I have no words. No Excuses. Nothing more than to say how sorry I am for making people wait for so long. How long has it been since I last worked on this story? 7 months? I haven't even really been paying too much attention to my other story's either.

I won't give you all the crap saying that 'I truly meant to work on them, I just never got too it.' Even if that's true there really is no excuse for my laziness.

I am truly a sorry and I WILL finish these stories even if it's the last thing I do.

And that is a promise.

I don't own Alice in the Country of Hearts/Clover/Diamond/Mirror

(also a new game is coming out this May and it's called Wonderful Twin World and QuinRose got rid of Dee and Dum and replaced them with 'Humpty' and 'Dumpty'! *throws fit of rage*) PLEASE tell me I'm not the only one upset by this 'cause Primus know those two are my favorite characters ;3;

Chapter 13: All Hallows Eve~

Ray's P.O.V.

It was finally that time of the year.

When the temperature drops a lower than usual, letting ghostly clouds form from your breath. The leaves on the trees seem to dance and shake due to the nippy windy that sent chills down your spine. Everywhere you go, it seems as though the border between our world and the next has disappear letting demons, ghosts, and ghouls roam free and cause panic.

Oh yes, it was definitely that time, I could feel it in my bones. I never feel more powerful in my life than around this time or the year.

The time for spells and witchcraft.

The times for wolves to howl at the moon.

The time for the monster's to creep.

The time killers to come out and reap.

This is…

"BOO!"

"Gah!" I shouted and nearly fell off the small wooden ladder I was standing on. I quickly turned around and glared down at the twins, who were cracking up behind me. I felt my cheeks redden slightly and shook my head.

"What the hell was that for?!" I snapped looking away in embarrassment. Even though I wasn't looking at them I could practically see them smirking.

"Lighten up Ray-san," Dee laughed.

"Yeah, it's almost Halloween and we need to get into the spirit of things!" Dum chirped happily slinging his arm over his brother's shoulder.

Currently they were both in adult form and have been since the Amusement Park. Somehow they found out it was my birthday that night and had one of the cooks wipe me up a big vanilla cake. Of course by that point Blood and Elliot had found out and Elliot started whining about me not telling them.

I really didn't have very much of an answer, but apparently my b-day was just a very good excuse for the trio of fools (Elliot, Dee and Dum) to pig out on sweets, and Blood simply drank his tea and gave me one of those weird hour glass things that can control the time changes. But it only works about three times.

Still, it's a pretty cool present.

Anyways back to my current position. Tonight would be the night of the "Halloween Ball" as Blood called it. A bit of a cliché but elegant at the same time; it was very him. I was finishing up putting a fake skeleton in a noose to be hanging in one of the overhanging branches of trees above the wall.

…I should tell Blood to get rid of these branches; it would make it very easy for someone to sneak into the estate, but then again…

I looked at the surrounding area, it was completely out in the open so the intruder would have no where…ah…I see…never mind then.

"Hey Ray-san, what are ya gonna be for the party tonight?" Dum asked eagerly. I simply shrugged.

"Haruhi Suzumiya." I replied climbing down the latter. They looked confused. I sighed and smiled lightly.

"Haruhi is a character for a Japanese anime, the first one I actually ever watched by the way, and basically she's a "god" if you will, who created the world, but is unaware of it and starts a club called: The SOS Brigade to go find aliens, time travels, and espars and hang out with them." I explained passionately.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya was the anime that sparked a revolution inside of me and my love for all things anime and manga. I was only 5 at the time but my parents had a very hard time getting to go outside after that.

Dee nodded. "I see does she ever meet any of them?"

"Yes and no." I reply coyly. They frowned.

"While trying to find the mysteries of the world, she remains unaware that 3 of her 4 brigade member are actually the creatures she is searching for. The 4th member is a human chosen by Haruhi for whatever purpose she has and must make sure she never finds out the truth about herself even if it's driving him nuts."

"Oh, that sounds kinda cool I guess, it's too bad she never finds that stuff out and everything." Dee pointed out and I nodded.

"Yeah I guess so. But no matter, what are you two being?" I asked curiously. They smirked a bit.

"I'm gonna be a grim reaper!" Dee exclaimed.

"Yeah and I'm gonna be a guy with a hokey mask and chain-saw!" Dum fist-pumped. I let out a small chuckle. Though they were adults right now, they were still children on the inside~

"Those sound like awesome choices. I could definitely see you guys dressed up like that." I giggled and crossed my arms. They blushed slightly but smiled none the less.

It was truly a beautiful moment right then and there, but of course like any beautiful moment in Wonderland…

Thud!

"What the fuck?!" I shouted jumping back a few feet as a body fell below me.

