Hey everyone, happy friday and time for another update. Finally, I've been waiting for this chapter to come on this site. Back around in the beginning of the story, I've dropped hints and stuff on who would the villains for Jay and well Electro was one of them but there is another and here it is. Chapter 26: V.E.N.O.M

A puppet, that's what he saw in himself. A puppet! Puppet on his strings controlled by the puppeteer. Played with, used. Unlike the well-known puppet Pinocchio who had freedom of his own without the puppeteer controlling him. Nothing but a puppet being played with to entertain people and his controller. To the thought of the one who created him, made him growl in anger as he realized he was nothing but a puppet to him. And he hated being controlled now and rather be free willed.

Jay 2 stormed down the rainy streets of Ninjago City absentmindly as he had no idea where he was going. He just kept walking. Not even caring his blue shirt was torn open when Nya, the girl he was falling in love and never meant to hurt her, opened his hatch on accident. Now she knew who he was now. A puppet controlled by Jay to go out and play dress up as a superhero. The thought of him as Spiderman made him angered more and more to the point he wants to kill him. "Why can't I be like him?" he grumbled as he walked down, shoving people aside along the way. "Why can't I be like Spiderman?"

He hated and became jealous for the blue ninja for everything he became. Spiderman, being famous all over Ninjago City and possibly Ninjago too. But he was more jealous of the lightning ninja for having Nya. Since Jay has never been there for her, the android would be there for her. Even though his databanks never recalled about her when he came to operation, he developed feelings for the samurai to know what it was like to love someone. But with the real Jay in his way, it made it impossible to be with the girl. To which, he wished he was out of the picture. Oh how he wished he was like Spiderman, to rid Jay from existence.

As the rain continued to pour, the android stepped aside to shelter himself under an awny of a shop to scuff a little and lift his panel on his arm to see where he was. According to his coordinates, he was nearby Parkway and Osborn; nearby Oscorp. He had to ponder why he walked himself near the building of miracles and hopes as they called it to squint his eyes on his panel to a reflection of the evening news behind him to turn and saw the window of the shop filled with many television sets. His scarred brow was raised as he saw a picture of a person with similar facial features like his but with dark and longer hair with the bold words across it; Missing Still.

"Security is still baffled, as well with Oscorp, on the disappearance of an Artificial Intelligence, or A.I, being stolen right from under their noses." Gale Gossip announced toward the camera of the 9 O'clock News. "Experiment Zero as they called it was to be the first working android life form of Oscorp, but due to its failure to maintain a power source, hope was almost lost to the A.I. But until one night after the company closed its doors for the night shift, Experiment Zero was stolen right from the laboratory. We have security footage of the scene, but we are all confused for the one responsible. Who could this man be and why a robot?"

Jay 2 watched the footage carefully as the scene changed to be a lab inside of Oscorp. The lights were broken to become complete darkness, but he could see a person in black walk over to the body of Experiment Zero and moved it onto a table to wheel it away. Just like that with no security alarms going off. He had to blink and ponder on whom that was but had to ponder now. There's two nindroids in all of Ninjago. Zane and him. But the third with similar features confused him. A failed power source even. Like his before Electro shocked him at Ninjago Square to give him full power without any recharges. He had a hunch but couldn't be sure and lifted his arm to type in the simple question: Who was Experiment Zero?

He was baffled now as he blinked at his answer to feel somehow sick to his stomach. Puzzled. Confused. He couldn't shake the feeling off and tried again and again to ensure his algorithms were off. He tried location on where it could be, repetition of who it was, but it all came back to the same to him. He even watched a video file he had no idea it was in his databanks to watch the footage of Experiment Zero in Oscorp labs. Startled and frightened, he shut everything down that appeared on the screen to be greeted to two letters entwined and shaped as hexagons; OC. Oscorp Cooperation. Realization flashed in his mind to everything now to think on the answer.

You.

Anger brindled and burned the android's body as it made all perfect sense to him. Jay never created him by hand, he stolen him from Oscorp and made him like the blue ninja. The lightning ninja was a liar and he was gullible for everything he said. He turned to see his reflection of the auburn teen that changed him to make him be like him to growl. He hated Jay for everything now he done to him, making him a fraud after being stolen by his true creators. To make him different and no longer a part of the liar, he moved his bangs that mostly hung in the middle and his left eye to the right to cover the scar of stolen identity and almost his right eye. He no longer felt like Jay, but someone else, but who? Surely not Experiment Zero.

The renew android heard something in his panel beeping to look at it to raise a brow to stare at a file and touched it to view it. It was blue prints of himself, but gazed closely to the name that must've been the final name if he was alive in Oscorp. Virtual Experimented Natural Obtained Matronic; V.E.N.O.M. "V.E.N.O.M?" he wondered to stare at the name more. "Is that who I am truly? And not Experiment Zero." He studied the name more and more to see it was his true name. Like Zane's when it's not in an acronym for anything. In fact, he didn't like Jay 2, Experiment Zero, or anything. He actually enjoys V.E.N.O.M or better yet without the acronym.

