Dani's p.o.v
I'll be at your house in 15 minutes. We're going out for dinner. Don't worry, i'm not dragging you to some fancy resturant, I know you hate that.

I smile down at my phone, typing out a quick reply that i'll be waiting and hitting send. I pull on a pair of skinny jeans and a warm long sleeve. I let my hair down and pull on a beanie as it's chilly outside. I go downstairs to John and Stiles. They're just about to start dinner.
"Hey, Derek's dropping by to pick me up for dinner. You mind?" I ask John.
"Not at all" he smiles. "Just be home before midnight"
"I will, thanks" I smile. I grin when I hear Derek pull up. "I should go, see you both later!" I call out, walking out. Derek gets out and hugs me. "Where are we going?" I ask him. He doesn't answer, just kisses me and brings me to my door. I get in, looking at him in confusion. He gets in his side and pulls out smoothly. "Derek? Where are we going?" I ask him again. He turns to me with a soft smile.
"Nowhere" he says. "Dinner" he says, reaching into the backseat. He pulls out two bags containing subway. I smile, he knows me well.
"Thank you" I smile, unwrapping mine. We eat in silence for awhile before he pulls up at the beach.
"Let's go for a walk" he says. I nod and get out. Derek threads our fingers together as we walk down the beach, our other hands occupied with our food. "I talked to Cora" he says. I smile.
"I talked to John and Stiles, they're both cool with it" I tell him.
"Good, 'cause Cora is too" he smiles widely. I grin, jumping up and wrapping my legs around his waist. He brings our foreheads together, both smiling widely. "I love you so much Dani" he says.
"I love you so much" I say before leaning in and kissing him softly.
"I have a confession to make" he says. "I lied about where we were going" he says. He nods past me and I turn around. There, in the sand, is a blanket, roses, wine, candles, everything. "I had to ask Cora about it..I didn't know what I was doing" he says sheepishly.
"No, it's beautiful. It's perfect" I say. He leads me over. We spend the rest of the night drinking wine and laughing together. I can't believe it. I'm moving in with him and Cora. I can't believe it. I'm so happy.

1 week later
"Stiles! You're too heavy!" I groan as the male jumps on my back.
"Move forth young maiden!" Stiles says, pointing into the loft.
"You are such a nerd" I chuckle, walking him in. I move over to the couch and dump Stiles off me.
"Glad to see Stiles is making myself comfortable as well" Cora grins, bringing in one of my boxes. I smile and take it from her. I take it into Derek's room and put it on the floor. Derek comes in with a big bag and puts it on the bed.
"Let me guess..clothes?" Derek guesses.
"Bingo" I grin. "Are we really doing this?" I ask him. Derek's face falls.
"Do you not want too?" he asks.
"No, no, I do, I really do" I assure him, making his gorgeous smile come back. "I'm still trying to process it"
"Well, are you happy?" he asks.
"More than you could imagine" I smile widely.
"Good" he grins. I yelp in suprise when he hoists me up. I smile down at him, kissing him softly.
"Is Cora home tonight?" I ask him. Derek smiles againist my lips.
"I don't know. Maybe not" he says, making me grin.
"Do you have energy drinks or something? I don't think I call do all that again without some kind of pick-me-up. I'm only human" I say and he chuckles.
"Protein drinks is all i've got" he tells me.
"Well, i'm going to need one of those then" I say. I quickly jump off Derek when I hear Scott and Stiles' laughter, coming back up the stairs. "Finish this later?" I ask Derek.
"Definitely" the older man grins.
"This is the last of them" Scott annonces, him and Sties putting the boxes down.
"Thanks boys" I smile, giving them both big hugs. Stiles scruffs my hair playfully.
"Why don't you guys stay for dinner?" Derek suggests. "As a thank you"
"Free food, of course we'll stay" Stiles grins.
"I can't" Cora says, coming down the stairs again. She's in a skirt and a nice shirt, some of the ones Lydia and I helped pick out for her.
"Where are you running off to looking so nice?" I ask Cora, wiggling my eyebrows.
"Boyd and I are taking Alicia and her friend Crystal out to dinner" Cora tells us. I share a look with Stiles. That sounds an awful lot like a family dinner. Boyd and Cora the parents, Crystal and Alicia their kids. I smile softly at Cora. That's so..cute.
"Will you be back tonight?" Derek asks her casually.
"Uh..no..I was going to stay over at Boyd's" she says. The two siblings stare at each for a few long moments. Stiles, Scott and I stand off to the side awkwardly.
"Okay" Derek says finally.
"Okay" Cora nods. "I should go, I don't wanna be late" she says. "Bye guys" she waves to us as she goes for the door.
"Cora" Derek says, stopping her. "Be..argh, be safe" Derek says, face screwing up. Cora laughs.
"You too Derek" she says before disappearing out the door. Stiles' head snaps to me, so does Scott's. The two boys look between us accussingly. Derek looks at them sheepishly.
"So dinner?" I say, breaking the silence.
"Yes, i'm starving" Scott says. He's can be a little absent-minded, easily distracted..obviously.
"Come on, you can help me them" I say, dragging the loop-sided grinned boy into the kitchen.
