Once everyone had arrived at the palace, they all walked inside to the dinning hall, where servants soon came to make them tea. They all sat around a large round table, waiting for their tea.
Sally
I couldn't help but smile at where everyone had sat, they were all in couples. My uncle and auntie sat together, holding hands and smiling fondly at Blaze, who was sitting next to Silver and having a quiet conversation. Silver, bless him, was blushing!
The Next to Silver was Knuckles, who was sat next to Rouge. Rouge kept smiling at every word he said. Then next to Rouge was Maria, and Shadow, who had his arm wrapped around her waist. They were all having their own conversation.
Then next to Shadow was Espio (he didn't have anyone, poor boy), then was the very noisy Charmy talking to Cream, she was sat next to her mother, Vanilla, while Vanilla was talking to Vector.
Then Cosmo sat next to Vector, facing Tails. Tails was in-between Cosmo and Sonic. Sonic sat with the sleeping Amy on his lap, I don't think he'll ever let go.
There were only two chairs left, both next to each other, on next to Sonic, the other next to my uncle. My uncle was talking to auntie and if I sat next to him, he would feel as if he had to speak to me. So I sat next to Sonic, in silence, hoping he wouldn't notice me.
He didn't, and if he did, he hid it well. The tea was soon served.
Sonic
After we all drank our tea, Amy started to stir in her sleep. I looked down to see her tired jade eyes looking up into my emerald ones. "Hey sleeping beauty" I said in a quiet voice.
She yawned cutely, before asking "where are we?"
Sally, who was sitting next to me- I hadn't even noticed her- answered "you're at King and Queen Cat's palace."
"Oh…"
Amy
I looked around the table to see everyone looking at me, I felt my face heating up, Blaze must have noticed, because she said "come on Amy; let's get you cleaned up and some warm clothes to wear."
I looked down to see what I was wearing; a ripped up dress that only covered my… private areas.
Blaze walked over to me and took my hand, pulling me up. Maria and Rouge got up too, following us.