"Oooo~ The skeleton is a nice touch! This years Halloween party's definitely gonna rock! Hahaha!" Ace laughed lifting his head up from the dying grass and fallen leaves.

Almost immediately the twins had their axes pointed at the knight's head; Ace's response was only laughter.

I really want-No-need to get one of those cool axes! ...Although…I gotta admit, the twins look pretty hot like that- I stopped my thoughts right then and there. Nonononono! Bad! Ray-Ray! Bad! The only thing that's hot is yaoi…but still… I shook my head and glared at Ace.

"What are you doing here Ace, shouldn't you be with Vivaldi or something?" I asked slightly annoyed.

He turned to look at me and gave me a confused look. "No, why? Did she say she needed me to do something?"

I face palmed and shook my head. "You know what, why don't you just explain why you're on Hatter property."

"Hatter property? I thought this was the Tower! Hahaha!"

"B-but you just talked about the Halloween party!" I exclaimed. He scratched the back of his head and started getting up.

"Oh yeah, I forgot~"

I felt my eye twitch. I swear how Vivaldi puts up with both this idiot and Peter is beyond me.

"If ya here for no reason, than I suggest you leave, idiot knight," Dee growled getting annoyed.

"Ya! Unless ya feel like dying before the party starts," Dum chimed. Ace smirked down at the twins and crossed his arms. Even in adult form, Ace was still taller than the twins by a few inches.

"Wow, I didn't even notice you two had switched bodies again; trying to impress the lady~" Ace teased.

I felt heat rise to my face. "Who the fuck are you calling a lady!"

They ignored me as the twins started to attack, Ace blocking their advances and eventually took out his sword. I sighed for probably the hundredth time today. Geez

I looked down at the large box near the ladder and saw I only had to hang a few rubber bats and then back at the fight.

I'll wait until they're done here. I thought blankly at the fight and leaned against the ladder. I could probably learn something from watching them fight after all.

BANG!

Or not…

"What the fuck is going on here!" Elliot shouted walking towards us, pistol in hand.

Ace and the twins stopped their fighting and looked over at the approaching hare. The twins merely glared at Elliot while Ace smiled.

"What does it look like stupid chicken rabbit?!" Dum growled.

"Yeah! Ain't it obvious? We're fighting over here!" Dee yelled back at Elliot, only fuelling the March Hare's rage.

"I can see that you little shit heads! I'm talking about what the hell that idiot," He pointed to Ace, "is doing here!"

"It's not our fault!" They said in unison.

"It is your fault since you two aren't guarding the gates like you should be." Elliot snapped back.

Oh scrap! I thought slightly panicked and quickly walked over to Elliot. I needed to do something of this was only going to escalate.

"Actually Elliot, I stopped the twins to ask them what their costumes were going to be tonight as they were on their way back to work and then Ace came crashing in. It's really not their fault." I lied.

These two need a break and since Blood's not here someone needs to put an end to this.

Elliot looked at me in both surprise and suspicion, but sighed. "Fine. But that guy needs to leave." Again pointing to Ace, who simply laughed.

"Okay~ I was aiming to get to the Tower but I guess I got lost, hahaha! Oh well see ya guys soon~" He laughed climbing back up the tree.

"Oh and Ace, a piece of advice." I said making him stop and look back at me.

"Hmm?"

"The Tower has winter, so if there's no snow on the ground and it's not bitter cold out, it ain't winter and you're nowhere near the Tower." I said blankly. He laughed and nodded.

"Hahaha! Thanks Ray! That helps!" he shouted before hopping down from the tree, disappearing over the other side of the wall.

"It probably won't." Elliot said and I sighed.

"I know, but someone had to say it." I mumbled.

"Right well, get back to work you three, we only have god knows how long and there's still a lot of work that needs to be done." We nodded and waited until Elliot was out of sight until one of us spoke.

"Why'd you bail us out?" Dee asked. I turned around to face them and crossed my arms.

"B-because it's Halloween, and I'm in a good mood. Plus I figured you both needed a little break form Elliot's constant lectures. I don't disagree with them, you both need to work more even if it is the most boring shit-ass-job in the history of shit-ass-jobs, and don't expect me to bail you out every time, but it seemed like the right thing to do at the time." I mumbled looking away. Great…I've turned into a tsundere…

"Yay! Ray-san loves us!" The both exclaimed before glomping me, hence causing the three of us to fall over.

"Gah! Quite saying such embarrassing stuff out loud!" I shouted trying to squirm out of their grip. I blushed deeply when De started to nuzzle my neck. "O-oi! Q-q-quit-" I felt my breath hitch as Dee kissed my color bone, which had become exposed when we fell. I let out a small yelp when he bit into the flesh and started licking it. I couldn't help but let a small moan escape my lips as he carried on with this motion up and down my neck.

