Um. I'm sorry?
*stares at the bottom of my last chapter* I'm just a few months late with updating… QWQ FORGIVE ME. You see, once I update a chapter, I see my reviews. I get all happy and write 1k words. Then I take a break… And don't come back for like 4 weeks. Then I write 1k more words… ;w; ROIEIUHTEROIUHTEROITEROIERTUUERTHYUERTOUTEROIUIOEWAILKA Ahem. I'm proud to mark that after this chapter, I will finally start all the ElsxEve fluff. *ohwhatitrytomakeasfluff* anyways, bear with the beginning of this chapter please. I know it's boring, but it gets kinda better later on. I've given up editing this chapter since I'm too lazy to even do this anymore. I suppose these two chapters are filler chapters, but not really.
EDIT: Honestly. This story is starting to bore me, which is why it's taking me so long to update. I love writings this, but the beginning is too slow qq I'm extremely disappointed with this chapter. I've had such a lack of ideas that my writing skills have started to decrease in quality. Sorry. This chapter is crap. Horrible. My god. It's worst than Angel's Rebirth e.e
"...Bloody El." A purplenette grumbled.
"Yep." Eve answered back, exasperated.
The duo huddled in the back of their classroom. In the front a boy, Valak, was arguing with a girl, Lime. A shy black haired boy with glasses, Allegro, stood between the two, trying to stop their yelling.
"Maid cafe!" Valak slammed his palm on the blackboard where the words 'Cosplay Maid Cafe!' were printed across the whole board.
"Haunted house." Lime gritted her teeth, taking the eraser and erasing the word 'Cafe' to neatly print 'Haunted House' in cursive.
"Nobody does haunted houses anymore! Our seniors did that last year- And they lost the contest!"
"All the other classes are already doing cosplay cafés." Lime huffed.
The two were currently arguing over a class event for the upcoming ElFestival. ElFestival was when all the students were able to work together and create class booths such as a takoyaki stand, or they could practice for sports class with the best event gets a generous donation towards better class equipment.
Allegro pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, "U-um... Lime-san... Valak-san... Why don't we take a class vote?"
"Ah?" Valak punched his palm. "Did you say something midget?"
Lime pulled Allegro towards her and hugged him. "Leave Allegro alone!"
"..." Allegro' face grew dark.
"Midget?" Valak asked as Lime poked his cheek, "Allegro?"
Allegro face came into view to reveal a heavy blush. He swayed in Lime's arms before fainting.
All eyes turned to Banthus.
The gruff man just shoved another cupcake into his mouth before waving his hand. "He's not my problem. Send him home or something."
"Since when was Lime-chan in our class anyways?" Eve questioned. Aisha shrugged.
"My my." Elsword appeared next to Lime and Allegro out of nowhere.
"Lime. Remember, you can't touch Allegro otherwise he'll faint. He has a fear of girls." Elsowrd reminded her, lifting Allegro's limp body onto the back of another classmate. "Drop him off at the nurses office." He ordered before standing between Valak and Lime.
He waited for his classmate and Allegro to leave the room before giving a wide smile. He punched the board with the side of his fist. Tiny flakes of chalk fell down the board. A few of his classmates shuddered. A scary Elsword was not a good Elsword.
He then erased the board.
"We're not doing a haunted house."
Valak flipped Lime off.
"We're not doing a maid cafe either." Elsword added.
Lime flipped Valak off two times.
Elsword paced back and forth. "Those ideas are too overused. Think about it, what's a good idea that the other classes won't use?"
Lime chewed her bottom lip. "A karate tournament?"
Valak shook his head. "A female fashion show?"
Elsword pointed at both of them. "A best couple contest!"
Murmurs spread across the classroom.
Aisha slanted her eyes. "No way."
A hand went up into the air. "How will we decide the couples?"
Elsword grinned. "We'll just nominate people. So, any objections to our class event?"
Aisha's hand shot up. Elsword briefly scanned the room.
