ANNABETH'S P.O.V.

I raced over to the cafeteria and scanned the room. I hurried over to where Percy was sitting with Luke and Jason.

I grabbed him and Jason by the arms and dragged them away, leaving a confused looking Luke staring at me.

"Uh, what are you doing?" asked Luke. I smiled at him sweetly. "Nothing." I replied. "Hurry up." I hissed at Percy and Jason. I walked out the cafeteria, where Piper was waiting.

"Um, what is going on?" asked Jason, staring at me and Piper in confusion. Piper smiled and bit her lip.

"Should I tell them?" I rolled my eyes. "Well, duh." "Okay," said Piper jumping up and down in excitement.

"Me and Annabeth…" "Annabeth and I." Piper groaned. "Whatever, Annabeth and I...we think, maybe that, we're not 100% sure, but maybe. I'm pretty sure.

But…don't blame me, I might not be right. And don't you dare laugh…" "Just get on with it." Groaned Percy.

"What she's trying to say is that we think that Thalia and Luke like each other." Piper smiled at me gratefully.

Percy and Jason stared at us for a few seconds before bursting out laughing. "Luke…and…Thalia?" choked out Jason between laughter.

I jabbed Percy in the stomach. "Shut it. Admit it Percy I'm almost always right." "Yeah…" cut in Jason. "…Almost.

Seriously Annabeth, whenever Thalia sees Luke she starts raving on about how much she hates him."

I sighed impatiently. "I've known Thalia since we were kids, and I can tell what she feels like…" "She's my sister." Interrupted Jason.

"Yeah, but you don't have woman's intuition." "So you're basing this on intuition." "I never said that." "You just did."

"No I didn't, I was explaining why I can read Thalia's emotions better than you can. Besides, when she wants to talk about something she talks about it to me. Not you."

"And has she said she likes Luke." "She's not going to say that." I scoffed. "Why? You just said she talks to you about everything."

"Piper, have I mentioned what an annoying boyfriend you have." Piper rolled her eyes. "Don't even go there."

"Hey." "Guys. Stop." Said Percy stepping between me and Jason. "Annabeth, Jason's got a point. How can you be sure that Thalia even like's Luke?"

I threw my hands in the air. "Isn't it obvious?" "Well judging from their expressions obviously not." Sighed Piper.

"Haven't you seen the way Thalia looks at Luke when another girl starts talking to him?" Jason frowned.

"She said that was because Luke's such an idiot he doesn't deserve anybody." Percy nodded.

"And even though Luke is an idiot to her, he didn't have to defend her when they got caught sleeping together." Jason smiled.

"And even when Thalia's totally drunk she would never go and sleep with somebody she hates."

"But what can we do?" asked Percy. I smiled. "That's where we come in."

PERCY'S P.O.V.

I heard the shower turn off. Then Luke came out with a towel wrapped around his waist.

He must have realised that I was staring at him because he turned around and raised an eyebrow.

"What?" "What do you mean what?" I asked innocently. Luke gave me a look.

"Why are you staring at me? You're not gay are you because that would be a huge disappointment to Annabeth."

Jason who was sitting beside me snorted. "No, I just think we should talk." I mentally slapped myself. Jason was shaking with laughter.

"Percy." Said Luke staring at me curiously. "Are you sure you're not gay? Because you sure sound like it"

"No I'm not." I snapped. By now both Jason and Luke were rolling around on the floor laughing.

Watching them made me start laughing and pretty soon all 3 of us were clutching our stomachs laughing.

The door opened and Annabeth walked in, followed by Piper. The stunned looks on their faces made us start laughing again.

We finally got the laughing under control. "What's so funny?" asked Annabeth frowning. "Nothing." Jason snorted.

This made me make a half-laugh half-choking sound. This set everyone laughing again. The door opened again, and this time Travis walked in.

He was covered in a white liquid that looked like P.V.A glue, and blue paint. He glared at everyone. "Nobody laugh." He warned.

He stomped over to the bathroom, tripping over his own feet. The bathroom door closed and we all started roaring with laughter.

PIPER'S P.O.V

I buried my head in my hands after Jason had finished telling me and Annabeth what had happened yesterday.

Annabeth shook her head. "You know what? Just let me and Piper handle this. You're probably going to ruin everything."

"Ruin what?" asked Thalia sliding into the seat next to me. "Uh…What was it again Percy?" asked Annabeth.

Percy's eyes widened. "What?" "Do you remember what we were talking about, Jason?" asked Annabeth smiling tightly.

"What?" stuttered Jason. "I think Piper knows." I froze. Everyone was looking at me expectantly.

Just then Luke came over and sat down at the table. "What's happening?" "We're wondering what happened to Travis." Said Percy quickly.

Luke chuckled. "He was mocking Katie about trees. Then Katie got angry and poured P.V.A glue and paint onto him.

Then Athena walked in and they both got detention."

"Doesn't Travis have like 5 detentions already?" I asked. Luke smirked. "Yeah."

I started humming and eating my pasta. Percy frowned. "Which song is that?" I hummed the tune again. "I'm not sure…"

"Green day." Replied Luke and Thalia at the same time. Me, Annabeth, Percy, and Jason shared a look.

Luke and Thalia stared at each other for a few seconds before staring back down at their food. "Okaay." Said Percy breaking the uncomfortable silence.

"So, what do you guys have next?" "Well me and Piper have Art." Said Annabeth, "and I have horticulture with Travis." Added Jason.

I laughed. "Lucky him." "I have Science" replied Luke and Thalia in unison. I saw Annabeth smile.

Luke and Thalia stared at each other and gulped. Talk about awkward.
