LOU ELLEN'S P.O.V

I leaned over to Piper and Annabeth. "What's up with Thalia and Katie?" I asked.

Annabeth shrugged, with a concerned look on her face, and Piper shook her head.

"I have no idea." "Thals, Katie. Are you guys okay?" asked Annabeth.

Thalia glared at Annabeth, and she winced. Wow if looks could kill, Annabeth would be dead right now.

Katie just sat frozen, staring into space. "Katie?" I asked quietly.

Katie gasped and whipped her head towards me. "Huh?" "What's wrong?" I asked.

Katie gave me a very unconvincing smile. "Nothing." I folded my arms over my chest. "Right."

But Katie wasn't listening to me. She had a faraway expression on her face.

Her stomach grumbled and she sighed and got up. She wandered over to the kitchen, and poured a packet of chips into a glass before putting the packet in to the fridge.

Annabeth, Piper, and I shared a look. Then Katie walked into the wall.

She apologised and sat back down onto her bed, tipping her glass back before realizing that she chips weren't a drink.

I walked over to Katie and gave her a concerned look. "What?" she asked.

"Don't tell me you're not okay, because I know you're not?" I said sternly.

"But I am…" she began, before I cut her off. "Katie you apologised to a wall, and tried to drink…chips."

Katie looked down at her lap. I sat down beside her, and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"Now tell me, what's wrong?" And then she did something, I never would've expected.

She broke down into tears. Piper and Annabeth hurried over and rubbed Katie's back, trying to comfort her.

Even Thalia, who usually tried to avoid these kinds of things, came over.

Because Katie never cried, so this had to be big. "Katie, what happened?" I asked softly.

She tried to speak, but I couldn't make out the words.

So we all just sat there, waiting for the crying to cease. After a while Katie's sobs turned into an occasional sniffle.

"Sorry," she said at last. "Oh Katie. You don't need to be sorry." Said Piper cuddling her.

Katie smiled. "Thanks guys." Annabeth grinned.

"Don't mention it, besides that's what friends are for." "Katie, you know you can talk to us right?"

I said, meaning it. Katie nodded and took a deep breath.

"It's just that I'm so confused." "About what?" I said, frowning. "About…boys." She yelled in frustration.

Thalia snorted. "Welcome to my world." "What did Travis do this time?" I asked, genuinely concerned.

She mumbled something inaudible. I raised my eyebrows. "What?" Katie looked away.

"He kissed me." We all stared at Katie, waiting for her to continue. She blushed.

"It was pretty deep." Despite the circumstances I cracked a smile, and Annabeth and Piper beamed.

"Finally," muttered Thalia. "So what's the problem?' I asked, still grinning. Katie bit her lip.

"After the kiss, he just got up and walked off, and I don't know what's going on." She whimpered, close to tears.

"Really?" I asked confused. She nodded slowly. "Well," said Piper, standing up.

"That's easy; all you need to do is talk to him." Katie groaned. "If only it were that easy."

I grinned. "Oh but it is."

KATIE'S P.O.V

I stood in front of the door to the room Travis shared with Luke Jason, Percy, and Connor.

Lou Ellen's great plan was to get me to talk to Travis and win him over.

The plan involved lots of makeup, a short dress and a hair curler.

At the time it had seemed like a pretty good idea, but now I felt stupid.

I was about to back out, when the door opened and Connor walked out almost banging into me.

His eyes widened when he saw me and he wolf whistled.

"Hey Jason, could you tell Travis someone's here to see him." He yelled.

He turned back to me. "You are here to see Travis right?" I nodded, unable to speak.

"Who is it?" I hear Jason ask, before he appeared in the doorway. His mouth dropped open.

"Wow," he said. I looked down at my feet, suddenly feeling self-conscious.

Jason cleared his throat. "Come on in, Travis will be out of the shower in a minute."

Connor opened the door wider. I opened my mouth to say that I'd wait here, but Connor pushed me inside.

Great, I thought. Unlike our immaculate room the boys' room was a bit messy.

A few clothes were draped over the furniture and a couple of dirty dishes sat by the sink.

Three of the beds were also unmade, and the wardrobe's doors were open, but otherwise the room was relatively clean.

I sat down on the only free bed, trying not to feel too awkward.

Luke was sitting on the bed opposite mine and he smirked. "Travis is about to get lucky."

The door opened and Percy walked in holding a plastic bag. "Hey guys I got some food…" he trailed off when he saw me.

"Katie?" I sighed irritatedly and crossed my arms. "Yes, why?" I asked hotly. Percy gulped, "Sorry," he said.