"None? Great!" Elsword scribbled on the board. 'COUPLE IDEAS.'
'Jackass.' Aisha thought.
"So... Any suggestions?"
Minutes later the board was decorated with tons of name pairings, but only three were circled.

Raven Nakamura and Rena Harada
"Are we all good with these couples?" Elsword scanned the room.
Aisha tilted her head towards Eve. "I've never talked to Seiker-kun before..."
"Pardon me, I'm here to deliver- ah!" Ara opened the door and walked a few steps before tripping and scattering a number of papers all over the floor.
Valak looked down at Ara and tsked.
"Ara, you ok?" Lime leaned down and offered her friend a hand.
"Y-yes. Thank you." Ara replied, a bit flustered.
"What's this?" Elsword began scooping up a few papers.
"Oh! The principal told me that once you've chosen an event you need to fill out all the papers. They have to be returned back to her in a week." Ara's eyes found their way to the board.
"Couple ideas?"
"Oh yeah." Valak smirked. "Don't go telling the other classes, but our class is going to win the money for class equipment."
Ara reread the names. She frowned and erased two names. After a few moments she gave a satisfied smile to herself.

Aisha blinked.

"What?!" She covered her face, shielding a heavy blush from forming.
Eve numbly fingered a strand of her hair.
A wave of shock was barely noticeable as it appeared and disappeared on Elsword's face.
"Now now, Haan, what do you think you're doing?" He stared at her until she started to fidget.
"I think that... Everyone will be expecting you and Yoshida- I mean, you guys are an official couple!" Ara wagged her finger. "If we do these mixed and matched ones, it'll be more exciting."
Elsword laughed and grabbed Ara's shoulders. She gave a tiny yelp. 'Goddamn it Haan. What are you trying to achieve here?' Elsword thought while waving his hand. "So these are the final couples then. Can someone go fetch Rena, Chung and Raven?"
Aisha gaped at Eve. "Eve-chan, you're ok with this?"
Eve shrugged. "I have no reason to be against it."
Aisha switched her gaze over to Ara, giving the young lady a sharp glare.
Ara twitched, feeling uncomfortable and soon met Aisha's gaze. Ara winked.
Aisha gave a small gasp, thinking back to a certain lunch.
'Aisha, do you still like Sieghart?'
Aisha furiously shook her head, confusing Eve. 'Nononono. Ara-chan couldn't have-! I don't have feelings for Sieghart-kun.' Aisha convinced herself.
The door was quickly slid open, Raven quickly stormed in the room with Rena behind him.
"Elsword... A word please?" Raven gave a grim smile.
Elsword held up his hands. "Now now Raven, calm down." Elsword pulled Raven aside, and whispered quickly into his ear. Ravens eyes grew and he growled.
"Bastard. How do you-"
Elsword silenced Raven. "Trust me Raven."
The taller male pursed his lips before huffing. "Do what you want."
"Excellent. Rena, do you have any problems with becoming a couple with Raven just this once?"
Rena smirked. "Of course not, although..." She wrapped her arms around Raven's left arm. "I plan on winning this so called contest." She winked.
Eve shuddered.
"..." Chung stepped into the classroom. "I was told that I have to enter a best-couple-contest." He locked eyes with Elsword.
"You're pairing with Eve."
Chung avertly searched the room for Eve's golden irises.
Eve hitched her breath as Chung thought for a moment.
"...I suppose I could join." His pale cheeks gave off a rosy color
"Great!" Elsword wrapped his arm around Chung.
"Now remember Chung... You can only be with Eve temporarily. She's still mine." Elsword warned.
Eve bristled. "I'm not your property." She curtly said.
Elsword seemed unfazed and dismissed her.
Eve turned to Aisha with a 'Can you believe this guy?' look, only to see the purplenette giving a determined smile.
"Eve-chan... Would you like to make a bet?" She asked innocently.
Aisha splashed her face with water in the bathroom. "..." She stared emotionlessly at her reflection. "What was I thinking?"