"Ray-san~ You look so cute like that~" Dum whispered huskily before kissing my ear. I felt like my face was on fire right now, along with the rest of my body. D-damn th-hese two… I though squeezing my eyes shut.

"Umm…should we come back later..?"

My eyes snapped open and I quickly looked up to see Jay and Alice standing merely a few feet away. Jay was smirking slightly and Alice was blushing madly, holding her hand too her nose (most likely to stop an oncoming nosebleed)

W-why didn't they say something earlier?! My face flushed with embarrassment. Dee and Dum both causally looked up at Jay and Alice.

"Oh, hey Onee-san"

"Hey Jay-san, did ya need something?"

"You're both being way too casually for this sort of scenario." Alice deadpanned. I've never been so happy to be around someone this sane before in my life!

They blinked as if not understanding what she meant. And truth be told, they probably didn't.

"Anyways, we were hoping to barrow Ray-Ray once her shift was done, but we can come back later~" Jay purred, enjoying every moment of my "pain". Damn daughter of a fucking bitch!

The twins merely looked at each other, as if they were talking to each other telepathically (which for all we knew they probably were) A small smirk formed on their lips but faded so quickly you almost wouldn't have noticed. Almost.

"Well, you both sorta killed the mood," Dum started letting out a small sigh.

"So there wouldn't be much of a point of continuing now." Dee finished leaning his head on his wrist. Yeah, with 'now' being the key word here.

They got up, offering me a hand in the process. Dee stretched his arms and put them behind his head and Dum patted some of the grass off of his suit and yawned.

"Well, see ya guys at the party." They said and started to walk off. I let out a slightly sigh of relief. At least they didn't…

"Oh! That's right we forgot!"

In an instant they were both on either side of me and quickly leaned down, both pecking me on the lips before grinning and running off.

I blushed yet again and simply stood there. …Never mind. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, they've been doing that a lot since the Amusement Park as well.

There was a small moment of silence until Jay ruined it.

"Well, well, well Ray-Ray, seems you've your hand full there~ Tell me, have they gotten to second base yet?"

I punched her.

Hard.

As soon as I finished work we went to my room to get ready for the party early. Alice had brought over a plate of bat-shaped cookies saying it didn't feel right not to at least bring something for the party.

I told her it wasn't necessary but she kept insisting. Stubborn woman.

Oh well, as of right now I was helping Alice with tightening the corset of her costume as Jay emerged from the bathroom. Dear Primus above, why did we let her wear that costume?!

Her costume consisted of a formal white suit, which somehow felt like real rabbit fur, she wore a black undershirt with a blood red tie. A shinny black cape tided around her neck, and the inside of the cape was a glossy dark red. She also took the liberty of using some black eyeliner and drew some streak marks on her cheeks (so they looked like whiskers). When she smiled I could see her fake fangs, which clung to her canine teeth. And to top it all off, she wore a pair of white rabbit ears and pulled all her hair back into a high pony tail.

Yep, she was truly a Bunny Vampire…

What have we done?

I sighed and shook my head. "It's definitely…you Jay."

She pouted and crossed her arms. "That was so not the reaction I was looking for."

"Yeah well, it's the only reaction you're gonna get from me." I simply replied.

"It suits you Jay." Alice said walking over to her. Alice's 'Red Riding Hood' costume was basically a red and white lolita dress with black trim and a red hood which tied around her neck much like Jay's cape.

I sighed and grabbed my costume and walked inside the bathroom and closed the door behind me with my foot. I didn't really get a chance to change yet because I was helping Alice with her costume.

My outfit of simple enough, it was sort of like one of those sailor school uniforms in anime. A white long-sleeved shirt with one of those blue sailor…mini cape…things that you see in anime (A/N: I don't really know what that part is called but I think you know what I'm talking about)

The skirt was kinda short but not too-to short, and was a teal-ish blue color. White socks that ended just bellow my knees and brown school shoes. Once that was done I took my bright orange arm-band with the words: 'brigade chief' written in Japanese characters and slipped that up my right arm and pinned it an inch or so bellow my shoulder.

I then put in a bright yellow headband with lose bows on either end and stuck that behind my bangs. And now for the hair…

The side bangs weren't really a problem, I just had to take a comb and re-direct the part making them full bangs. My hair had gotten a little longer since I came here and was now starting to reach my mid-back. Oh well, I guess I could say my hair is supposed to be like it is in the movie: The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya… I shrugged, my hair was a slightly lighter shade of brown than Haruhi but it shouldn't be that noticeable, after all, Jay's the only one here who's even heard of Haruhi except for me.