I rolled my eyes. "God, I'm not going to bite your head off."

"I'm sorry but the way you treat my brother I don't really trust you." Said Connor.

I narrowed my eyes at him. "Maybe I wouldn't do that if you're brother stopped pranking me."

Connor grinned. "Well Katie, if you hate my brother so much how come you're here today," he motioned towards my clothes.

"And all dressed up as well." I blushed, realizing Connor had tricked me. All the boys laughed at my reaction, and I huffed trying to cover my embarrassment.

The bathroom door opened and Travis walked out, his hair was ruffled and damp, and he was only wearing denim jeans.

His face clouded over when he caught sight of me.

"Uh, we need to go." Said Percy, breaking the uncomfortable silence. "Somewhere." Added Jason.

I rolled my eyes. They were very bad at lying. Travis raised an eyebrow but didn't ask any questions.

The boys all filed out of the room, Travis and I stared at each other.

Now that Travis was in front of me I had forgotten everything I was going to say.

Instead, I tried not to stare at him, which was kinda' hard to do since he wasn't wearing a shirt.

Travis walked over to me and leaned down.

Thinking he was going to kiss me I closed my eyes, and tilted my face up.

When the kiss didn't come I opened my eyes to see Travis giving me a weird look while holding his shirt in his hand.

I flushed and mentally slapped myself. Nice going. "Katie." Said Travis, trying not to laugh.

I pursed my lips tightly, and looked up at him. Travis sighed and sat down next to me.

THALIA'S P.O.V

After Katie had gone to see Travis I got up and walked out of the room.

I couldn't do this anymore. I couldn't just sit around in bed all day sulking. I needed to go and see Luke.

On my way to the boys' room I bumped into Jason, and Percy. "Where's Luke?" I asked impatiently.

Jason smirked. "Why?" I glared at him and Percy.

"I know how you two and your girl-friends set us up. And if you know what's good for you, you're going to shut up and answer my question." I hissed threateningly.

My brother gulped, "I think he went to the training room. I shoved past him angrily. "Thals," he pleaded.

I ignored him. He felt guilty? Good, he should be.

I walked into the training room, only to find it empty. I groaned, and ran a hand through my hair.

Where else could he be? "Thalia?" I turned around to see Connor giving me a quizzical look.

"Where's Luke?" I demanded. Connor motioned towards the changing room.

"I'll tell him you want to see him." "No need." I said. I walking towards the boys changing rooms, ignoring Connor's cries of protest.

Luke looked up as I walked into the changing rooms. "Thalia? What are you doing?" he asked, his eyes widening.

I crossed my arms over my chest. "I came to see you." He gave me an are you serious look.

"You can't wait outside?" he asked. I ignored what he said, and walked up to him.

"Who do you think you are?" I said jabbing him on his chest. "Oh brother." He muttered under his breath.

"You think you can just do whatever you want and then act like it was nothing." "It was a dare." He replied casually.

I scoffed. "That's not the only time I'm talking about." He arched his eyebrows, "Really, how many 'other times' have there been?"

I gaped at him. This was not what I'd been expecting. "You don't remember?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

Luke's gaze travelled down my body, making my stomach flip. "No," he replied coolly.

"Why don't you tell me." He leaned in closer for every word he said.

Having him this close was making it hard for me to think. "Grace?" he whispered. "What?" I said, my voice breathy.

Luke chuckled. I hated him for the way he made me feel, even despite what he'd done.

"So you're saying everything was an act?" I said, my voice growing louder.

Luke shrugged. "I guess." I shot him a venomous look. "I can't believe you."

His expression hardened. "You got dared as well Grace so don't try and pin this on me."

I gave him a deadly look. "Yeah, but I never would've led you on."

Luke grabbed my wrist and turned me around so I was facing him. I tried to push him away but he was holding too tightly.

And then he pushed me back against the wall and kissed me. Hard.

I clutched onto his shirt and pulled him closer to me, but it wasn't close enough.

He wrapped his arms tightly around me and lifted me up so he didn't have to lean down.

I clung to him tightly, inhaling his scent, loving the feel of his hair brushing against my skin.

"Holy crap!" someone shouted. Sadly, I had to pull away.

Luke groaned and turned around. "What do you want Connor?"

"Look I'm really happy for both of you, but I'd appreciate it if you made out somewhere not so public." He shouted.

Luke rolled his eyes and looked back at me. And then he smiled.

I FINALLY DECIDED TO GET THALIA AND LUKE TOGETHER. HOPE YOU LIKED THE CHAPTER. I KNOW I DEFINITELY DID ;D
