Sonic
Once Amy had left, I then felt lonely.
"I think it's time for bed, don't you agree?" I heard the Queen ask. Everyone agreed and started to get up.
"I'll show you all to your guest rooms" said the King.
Sally
Once I was in my room, and in a long nightgown- that the Queen had let me borrow- I started to take all the hair pins out of my hair. Letting it fall down my back, I then started to brush it.
I was interrupted by a knock on the door. When I opened it, I was shocked to find Sonic stood outside, fully dressed. "Sonic? Um… yes?" I asked, not sure how to respond.
"I just wanted to thank you, ya know for tripping to lights…"
"Oh! Yeah well, I just… when I saw your plan wasn't going well, I had to help!" I told him smiling.
"Thanks Sally" he smiled. "Well goodnight" he told me, giving me a quick hug. I knew it meant nothing, but I couldn't help but let blood rush to my cheeks.
A thought then occurred to me "how did you know this was my room?" I asked him.
He chuckled "There's a sign on everyone's door, I expect we'll be staying here for quite a while. Well goodnight Sally, sleep well."
"You too, goodnight…" I said. He then left, I shut the door after.
I went to my bed and soon feel asleep.
Normal
"Here Amy" Blaze said, gesturing to the bath next to a fire, filled with warm water.
"We'll turn around, so you can get in, then we'll help you with those wounds" Rouge said, giving Amy a sad smile.
Amy nodded. Once the girls had turned their back to her, she started to remove her shredded, blood stained dress. She then stepped into the bath, goose pimples slowly forming on her arms and legs.
Once she was fully in she told the girls they could turn around again. Blaze then started to clean the wounds on her left arm with a wash cloth, while Rouge the other arm. And Maria washed the wounds on her back.
Once the girls were done, Rouge and Blaze then left the room to retrieve one of Blaze's nightgowns for Amy.
Maria held a towel out in front of her, for Amy to step into, as she looked away. Once Maria had turned away, Amy stepped out of the bath and took the towel, wrapping it around her cherry-pink form.
Amy thanked her, prompting Maria that she could look again.
Maria then couldn't take it anymore and pulled Amy into a light hug. "It's so good to see you again Amy" she whispered, tears pricking at her eyes.
Amy smiled; a genuine smile! And hugged Maria back "You too Maria!" They then both pulled away from each other, as Rouge and Blaze entered the room with bandages, undergarments and a nightgown.
"I hope the nightgown fits, you're so dainty Amy" Blaze told her with a smile.
Rouge
Once Amy was dressed and her wounds were bandaged up, she hugged and thanked us all. I couldn't help but let a few tears fall, I was just so happy to see her.
There was then a knock on the door "come in" I giggled.
Knuckles, Shadow and Silver then entered. Silver's cheeks immediately went red when he saw Blaze, dressed in her nightgown. We were all ready for bed and in our nightgowns.
They were all ready for bed too. Shadow was in a pair of red cotton shorts and white vest. While Silver was in a pair of long blue cotton trousers and a blue button up long-sleeved cotton shirt to match. And Knuckles was wearing a pair of black cotton shorts and- well nothing! He was shirtless… well that I could get used to.
Knuckles
I watched as Rouge's pretty blue eyes scanned over Shadow, then Silver and then came to a stop on me, looking at my shirtless body. I smirked, I knew she'd look. She looked gorgeous though, she was wearing a knee length, pink silk nightgown, with an open robe over the top.
I then glanced over at Silver to see his face heating up at the sight of Blaze. I hope Blaze likes him as well; the poor boy is like a love sick puppy.
Shadow was giving Amy a gentle hug, telling her how much he missed her, and how he was sorry that he couldn't have helped her sooner.
Once Shadow stopped hugging her, I gave her a quick friendly hug. I was just so happy for her now, the King was dead! Good riddance to him too!
Silver then joined the hug. Then Blaze, then Rouge, and soon we were all in a group hug around Amy (except for Shadow, he looked a little awkward).
Once the hug had ended Shadow took Maria's hand. "Come on, let's go to bed" we all agreed.
Blaze said goodnight to everyone and went on her way to her room, Silver's eyes never left her retreating figure.
Shadow and Maria soon left, to go to their room, leaving Rouge, Silver, Amy and I, alone in the corridor.
"Come on Knuckles, you can escort me to my room" Rouge told me, linking arms with me. I agreed, and lead her to her room, saying goodnight to Silver and Amy, as we passed them.
Normal
Tails was sat on Sonic's bed, dressed in green cotton shorts and shirt to match. Sonic was behind a screen, getting ready for bed.
"Are you as relieved as I am that King Acorn's gone now?" asked the yellow two-tailed fox.
"More than anyone" replied Sonic, coming out from behind the screen, dressed in a pair of long red cotton trousers, with no shirt.
"I'm sure Amy's relieved more than you are Sonic" Tails told him matter-of-factly.
"I said 'more than anyone', Amy isn't just anyone. She's the most important thing in the world to me."
"Alright, no need to get all romantic on me!" Tails said, chuckling. Sonic soon joined in with the laughter.
"Sorry Tails, I just love her. I've never felt this way about anyone before, and their have been other girls in my life before, but none of them have ever made me feel the way I do about Amy."
"Yeah, I feel like that around Cosmo, speaking of her, I'm going to go say good night. Sleep well Sonic" Tails then exited the room.
No sooner had he left the door opened again, to revile Amy dressed in a nightgown, which was a little bit too big for her.