I took a step back and did a quick twirl, satisfied, I smirked confidently and threw the bathroom door open, surprising Jay and Alice, and put my hands on my hips and glared at them.

"Well? What are you two doing just sitting around?! No members of my brigade are just gonna sit on their ass all day when there's a Halloween party too go to! So get up and man up people! Now! This is important people! Important! Important! Important! Got it?!" I shouted giving them my best Haruhi impression.

Alice, getting frightened, immediately stood up, while Jay smirked and clapped.

"Nice, I think you've just about nailed her." She complimented. I gave her a sheepish grin and scratched the back of my head.

"Ya think so? I hope I was pretty good, oh um sorry about that Alice, hehe…" I laughed nervously as gave me a sharp glare.

"Jeez Ray, you nearly gave me a heart attack acting like that!" She complained. I quickly apologized and she just shook her head making me promise not to do it again…I shall make no such promise.

When we got down stairs to the main room, the Hatter's were all assembled along with the members of the Heart Castle and Clover Tower. Most of them perked up when we entered the room.

"Well you all seemed to have picked some interesting costumes." Blood complimented…I think. (with this guy, it's really hard to tell…)

"Thanks…I think…" Alice said, probably wonder the exact same thing. Jay simply grinned.

"I know right! This is ten times better than my Slender Man one from last year!" She earned a few looks.

"A supernatural creature in a horror video game that likes to taunt his victims with notes from other victims from the past and you can't win the game because it's made so that you always die." I explained blankly.

"Ooo~" Ace said walking up too us. "How does it kill you?"

"Not sure, he just appears right in front of you and the screen fizzes out and then it says "Game Over.'" I explained and he pouted.

"Lame!"

"It is not lame! I'll have you know, Slender Man was voted to be one of the top five scariest games of 2013. And that says a lot because there are some pretty freaky games out there." Jay challenged back, taking great offence to Ace's insult, I for one, couldn't care less. Video games were never my thing.

I walked over to the Hatters and gave a small smile.

"Nice costumes guys." I smirked. The twins had dressed up in what they had said. Dee was dressed up as the Grim Reaper and Dum as a Hockey mask maniac with a chainsaw. To be honest, his costume looked a lot like America's Halloween costume from Hetalia…(A/N: You can look it up to get a better idea)

Elliot had gone with a Mummy costume while Blood, wore a Vampire costume, the same one he wore in the manga and game to be exact. Figures…

"Same to you!" Elliot said cheerfully. "You this is what your famous role model wears?"

I nodded. "Yup, the first and some of the second season mostly revolve around school so of course I have to wear the school uniform, the only main time in the second season when she wasn't in school was during the 'Endless Eight' and that was just plain annoying to watch." I sighed shaking my head.

"Well, I'm glad you seem to be enjoying yourself Miss. Carson, now, you'll all have to excuse me, the tea just came out." Blood said already being drawn to the smell of tea like a moth to lights. He looked so serious, it was kinda creepy.

"Right behind ya Blood! Carrot dishes are out too!" Elliot exclaimed excitedly. I sweat dropped when I saw Blood flinch at "carrot". Poor guy…

"Yo! Guys, what's up!" Jay said coming up to us with Boris (dressed like a scare-crow). It seems the Amusement Park residence have arrived.

"Sup' Dee, Dum! Nice costume Ray." Boris said give us his trademark grin. I smiled back.

"Welcome to the brigade, Boris you are now official member number 6!" I exclaimed pointing to him. He sweat dropped slightly.

"Just go with it. Trust me." Jay sighed and he nodded.

"I see."

"Are we in your brigade, Ray-san?" The twins asked and turned to face them.

"Of course! You guys are members 4 and 5! Jay here is my second-in-command due to her resourcefulness, and Alice is member number 3 since she was just there." I explained. I'm now also dubbing her as the official SOS Brigade mascot! MUWAHAHAHA!

Somewhere across the room:

Alice shivered slightly. Looking around, she felt as though someone somewhere in this room was watching her with dark intentions…

Eventually, everyone had arrived and the party was in full swing! There was music, people dancing, the food table had run out twice already, and it seemed like everyone was having a good time. I sat with Gray and Nightmare at one of the tables drinking some orange soda and munching on one of Alice's bat-cookies (which weren't half bad).

"I still don't see what the big deal about the hospital is, the dentist is the one you should fear." I argued.

"No! Though I do avoid the dentist as much as the doctors, hospitals are much scarier! They have needles!" Nightmare shouted back.