'A bet?' Eve asked.
'Yep...' Aisha had leaned forward, her breath tickling Eve's nape. 'If you lose... Break up with Sieghart-kun.'
Eve couldn't contain her shock, and Aisha winked before rushing out the room into the bathroom.
Aisha gave a harsh cough, splattering blood into the sink. "No way." She gasped and looked at her reflection again.
Her pigtails were high instead of being low. Her eyes were also slightly sharper. She pulled her pigtails down and felt her heart release tension.
"You already gave me enough trouble." She whispered to herself, fingering a bruise on the side of her stomach.
"Aisha-chan!" A number of girls rushed into the bathroom.
"Huh?"
"What are you doing? You're wasting time!" They ushered her out of the cramped room. "We're going to help you win the contest! And we only have one hour so don't complain."
"Wait what?!" Aisha exclaimed as she was pushed into a theater room with numerous outfits inside. How did these girls even know her name?
No one had questioned the blood that remained on the sink.
"Ugh." Aisha was trying hard to hide her smile as she stood next to a cocky red head.
They stood on a towering platform in the gym decorated with scattered rose petals. Students standing in the area below them could smell a perfume wafting through the air, giving a sweet lilac fragrance.
Aisha wore a short black one-shoulder dress. A violet rose, sparingly given by Rena, was attached to Aisha's left wrist on a black velvet bracelet. Dark purple butterflies crowned her hair, which had been styled into a waterfall braid. She wore a small amount of mauve shadow colored eyeshadow, and blush.
Next to Aisha, Elsword smiled at all his adoring fans. He wore a simple tuxedo, but it was enough to get all the girl's hearts, excluding Eve's, racing. His tuxedo sleeves were rolled up, giving him a laid back look. He was holding a bouquet of blood red colored roses.
On the other side of the room, Eve was seated on a tall platform with a throne where Chung kneeling on the ground next to her.
Eve had her legs crossed. Her hair was let down, cascading down her back, piling up on her seat. In her hair was a silver crown with a marine blue orb in the middle. She wore a sleeveless ivory high-low dress that split into a few layers at the bottom. On her left arm was a elbow length fingerless glove, and on her right arm was a rose pink bow made out of ribbon. She wore no stockings but around her ankle was yet another bow made out of ribbon. She was decorated with makeup that made her eyes look more sharp.
Chung had his hair spiked up with gel. He wore knights armor with leather armbands around his wrists. An iron sword with a marine blue orb similar to Eves crown was in Chung's hand.
Diagonal to Eve and Chung was another tall platform.
On the large platform, Rena was seated with Raven's head on her lap. They were surrounded by vibrant flowers and a plush rabbit.
Rena's long hair was split into loose braids. She wore a carnelian red cape with black lace threading along the edges. She had a white top that split into a upside down v, exposing most of her stomach. Her shorts were black and cut off before her thighs. Leather boots with fur Pom Poms were fully exposed as she showed them off like a model while still keeping Ravens head in her lap.
Ravens eyes remained closed as Rena ran her slender fingers through his sleek hair. He peeked one eye open to reveal the fact that he had used electric blue contacts that made his eyes stand out. He was wearing a short sleeved black hoodie with dark blue jeans. A checkered duct tape bracelet was around his right wrist. Gel was blended into his hair to look like he had pointy wolf ears.
Across from Rena's platform was the wide stage with a red carpet draping on the floor. Three trophies were standing on a table.
Mayumi stood on top of the stage, a mic in her hand. "I would like to welcome everyone here today for joining class 1-B's 'Best Couple Contest'!" She grinned.
Eve took in a few deep breaths.
Chung grinned up at her. "Nervous milady?"
"Not at all." She closed her eyes for a few milliseconds and opened them again to see Aisha staring at her, a blush decorating her cheeks.
The purple haired female mouthed something to Eve. Eve slightly shook her head, she couldn't understand. Aisha mouthed it again, slower. This time Eve understood it.
'Good luck Eve-chan.'
