I woke to darkness, for a second I actually thought I was blind but in reality my eyes were just extremely heavy. I scowled in frustration as I tried to push my eyes open. I groaned and tossed until I gathered up enough strength to keep my eyes opened for more than a second, I was too scared to blink for fear that I wouldn't be able to open my eyes again.I took the time to look at where I was, the last thing I remembered was falling onto Jack, anything after that was too fuzzy to piece together. I was in a small room, with enough space for a bed, desk and wardrobe, I sat up on the bed and too my right was an open door that led to a bathroom. If I didn't know any better this would be accommodation. I headed straight for the room door, it wasn't locked but just outside the door was barriers, locked barriers, and on the other side of these barriers was corridors, grey gloomy corridors. I went back in and immediately called for Sky, but the manipulator was off, not light, no nothing. I pressed a button nothing happened. I started breathing heavily, imagining the worst for Dasdre. I raced to the door and opened it again, clutching the metal barriers whilst I yelled,

"Hey! Hey! Let me out! Doctor! Kos- Master! Hey!", I banged the barriers repeatedly, trying to coax out any response, I heard footsteps approaching and not long after the Master, grinning. I huffed and went back in the room knowing he would follow, I started pacing around, thinking of different theories as to what happened. I turned and saw that he arrived in the room,

"What the hell?!", I fumed, glaring at him,

"Hi", he said simply,

I stopped pacing and glared at him, "Where is Sky?", I hissed,

"Occupied", he stated. I had it, without stopping or reconsidering I went for a right hook blow that caused him to stumble but not fall. Damn. He steadied himself and stood up straight, revealing a bloody lip,

"Where is Sky, Koschei?!", I yelled, more angry,

"You'd better think twice about hurting me, Salia, I could kill you in a heartbeat", he warned, dabbing his lip gently,

"Kill me then! Just tell me that Dasdre is safe", I ordered,

He scoffed, "So sanctimonious, just like your dear Doctor, always putting people before you", he teased. I looked at him, my shoulders dropped and a smile formed on my face, he frowned, "What?",

"Dasdre is safe", I stated, smugly,

"And you know that for sure?", he challenged,

"Yes".

We regarded each other before another question popped into my head, "Where am I?", I asked, looking around.

"The Valient", he said, proudly.

I scoffed, "How did I get here?",

"Catch", he threw me a black all over sphere, I caught it an observed it, "Snare ball", he stated.

I nodded, "You put this on Sky?",

"Yep, and brought to Earth, then here",

"Why Earth first?",

"It needed time to recharge".

I threw it back to him, "Why am I here?", I asked.

He smiled at me, warmly, "There are some people I want you to meet".

The Doctor and Jack stood tall, slightly in front of Martha as if they were trying to shield her from the Master, she scowled, she wasn't a kid and Abi had trained her well enough so that she could defend herself. The plan after Abi left was to find the Master using Tardis perception filters, but the Master saw right through it. After the President died the Doctor tried to stop the Master but he was ready for him. So it wasn't going well.

"As if a perception filter's going to work on me. And look, it's the girlie and the freak. Although, I'm not sure which one's which.", The Master scoffed, he would have continued had it not been for the rather loud interruption.

"Hey! Hey! Let me out! Doctor! Kos- Master! Hey!" A voice drifted through to everyone's ears, the Doctor glared at the Master, as did Martha and Jack, all three of them knowing that voice immediately.

"Abi", the Doctor stated, "You don't touch, don't you dare!", the Doctor growled.

The Master smiled, annoyingly and left, ordering the guards to shot the any of them who move. No hesitation.

Abi trailed behind the Master, not knowing her way around, she eyed him carefully, making sure he wasn't about to lead her to her death or something. Obviously he wasn't, she felt like he didn't want to hurt her. She got to a lift and hesitantly got in with him, he rolled his eyes at her,

"I'm not gonna hurt you",

"Well, how would I know", she argued back, lightheartedly.

The lift door slid open revealing a shining room, packed with people, mostly guards, the Master lead her to the front where she could see everyone, she stayed by him, feeling safer there than anywhere at the moment. When she got to the landing just below the steps, she could see everyone, and most importantly, Jack, the Doctor and Martha. She stared at them and approached them but the Master held his laser at her, she looked down at it, then at him, then scoffed,

"You won't hurt me", she stated, smugly.

He considered this, then nodded, "True", he aimed the laser at Jack, then fired without hesitation. Abi looked on, wincing slightly at the thud he made when he fell

"Laser screwdriver. Who'd have sonic? And the good thing is, he's not dead for long. I get to kill him again!", the Master exclaimed, Abi scowled at him but kept her eyes fixed on Jack, awaiting his revival. She sat on the steps behind her whilst the Doctor and the Master had their word dual.

"Master, just calm down. Just look at what you're doing. Just stop. If you could see yourself", the Doctor pleaded.

