-Chapter 13-
I got up and dived in the shower while Ginny got dressed in her healers uniform. "See ya harry!" she yelled as I pulled on my robes. "Bye Gin!" I replied kissing her sweetly and flooing to the D.A.D.A classroom. I then went to breakfast with the rest of the staff. "Everyone please welcome two new additions to the staff. Mr Harry Potter will work as the defence against the dark arts professor and Miss Ginny Weasley will work as Madam Pomfrey's assistant,Now onto this amazing food." Professor Dumbledore announced before sitting down "err Harry!" Ginny whispered and I nodded quickly "I'm going to be sick" she whispered again as she covered her mouth and ran out to the staff toilets.
I followed her while Dumbledore tried to calm everyone down. I ran inside the toilets and pulled Ginny's hair back just in time for her to be sick. When she turned she had a huge stomach almost like "A baby bump. Harry I have a baby bump!" Ginny cried. Then Professor Dumbledore walked in " Miss Weasley what happened?" he asked "I don't know I just felt faint and sick so I told harry and came in here then when I finished being sick I turned and had a baby bump?"She told him "Harry please bring Ginny up to the hospital wing." He told me and we headed to the hospital wing. "Poppy how far along is she in her pregnancy?" Professor Dumbledore asked and Madam Pomfrey ran diagnosis spells on her.
"Approximately 9 months I would say Albus. Why?"Madam Pomfrey asked "Because this poor girl has been made to go through the whole 9 Months of pregnancy in under 10 minutes it seems Professor Slughorn made a mistake in the potion. Ginny, Harry I expect you would like to tell Mrs Weasley and get ready for your new arrival so until your baby has been born you are both off work."Professor Dumbledore said and we left the school.
"Mum!Mum!" Ginny yelled and Mrs Weasley came flying in "What!What!" Mrs Weasley asked worriedly "'I'm 9 months pregnant because Slughorn messed up my potion."Ginny told her and started crying Mrs Weasley pulled her in for a hug while whispering soothing words to her only daughter. "Ah sweetheart do you want me to get the baby stuff that you will need with you?"Molly asked and Ginny nodded then suddenly looked at me. "Harry can we still get the dog?" she asked quietly and I nodded smiling. She walked over tome and slid her hand in mine "can we go?" She asked me quickly and I nodded and we flooed over to Diagon ally.
We Brought a crib, nappies and wipes and everything else a baby needs, before getting food and clothes. After about 2 hours it was done and we flooed back home (You are not allowed to apperate when pregnant as it could harm your baby). We packed it away and then Mrs Weasley assured us that she would be there any time we needed her before leaving.
"Harry? Can we go and get the dog please?" Ginny begged so we walked down the dog re-homing place that was called Dogs for you "Hello can we look at the black Labradors please?" Ginny asked and the receptionist nodded before taking us to the dogs. We had a look and none of them caught our eye so we went back to the desk "excuse me,sorry to bother you again but can we look at the female huskys please?" I asked and she nodded before taking us to them. "Harry look at this puppy it's adorable!" Ginny said showing me the most adorable husky puppy "Excuse me ? may we have this one?" I asked and the receptionist smiled "yes that will be 25 pounds please" she said and I passed her the money. She passed us a pink lead and Ginny hooked her on "good bye" we smiled and she nodded.
When we got back to the house and let her off the lead "harry? what are going to call her?" Ginny asked as we sat down on the sofa "um...daisy or poppy.." I wondered aloud. "Poppy is a really cute name" Ginny smiled and the little dog came running up to me and licking my face. "welcome to the family little Poppy Potter"
