PERCY'S P.O.V
"Good morning students. I have called you to assembly this morning to announce that the school will be holding an end of term dance. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated, and anyone who behaves in a disrupt manner will be banned from the dance and possibly further social events.
Thank you, you may all go to class now."
TRAVIS' P.O.V
Luke, Connor, Percy, Jason and I were sitting in our dorm rooms, talking about the dance.
"So," said Connor. "Who are you going with?" I shrugged lazily. "Travis, you might want to ask someone, you do know the dance is in a week?"
pointed out Percy. "Yes, I do, and I know I have to ask someone out. Geez I'm not stupid." I replied irritatedly.
The boys looked surprised at my sudden outburst. Connor chuckled, "You're the only one without a date." I glared at him,
"Well technically Luke has a fake date so I'm not really the only one." "Still," said Connor. "He's got a date." I sighed. Who to take?
"Do I have to go?" Everyone stared at me incredulously. "Bro, you are definitely coming." Said Luke, with a serious look on his face. "With who?" I grumbled.
"If you want I could fix you up with someone." Offered Percy. I snorted. "No, thanks." "Aw, come on Travis, you have to come." Whined Connor.
"If you want I'll get a girl for you." I rolled my eyes. "You do realise how dodgy that sounds right?" Connor beamed. "So is that a yes?"
"Don't mess up," I groaned.
PIPER'S P.O.V
"Oh my god, I am so excited for the dance." I squealed. Thalia rolled her eyes,
"Of course you are." I ignored her. "Well then let's see. Annabeth's going with Percy. I'm going with Jase, Lou Ellen's with Connor, and Thalia's with Luke."
I waggled my eyebrows at her, she glared at me. "Oh shut up. This is only temporary."
I smirked. "Sure it is." "Who are you going with Katie?" asked Lou Ellen. Katie mumbled something. "What?" asked Lou Ellen. "I DON'T KNOW!"
she yelled. "I think we need to go shopping." I said quickly, changing the subject. Thalia and Katie groaned.
"Thanks, but I already have a dress." Moaned Thalia. I put my hands on my hips. "Oh, really? Where?" Thalia rolled her eyes. I clapped my hands together. "Great, we'll head to town tomorrow at 12."
All the girls nodded. "Great," I said. "I'll tell Jase to tell the boys. "No, no, no, no," said Thalia, shaking her head.
"We do not need them coming with us." I sighed. "Thalia I could use the extra money you know." I rolled my eyes at her blank look. Annabeth laughed.
"She's talking about asking your brother for 'extra money'." I scowled, "Please, you do it all the time." "I do not." Retorted Annabeth angrily.
"Oh the bell just rang, we should get to class." Cut in Lou Ellen.
KATIE'S P.O.V
The bell rang, signalling end of class. I walked to my locker and saw Connor standing there leaning against it. I frowned and walked over to him.
He smiled at me. "Hi, Katie." "Hi?" I said cautiously. Connor rolled his eyes, "I'm not here to prank you.
I'm just here to ask you a question." "What kind of question?" Connor smiled. "Do you have anyone to go to the dance with?"
I raised an eyebrow." "No, why?" "Great, he'll pick you up at around 5 okay?" before I could ask who 'he' was, Connor ran off.
"Great," I muttered.