"And? Your suppose to be some sort of all powerful incubus but all I'm seeing is 'all talk and no action.' Honestly, how can you live up to what you say when you can't even face something as simple as a needle; it's over in a minute, all you have to do is not look at it!"

"I am all powerful! I am amazing!"

"Keep telling yourself that sir, but Miss. Carson is correct you can't live up to your 'self-put reputation' if you can't face such a small task?" Gray said agreeing with me.

"Self-put?! You're all against me!" he shouted throwing his arms up into the air. Gray and I sweat dropped.

"And exactly how long have you been dealing with this?" I asked Gray and Nightmare flinched, starting to sulk.

"A long time, I have no way of telling you how long, unlike it is in your world. Alice's description of time in your world is so hard to comprehend compared to the random time changes here." Gray sighed. I nodded.

"Yeah well, I can say the same thing about time here, although I do have an explanation of the time of day for my world." I explained. Gray blinked wanting me to continue.

"Our world, the Earth, is constantly spinning, although we can never feel this happening and the cause of this rotation is the gravitational pull of the sun, every rotation the earth makes is exactly 24 hours; if the Earth didn't do this all the time than one half of the earth would constantly be scorching hot desert and the other side a frozen tundra. But even while the Earth spins, it is also rotating around the sun, this process takes 365 day, in other words, a year to us. The Earth also leans on its axis while doing this which give use seasons."

Gray blinked a few minutes trying to process this new information. "I see, your world is definitely a strange one."

"Eh, again, I could say the same thing for here."

We continued like this for a little while, Gray would ask me questions and I would answer them the best I could.

"Why hello there, Miss. Ray, are you enjoying the party?" I looked over my shoulder to see…Black?

Wait, Black isn't that polite and he doesn't call me 'Miss. Ray'. "Oh hey White, surprised me for a second." I laughed nervously. Should have seen that one coming…

"Yeah, you really should have." Nightmare said calmly crossing his arms and nodding. I glared at him and started replaying every gory episode of Criminal Minds in my head until he was on the floor coughing up his own blood.

"Like I'm sure I've told you earlier, stay out of my mind~" I said sweetly, every word dripping like venom.

Gray sweat dropped and went to help Nightmare and I turned my attention back to White. He blinked a few times and then smiled.

"Are you enjoying the party?" I asked, he nodded. "Yes, although I must admit these events do get tiresome at some points."

"I can see how that would be-"

"Ray-san!"

"Ray-san!"

"Oof!" I winced slightly as I was hug tackled by Dee and Dum. "Hey guys, what's up?"

"Nothin'. We're just bored and decided to hang out with you." Dee shrugged before the two of them glared at White.

"Why? Is this guy harassing you, Ray-san?" Dum asked sounding pissed. I sweat dropped and shook my head.

"No guys we're just having a civil conversation, nothing to worry about." White nodded.

"Yes, Miss. Carson has never given me a reason to wish to cause her harm." White assured. I raised an eyebrow at his statement.

"Okaaay…see guys? Everything's fine nothing to worry about now, could you please let go, I'm starting to loss oxygen."

The twins pouted and started to protest, but eventually let go. Geez and I though Vivaldi had one hell of a grip…

"Well, I'll leave you five to carry on then; can't let Black wander on his own for too long, that tends to spell trouble." White sighed turning to face his darker counterpart, who looked like he was about to start a fight with Ace and Julius.

"Good idea." I nodded and he left. I could visibly see the twins relax.

"Wait…five?" The twins asked and I pointed to Gray and a recovering Nightmare behind me. Nightmare looked up and glared at the twins.

"Oh well, thanks for taking the time to notice us." He growled sarcastically. The twins merely shrugged.

"You're not very noticeable."

"Yeah, all you do is cough up blood, claim that you're 'awesome', and whine about the doctors."

I sighed. Way to sugar coat it boys, way to go…

"I told you Nightmare, if you stopped whining about the doctors, you might be more respected~" I smirked and he shook his head.

"NO! I REFUSE TO GO-*cough*." Cue blood.

"By the way," Dum started and pointed to Nightmare, "What happened to him?" I narrowed my eyes at the incubus and he flinched.

"He read my thoughts, now he is paying the price." I smirked and chuckled darkly. Gray raised an eyebrow.

"Seriously, what did she show you, sir?" Nightmare shivered again.

"Don't be fooled, Gray, she's an insanely dangerous sociopath with a long history of violence."

"Of course I'm insane. I am trying to get an insane llama with a green hat, a mad robot disguised as a dog who thinks he's a mongoose, and a mad man with a blue box voted into office to run one of the most powerful countries on the planet! What part of that doesn't scream insanely dangerous?" I asked (note: completely serious face)

"No, that mostly screams insanely unstable." Alice deadpanned walking up to us. I shrugged.

