach, and as I wasnt wearing a bra, exposing myself to him and he looked me over before his eyes connected to mine, "Your beautiful," He said and kissed me grabbing my hand and pulling them about my head...

Well, there you have it, that was when they finally took it to the next level, anyway, I have 1 more chapter and then a sequel, so keep your eyes pealed! xx