Sonic was up and immediately by her side, wrapping her in his warm arms. Amy melted into them naturally; Sonic then closed the door that had been ajar.
"You sleeping here tonight, Ames?"
"If that's alight with you? Would you mind?" She answered with a question.
Sonic chuckled "I don't mind at all Amy!" Amy was about to walk over to the bed, but before she could wriggle out of his grip; he swept her into his arms, bridal style, and carried her.
Once Amy was comfortable and tucked in, Sonic blew out the candle on his bedside table and snuggled into Amy. Amy sighed.
"What's wrong?" Sonic whispered into her quills.
"It's just… I…" She sighed "Do you still… want me?"
Sonic looked at her like she'd grown a second head. "Why wouldn't I want you Amy?"
She wriggled out of his arms, "Well just look at me! I don't exactly have the prettiest of bodies!" she cried, looking down at herself, referring to the scars and bruises.
Sonic sighed in understanding, "I am looking Amy, and you know what I see?"
"A torn and scarred up body, that anyone in their right mind wouldn't want!" Although Amy had hated being desirable to a number of men, she still wanted Sonic to want her.
Ignoring her response he said passionately, "I see a beautiful and strong woman, whose scars reflect truly how brave she is." He whipped away a tear streaking down her face, "I see the women who I love and cherish with my heart and soul, and I see a person who is the centre of my world. Ames I love you, and all the scars that come with you."
"Sonic I… no one's said anything like that to me before," she smiled at him through tears, "I can't believe it's really over, we're finally together!"
"I know Ames, I can't believe it either," he said before kissing her forehead, and he pulled her back into his arms. "Hey Ames," he whispered into the darkness.
"Hmm…" she answered tiredly.
"Before anything else happens… marry me?" he asked, almost hesitantly.
When she didn't answer right away he silently cursed himself for being so stupid and not giving her the time she needed.
"Yes! A million times yes!" Amy practically jumped on top of him, forgetting about her bruises and cuts and kissed him. It was the most passionate kiss she'd ever given or received and she knew it'd only ever be for him. For the man who saw past all her physical faults and loved her for the beautiful person she really was. She knew at that moment that Sonic would be the only man to ever kiss her, the only man she would have to kiss, and she would kiss him, not because she had to but because she desired to.
Wow! Finally finished. Thank you to everyone who kept up with this story and didn't give up on it when I felt like it, and encouraging me to finish it. I hope you all enjoyed it and are happy with the ending. I'm sorry if it is not what you were hoping for or expected it to be, but I feel that this is a good place to end this story.

Sally isn't a bitch! YAY! I told you all I wouldn't make her the villain in this story, I like Sally Acorn; I think she is a strong and beautiful character.
And Amy got her happy ending! XD
I'm afraid this will not have a sequel, so please don't ask for one. But don't worry, more Sonamy is to come! And Sally isn't horrible in this one.

Sally's gaze followed his every move and the girls watch sadly as longing filled her eyes along with tears. "He's such a jerk!" Cream announced, causing the girls' eyes to snap to the small bunny who usually never had a bad word to say about anyone.
"Jerk is putting it mildly," Blaze mumbled before turning her attention back to the chipmunk. "Are you alright Sally?"
Sally wasn't alright and the girls knew it, but she put on a brave face and smiled at her friends. "I'll get over it," she breathed out.
"Sonic seems to already be over it," Rouge voiced distractedly, watching as the blue hedgehog whispered something in a green fox's ear, while running his hand through another girls hair on the other side of him.
"Rouge!" Amy hissed, grabbing Cosmo's empty crisps packet, balling it and throwing at the bat's face.
"Hey! I was just sayin'," the white bat shrugged.
"You're starting to sound like Knuckles," Cosmo told her with a shake of her head before biting into her chocolate bar.
"And what's wrong with that?" Rouge challenged, "he might not be the brightest guy ever, but he's hot! With a capital H!" She fanned herself dramatically.
"I just wish Sonic would get a taste of his own medicine for once," Amy grumbled. She watched Sally with careful jade eyes, knowing her best friend still stung from Sonic's betrayal- Sally might be fooling everyone else, but not Amy.
Blaze snapped her head up, her widened eyes staring at Amy. "That's not such a bad idea," she murmured, rubbing her chin thoughtfully.
"She's got that look in her eye again," Cream whispered to Cosmo from the corner of her mouth, leaning back in her seat away from the purple cat.
Blaze ignored the rabbit and kept her gold eyes pinned on Amy. "Just think about it," she demanded. "He wants you and I bet he's willing to chase you too. All you have to do is make him fall in love with you then cheat on him and dump him on his ass!"
"I don't think-"
"That's a brilliant idea!" Rouge jumped in. "What better way to get back at him for what he did to Sally then to do to him exactly what he did to her. Especially if you did it with Scourge, who'd be for than happy to do it with you. Just imagine if you did actually do it!"
"That's a lot of 'did's and 'do's…"
"Come on Amy!" Blaze grabbed her hand, begging her with her eyes. Amy looked to Sally who had a mixture of hope and anxiety in her eyes- she wanted Amy to do this as much as the rest of the girls did.
Rouge, still thinking that Amy would refuse, started to goad her. "Come on Amy, I dare ya! Or are you to scared you fall at his feet in a fainting spell the moment he kisses you."
Amy scoffed and crossed her arms over her chest while the rest of the girls at the table shared knowing glances with each other, knowing that there was no way they'd get Amy to back out now. "Only if its with repulsion," she said, faking a disgusted shudder at the thought of kissing him.