"Well, I'll give you that too. But, here's a fun fact, in truth, 94% of the people in our world are psychopaths capable of murdering millions of people and only 40% of those people realize it and only 4% of those people will admit their crazy and act on their inner bloodlust. I am a part of that 4% along with Jay." I smiled as Alice's eyes widened.

"Don't worry; I'm more than positive you are a part of that 6% of people not included in that 94%." I gave her a thumbs up, but her expression didn't change, in fact, her eye seemed to twitch. "I didn't break you did I?" I asked frowning and slightly worried. Note, only slightly.

She shook her head and rubbed her eyes. "N-no, that was just something I could have lived without knowing."

"Well like I said, you have nothing to worry about, besides you've been surrounded by mad people for five years, I'm pretty sure you'll be fine." I stated and she nodded.

"T-that's true…anyways, you seem to be enjoying yourself." I shrugged.

"Yeah I guess so, though this is the first time I've celebrated Halloween without trick-or-treating." I sighed, Alice merely shook her head.

"You are truly a child at heart, Ray," I pouted slightly.

"Oi! If anyone's a child at heart it's these two." I pointed to Dee and Dum who frowned.

"Hey we're not kids!" Dee growled seeming genuinely angry by my statement.

"Yeah! We're grown men! See?" Dum stated and held his arms out. I nodded. Geez I really wasn't expecting such a reaction, it was only meant as a little joke.

"Y-yeah, I know, I was only joking, n-no need to get so worked up." I sighed and Dum lowered his arms, but their expressions didn't lighten, instead they looked a little like children who had just thrown a temper tantrum because they didn't get the new action figure they wanted.

I couldn't help but think they looked really adorable like that, it almost made me want to glomp them for once…maybe I had one to many of Alice's bat-cookies and now I'm thinking weird…yeah it has to be the bat-cookies, definitely.

"Stop blaming the cookies, Ray! They did nothing wrong!" Nightmare shouted; cue more gory Criminal Minds scenes and Nightmare getting sick again.

"Huh? What's wrong with the cookies?" Alice asked and I shook my head.

"Nothing Alice, Nightmare is just starting to say weird things because he is delirious from blood loss." I said giving her a small sincere smile, which only held pure malice underneath.

"Oh, maybe you should take Nightmare back if that's the case, Gray." Alice said worriedly, believing my lies so easily. Man it still amazes me how this girl has survived this long…

Gray nodded, not seeming quite as sure as Alice was, but agreed anyways. "That sounds like a good idea, in this delirious state it might be easier to get him to take his medicine." He said coolly and slung one of Nightmare's arms over his shoulder, carrying him in an awkward position. It was then that Alice took the incubus's other arms, planning to help out.

"I am not hallucinating!" Nightmare shouted trying to struggle out of their firm grasp.

"Isn't that what a delirious person would say?" I asked innocently. His eye twitched until he started to cough up more blood. You're really not helping yourself there~

"She's right, sir. It's time for your medication." Gray sighed and the three started to walk away. Julius must have noticed, wanting to escape, and began to leave with them as well.

I heard a small sigh coming from behind us and turned around. What is it with everyone and sneaking up behind me?

"My, it's such a shame they're all leaving so soon." Blood sighed. (Read as: It's a shame Alice is leaving so soon.) I nodded.

"It's what happens when caterpillars get delirious." I said bluntly making him chuckle.

"Or when a young girl manipulates the people around her to get rid of any unwanted company." My boss smirked and crossed his arms.

"I don't know what you could possibly be suggesting," I said taking a sip of my orange soda. Blood sighed and shook his head.

"Is that so young lady, well then could you please at least tell me why my two gate keepers here seem so glum?" I blinked and looked up at Dee and Dum only to see that they were still down. I frowned at this; this wasn't like them at all.

Wow…they really took my joke that serious..? I thought and looked away, taking another sip of my soda. Blood crossed his arms and smirked.

"Having a lovers quarrel are we? Well I do hope you three work it out soon, honestly you'll really dampen the mood." He said smoothly before walking away. I blushed and glared daggers at the hatter as he walked away.

"Hey…Ray-san?" I looked up at Dum, who still looked upset. "Do you really see us as kids?" I blinked and sighed, setting my soda cup down.

"I see you both as Dee and Dum. Kid's or adult's, I still love you both just the same, and that should be all that really matters." I said bluntly and crossed my arms. It only then dawned on me that I had just said I loved them both. S-shit! I started cursing inside my head and blushing madly.