*Venom.

Yes. He actually preferred and liked the name more than what he has been called before. Made him sound menacing than Jay 2 or Experiment Zero. Menacing to kill Spiderman and Jay for what he driven him to do. Spiderman versus Venom, he could see it now. But there was one small problem though. He was an android without the mastered arts of Spinjitzu and the auburn had spider abilities to his advantage. Even if he could stab him in the back, Jay would sense it and stop him. He scoffed to that as he needed more power to defeat Spiderman. But what?

Annoyance now stammered Venom as he couldn't think of any methods that could help him. If he had any ideas, Jay could stop them in a heartbeat. He needed something powerful, something Spiderman had never fought in his life. His hazel eyes, or whatever color his real eyes were, spotted a strangely constructed building in the reflection of the shop window to turn and saw it was Oscorp; his real home. Based in the databanks of his true form, besides Jay's, it was home of many powerful gadgets invented. Robotic vulture wings and octopus arms but they seemed cliché to him to use against Jay. He wanted something to make him equal and he knew the perfect one to start heading for the building without a second thought.

Tightened security system and first response alarms with tactical security forces, yeah right. The android saw it as mere child's play as he walked over the bodies of unconscious security officers to enter the elevator and ascend to the upper floors. It felt great to him to what he had done back in the lobby. Of course he didn't kill them, but merely or severely injured them to leave them all unconscious and didn't even give them mercy. He was new and could do whatever he wanted without being controlled, he loved it. He was Venom. Not Virtual Experimented Natural Obtained Matronic. Just Venom.

The elevator slowly reduced its speed to alert the auburn teen he was reach his level and prepared himself if any stragglers of officers intervened. But in response, all he received was silence on the floor and darkened lights. Good. he smirked to himself and broke through the glass doors of the lab. His eyes scanned for various ways to use against Jay, but he knew what he wanted to use the most and came across to a lock door. He searched around for ways to open it, but pried his fingers into the door and grunted as he was using his robotic strength to slowly wedge the metal doors. And once he had a gap, he wedged his hand in to pull on the door more to open it and slipped himself in as it was more damaged to close itself. His prize was in the center on a table to smirk.

It was his now.

From the darkness of the lab, the android could easily spot the table in the center of the lab with his vision enlightening his path. Such an advantage for being an android to have night vision. In the center of the table was a glass prison of the unknown substance that he had information from Jay's memories and the databanks of Oscorp. The symbiote. As he approached to the table, he glanced around to see a console board to tap on one of the switches and the lights flickered on in the room. He shrugged as he didn't care for that now, his main ticket laid in front of his eyes, awakening.

The black slime of the symbiote turned in its glassy case to glance at the nindroid. And it leaped around in its cell as it recognized him from before as if he was the real Jay. The auburn smirked more and more and used his elbow to shatter the prison to free his token and opened his arm panel. "To be equal as one," he said as he retrieved the small vial with red, thick liquid inside. Jay's spider blood. "One must have the same genes and features as the host to be equally match and stronger than the weakest link." He carefully opened the lid to let a small drop fall and become absorbed into the slimy body of the symbiote. It hissed in anger and power and morphed into a shape of a spider. Venom smirked as he placed the blood vial back into his systems and opened himself widely with his arms spread wide. "Come to me!" he demanded with his head high. The symbiote hissed and lunged itself to the auburn to attach itself to his bare chest.

The android gasped to the cold feeling of the unknown creature on his chest, but choked on a laugh as it slowly clawed its way on his body. He felt the black substance slowly cover the lower half of his body and soon his arms. His power source was racing to have him hyperventilating as he felt the symbiote reach his neck and small trendils clawing at the edge of his lips to feel himself changing. He could feel power coursing through his body as the substance had entered his body to tamper with his circuits to have him crumple to the floor in a pool of black slime.

Evil ran through his body and circuits as he felt the transformation was finished. Power was all he felt now. He felt stronger as he stared at his hands to see it changed with large claws and felt his canine teeth have changed as well to sharp fangs. He started laughing evilly as he felt equal against Jay; maybe powerful than him alone, to have the symbiote crawl over his face to mask him to create crude triangular white eyes like Spiderman's to screech as he launched himself out of the lab and soon broke through a window to fall into a dive. The power felt stronger to him to laugh in the thunderstorm wickedly to flip himself over and swung away.

He was Venom. The Black Suited Spiderman.

It has come now! The true villain Jay must face to protect Ninjago City. But with Kai wanting him dead and Nya scared of him, could he really do it as Spiderman or just himself?