The Master groaned, "Oh, how to shut him up? I know. Memory Lane. Professor Lazarus. Remember him and his genetic manipulation device? What, did you think that little Tish got that job merely by coincidence? I've been laying traps for you all this time. And if I can concentrate all that Lazarus technology into one little screwdriver? But, ooo, if I only had the Doctor's biological code. Oh, wait a minute, I do.", the Master rambled on, and Abi chuckled gently, shaking her head. The Master looked at her, amused,

"Something up", he asked, Jack gasped into life, yet again, Abi glanced at him then back at the Master,

"It's just, you two", she indicated to the Doctor, "You're like Jekyll and Hyde, it's funny how you don't see it",

The Master was about to say something witty back but noticed her ankle, he frowned at it and stared at her, "What's that?",

"It's an ankle", Abi stated, rolling her eyes. The trio who were standing looked on, wondering why it was that Abi was so comfortable being near the Master. The Master sat beside her and looked at the blood around her ankle and the deep scar, he glared at her,

"Don't you care that it could get infected, where did you get it?", he said, suddenly concerned,

Abi stared at him, "Does it matter, leave it", she looked back at her friends, about to ask them what had happened when she felt a hand on her foot, she looked back at the Master, who was grasping her ankle tightly, already knowing she was going to struggle. "No, no, let go, stop it", she hissed.

A bright light surrounded her ankle and the Master's hands, she wriggled her ankle furiously, but it was too late. The light vanished and he released her, looking quite happy with himself. She glared at him,

"How many years did that take off you, genius", she hissed, "My ankle would've healed, you shouldn't have done that". She exercised her ankle.

Jack looked on furious, not with Abi, not even with the Master, just with fate. Not long before, Jack noticed her ankle, offered to helped but she brushed him off. The Master helped her by force, but now which was better? And why were they so close? He shook his head at his stupidity and walked over to Martha, determined to save at least one person. The Doctor looked on, sad, that they had this connection that him and the Master lost.

"Just stop it, stop everything, or we will", the Doctor warned. The Master looked back at him and his eyes lit up again,

"Oh yeah, where was I? Ahh yes", the Master brought out a case, showing the Doctor's bubbling hand, "I've got your hand. And if Lazarus made himself younger, what if I reverse it? Another hundred years?", Abi got up and raced to the Master, she went to stop him by grabbing the laser, but it burnt her, so she could only look on and the Doctor aged by the second. He was in so much pain, when it was over he fell to the ground. Martha and Abi immediately raced to his side, helping him up,

"Doctor, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry", Abi whispered, holding him up as much she could, he was an old man now.

"Doctor? I've got you.", Martha soothed, at his other side.

"Ah, she's a would be doctor. But tonight, Martha Jones, we've flown them in all the way from prison.", The Master mocked. At the door, Martha's family walked in, Martha got up and left the Doctors side,

"Mum?", she breathed,

Abi kept an eye on the Doctor, he was breathing heavily,

"The Toclafane. What are they? Who are they?", he growled at the Master,

"Doctor, if I told you the truth, your hearts would break.", the Master said, pretending to feel sympathy, he glanced at Abi, who had tears in her eyes. She already knew, obviously. She and Martha supported the Doctor as the Master celebrated his victory, putting some music on,

"Two minutes past. So, Earthings. Basically, er, end of the world. Here come the drums!", he announced.

The Doctor leaned towards, Martha and Abi, whispering something, Martha stepped away from the Doctor, smiling at Abi and Jack before looking at her family. She disappeared along with everyone else's way out. Jack moved towards Abi and the Doctor, helping to keep the Doctor standing,

"You should have gone", Jack hissed,

"What? And leave you all alone", she whispered, taking his hand and clutching it, he was taken aback but still held on tight, soothingly rubbing the back of her hand.

"Shall we decimate them? That sounds good. A nice word, decimate. Remove one tenth of the population!", the Masters voice boomed, Abi growled, she unclasped herself from Jack and approached him,

"You being Prime Minister was a fixed point, I can still change this", she threatened, he looked back at her,

"If you love Dasdre you won't",

She scoffed, "One minute, you hate me, the next I'm you're only friend, then you overtake Sky, then you heal my ankle. What do you want?", she hissed,

"Valiant, this is Geneva. We're getting slaughtered down here. Valiant, report. Help us. For God's sake, help us! They're everywhere!", A voice came on in the background,

"It never stops, Salia, never ever", he glared at her,

"Let me help", she begged.

"This is London, Valiant. This is London calling. What do we do? They're killing us! The Toclafane are all around. They're killing us.", Another cry for help was heard.

Abi looked at the Master, pleading with just her eyes, after a moment he went down the steps, leaving her to look at the view, the view of London burning. He dragged the Doctor up the steps and indicated a guard to drag Jack up, they were brought to where Abi stood, the Master and the Doctor on one side of her, Jack on the other. She instinctively took Jack's hand as the Master narrated their situation,

" And so it came to pass that the human race fell, and the Earth was no more. And I looked down upon my new dominion as Master of all, and I thought it good.".