"Aw~ We have finally gotten a declaration of love from the heartless demon of hell, applause with meh people!" I grit my teeth and glared at Jay and Boris who was laughing slightly. I gave her the middle finger but she didn't seem to care, so I looked away embarrassed and just continued to drink my soda.

"Tsundere." She teased.

"Am not!" I snapped back.

"Oh yes, Ray-Ray, you have enter the 'tsun' faze" Jay said seriously and crossed her arms.

"Tsun?" Boris asked looking slightly confused.

"I'll explain later." She quickly replied.

"Ho ho, so our dear Ray has finally come to terms with her feelings?" I blushed and glared at Vivaldi, who was approaching with a panicking Peter. This can't be good…

"Where is my precious Alice?! What have you done to her!?" Peter growled at me. I pointed to the door and rolled my eyes.

"Yeah, you got me," I said sarcastically, "I totally paid someone to kill off Alice, the most beloved outsider of Wonderland, in the middle of a crowded room, and bury her body somewhere in the wood-"

"Don't worry my love I will save yooooooou!" He shouted and immediately ran out the door. My eye twitched as Jay started cracking up.

"D-d-doesn't that idiot know the meaning of sarcasm?" I asked and Vivaldi sighed.

"Who knows, but you know, Mr. Rabbit's gonna be pretty pissed at you, when he can't find 'Alice's remains' and is gonna come after ya to make ya explain~" Boris purred. I paled slightly.

"…fuck…"

After a few hours, and convincing Peter that I didn't pay someone off to kill Alice, the party had ended and everyone had left for the night. Blood called the four of us, Elliot, the twins, and I, into the main living room for an after party meeting.

"It seems as though everything went well, minus Ms. Carson causing about five of my guests to leave," I crossed my arms and muttered 'no proof' under my breath but let him continue, "and now it is time for the annual 'Hatter-Family-Horror-Movie-Night.'" Blood declared causing the guys to cheer. My eye widened, but I quickly hid the dread that was slowly growing within me.

D-did he say h-horror movie? I thought panicking slightly. I hate, hate, hate horror movies, they scare the shit out of me. I can watch creepy cop-shows and all but never this kind of stuff and from what I know about Wonderland, these movies will be ten times worse than the ones in my world!

No.

I was so wrong. It was about a 100 time worse! I sat in between Dee and Dum on the large couch in front of the TV screen, Elliot sat next to Dee with Blood at the end. The twins were enjoying the movie a lot, no surprise there, and Elliot seemed genuinely pleased too. Blood's expression was a cross between bored and amused. Mean while, I'm trying my best not to shut my eye, grab the nearest pillow and scream/jump/yelp in fear every five seconds.

Primus, Stephen King, Steve Spielberg and Tim Burton would be proud at movie makers in Wonderland; when they make a movie, they go all out. And I mean all out.

For the sake of Cybertron, don't go into the basement, you idiot! I mentally screamed at the guy in the movie. God I hate how everyone in horror movies are always idiots! Just run and don't look back, move to another town or country or something. Just don't stand there and try and stop the thing, that's how you get yourselves kill!

SPLAT!

"AURRRGGGUUUHHH!" I flinched slightly as I saw the creature appear and kill the poor bastard. To make it even worse the creature reminded me a lot of Russia, with the creepy smile and the small chanting sound it makes letting you know it's in the room before it stops and then wham! You're dead. I shivered slightly.

"Haha! That guy was an idiot!" Dum laughed happily and Dee nodded.

"I know right, that was so awesome." I meekly nodded and tried to look too interested in the movie to talk. I didn't look at them but I guess it sort of worked.

When the movie ended, I swear all color had drained from my face. Well…so much for sleeping tonight…I'm sure I'll be fine…no really I'm fine… I thought over and over in my mind as a small tiered smile appeared on my face, I could feel the bags under my eyes and I slowly got up and stretched.

"O-oi, you okay, Ray? Y-you look kind of…not okay…" Elliot said slightly nervous. I shook my head.

"No I'm good, just tiered is all." I said tiredly and began to make my way back to the room.

That night, I lay in my bed with the lights on staring straight at my sealing, wide awake. I flinched at every little creak and groan that echoed throughout the mansion, but other than that, it was dead silence.

I pulled the covers up to my nose and glanced around the room in fear. I could feel beads of sweat forming on my forehead and rolling down my neck from the heat of the blanks, yet I refused to take them off, you never know, they might just help if some ghost decides to appear out of nowhere and try to stab me…maybe…

I knew it was stupid, but I couldn't help it, my already active imagination was on a rampage right now making every shadow seem as though it was moving closer, every creek coming from under the floor boards sound like they're inching my way or the wind howling from outside sound like a hungry wolf and tree branches like claws rapping and scratching at the window, like demon's trying to get in.

I really wish I put salt on the windows…and around my bed…and in front of my door…and maybe a devil's trap above my bed on the ceiling…you just never know, okay!

Just then, the lights started to flicker, on and off. I let out a small squeak and glanced around the room. From somewhere in the back of my mind, I could practically here the small chanting sound of the ghost from the movie echoing throughout the room.

Pop!

I was in complete darkness, as the light bulb went out. I couldn't stop myself from shaking, I know it's stupid but I do have a slight fear of the dark. I always had that light on every night just because of it since I got here, it was the same way back home, I would always have a small night-light in a socket near my bed, I don't know why but it has always made me feel safe.

Until now that is.

Great, just bloody great! I thought sarcastically. I could practically feel the shadows closing in on me, that ghost is going to appear soon, oh why didn't I just put a pillow to my face or try and fall asleep during the movie?!

I glanced around the room in fear; I could feel tears threatening to appear in my eyes from the lack of blinking. Primus, why can't the time change yet!? Just please oh, please let it be morning soon! For once I want Halloween to end!

CREEAAKKK

My body stiffened and I slowly turned to face towards my now open bedroom door. I quickly looked around but saw no where I could hide. As it continued to slowly open I pulled the covers over my head and pretended to be asleep.

No! Go away creepy ghost person! I don't wanna die such a scary death! Well…at least it's not a lame one…

I tried to keep myself form shivering as I heard the footsteps make their way towards my bed. I squeezed my eye tightly waiting for a knife to come down and stain the bed-sheets red with my blood.

I felt the covers being yanked off my body and I flinched, bringing my arms to my face, gripping my hair in fear.

Shitshitshitshitshitshitshi-

"…Ray-san?"

…Wait…what?

Immediately, I looked up and saw Dee and Dum standing over me, blushing slightly, but looking very concerned. They both averted their gaze in what seemed to be shame, their blush increasing. I looked down and blushed myself, when I had pulled the covers over my head to hide, I failed to notice my nightgown had ridden up to my stomach giving the two a nice clear view of my underwear.

I immediately pulled my nightgown down and apologized softly. "W-why are you two here?" I asked shakily, trying to get over my minni panic-attack.

"W-we just wanted to check on you because you didn't look to good after the movie…" Dee muttered facing me again, Dum nodded.

"Y-yeah, we weren't sure if the movie scared you or something, so we wanted to make sure you were okay."

I blushed slightly and smiled a little. "That's very sweet guys, b-but I'm okay, just having trouble sleeping is all, it happens to everyone." I said quickly, trying to brush them off, but in truth I was grateful they had shown up at all. I think any longer and I would have gone insane.

"That's not true, why else would you be curled up like this, plus you look like you're on the verge of tears." Dee said, looking serious. I looked away and crossed my arms.

"Okay, so the movie freaked me out a little bit, I can get over it; i-it's no big deal." I stuttered trying to sound more confident then I was, I knew it wasn't working. Why am I acting like a tsundere?!

I felt the mattress lean in a little bit and looked up at the twins, who had decided to crawl in. My face lit up like a match as Dum wrapped his arms around me from the front and Dee did the same with my waist from behind. It took me a minute but I relaxed and sighed happily, accepting the warm embrace and kind romantic gesture.

"Hey, Ray-san?" Dum asked.

"Hmm?" I looked up at him and saw his face was only a few inches from mine.

"Did you mean it, earlier, when you said you loved us?" I blushed and slowly nodded. Oh gods why is confessing the fact that you have feelings for someone so hard?!

His face seemed to brighten and I felt Dee snuggle his face into the back of my neck. My face grew even more red as Dum rested his forehead on mine. In their adult form they seemed so much bigger than me, if anyone were to have seen this I must have looked like a kid compared to them.

But, it felt kind of right, in a way, I closed my eyes and rested my head on Dum's chest, listening to the sound of his ticking clock. I only just now realized how much I love that sound, so calming, so soothing, suddenly the thoughts of that big bad scary ghost seemed to fade away as I felt myself melt further and further into the arms of my bloody twins.

Let's see any Halloween ghoul try to get to me past these two~ I thought happily before falling into a nice deep slumber.

Well, that's all for now folks! I really hope this chappy has made up for everything and I did my absolute best while trying to write a romantic seen, next stop is the Clock Tower's Winter Festival and the start of the territory meetings!

Again, I can't even begin to tell you all how sorry I am, and even though I don't deserve it, please review! It will motivate me with guilt to write faster! Though I must warn you all exams are starting soon since I've entered high school now and it's the beginning of finals for me. /shot/ Gah! This sucks, but wish me luck!
