Note to all: In this chapter, a duelist will be using a group of the Heros and unlike the OCG AND TCG, all of them will be shown as Hero instead of HERO, not that makes much of a difference. This how I'll be writing it in my stories. Also, I'm still using the OCG Banlist with some changes from the TCG (Magician of Faith at 2 and Goyo Guardian being back at 1 for example), so I'll be using a card that is banned in the TCG, but is still one per deck in the OCG.
Chapter 35: Call of the Hero

back at their HQ, Slade and Shade were still in shock to saw what just happened.
Shade then replied, "Man, this shadow devil means buisness, dad."
Slade then replied, "I know. We can't send any men out at the monent to grab him, so we'll let those nosy kids do the work for us."
He sighed and replied, "Let all members know that to try to avoid the demon and try not be challenged by him at all!"
Shade nodded as he left the office and Slade then replied, "We need to keep a eye on this guy."

Later that night in one of the private party rooms that was being used as a makeshift hospital, Carly and the gang were looking over the 3 souless duelists with a close eye.
Christina sighed and replied, "I can't believe we lost one of our best friends and duelists to that shadowy asswipe!"
Carly then replied, "I wish this never had to happen, but that guy has to be stopped!"
Sebastian then replied, "We need a duelist that can help us out at any cost."
Kelly then replied, "That demon is bad news! Tiffany was doing some good, but it was too late for to make any impressive comebacks and even used Beezle, King of Dark Dragons as well!"
Sebastian then replied, "Damn that card for having those huge amounts of abilites!"
Carly then replied, "Too bad its a legal card, but I heard in your timeline only 5 copies of exist and that number goes up by 5 in my timeline!"
Kelly then replied, "Can't be destroyed in battle or by card effects and when the opponet takes any kind of damage, that dragon attack is raised!"
Lucas then replied, "That is the only dragon I would ever refuse to use! It gives any dragon users a bad name and it belongs in a pure dark deck!"
Carly looked at Sebastian and replied, "Have you called Tiffany's parents yet, dear?"
"They'll be here in the morning."
Carly sat down in a chair and she sighed and replied, "How are we going to tell them about THIS?"
Sebastian then replied, "We'll have to think of something, sweetie. We'll think of something when the time comes."
Carly let out another deep sigh and she nodded to him and replied, "You're right, honey. Everyone, head to the snack are or just head to bed. We need all the sleep to stay awake to beat this creep!"

Later that night inside of the Target store, Shavar was busy looking around the 1st floor of the store and wasn't seeing anything that would intrest him at all."
He growled and replied, "This place sucks bigtime! All of this useless junk that would be so damn useless to me right now."
Suddenly, a Cop rushed and he repleid, "Freeze, dark!"
Shavar turned around and he replied, "Who the hell are you, human?"
The cop then replied, "I'm Lt. Ronald Jackson and my buds call me Ron!"
Shavar then replied, "We duel now and if I win, I'll leave with no questions asked, you foolish human!"
Ron smiled and replied, "It would be a true treat to beat you, punk!"
Both activated the duel disks they had on their arms and Shavar smiled evily and replied, "Prepare for your downfall, human!"
"Game on!", both yelled out.

About 30 minute into the duel, Ron was doing okay at the moment. He had a Blazing Inpachi (ATK: 1,850), Darkfire Soldier #1 (ATK: 1,700) and a Darkfire Soldier #2 (ATK: 1,700) on his side of the field and Shavar had 1 facedown monster and 1 card facedown and it was Ron's turn.
(Shavar LP: 6000 - Ron LP: 8000)
Ron drew a card and replied, "I summon my Valkyrian Knight!"
As he sat the card down, the fiery knight appeared (ATK: 1,900).
"Lets do it. Darkfire Soldier #1, attack!"
The fiend went in and a Hell Mimic Grub appeared on the card (DEF: 300) before the fiery swordsman cut the evil insect in two.
"Rest of you, attack this fiend directly!"
The other 3 monsters went and struck the demon down (Shavar LP: 8000 - 2550).
Ron smiled and replied, "Take that! I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I play Limit Reverse!"
Suddenly, Hell Mimic Grub appeared (ATK: 100).
"I'll make its level the same as one of your level 4 monsters!"
Suddenly, it began to glow (LV: 1 - 4).
"Next, I summon the mighty Hell Spider!"
As he sat the card down, the evil spider appeared ATK: 100).
"I now tune them together!"
the small worm split into 4 white stars, which turned into green rings and the rings went through Hell Spider, which turned into 4 white stars as well.
"Beelze, come to me!"
As he sat the card down, the evil dragon that defeated Tiffany appeared (ATK: 3,000).
"Next up, I play Hell Fly Nest and I have 10 insects in their, you fool!"
Suddenly, the swarm of evil flys flew in and bit him all over (Ron LP: 8000 - 6000).
"Attack!"
The dragon let out its hot flames and blew one of the Darkfire Soldiers to shards (Ron LP: 6000 - 4700).
"Your move, copper."
Ron drew a card and replied, "I play Shrink!"
Suddenly, Beezle shrank down (ATK: 3,000 - 1,500).
"I tribute my Darkfire Soldier #2 and my Blazing Inpachi for my Infernal Flame Emperor!"
As the two monsters burst into bonfires, the fiery demonic-like creature appeared (ATK: 2,700).
"I also equip my Emperor with Salmandra!"
Suddenly, it began to glow (ATK: 2,700 - 3,400).
"Burn that dragon!"
The huge Pyro let out a huge burst of flames and it shot out and struck the Dragon and it roared in pain (2550 - 1350) and then Shavar groaned and replied, "He can't be destroyed in battle, you fool and he also gains ATK equal to the damage I took."
Suddenly, it let out a huge roar (ATK: 1,500 - 3,400).
"Damn it. I'll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."
Beezle's attack went back to normal (ATK: 3,400 - 4,900).
Shava drew a card and replied, "I summon my Hell Acid Fly!"
As he sat the card down, a large freeky fly with the hellish sky symbols for eyes appeared (ATK: 600).
"I use its ability to destroy your equip card!"
Suddenly, the flys wings began to flap like mad and a wave of black pollen shot out and dissolved the chosen card (ATK: 3,400 - 2,700) and then the Pyro let out a roar (ATK: 2,700 - 1,350).
"Also, your monsters loses half of its attack and I also, my fly gets the attack points your monster lost!"
Suddenly, the fly began to glow (ATK: 600 - 1,950).
The other part of its ability! Attack!"
It let out another burst of pollen and it shot out and struck the Pyro and it exploded into a fiery cloud of smoke & ash (Ron LP: 4700 - 4300).
"Beelze, finish this human off!"
The vile dragon opened its mouth and let out a twin burst of black flames and they shot out towards the cop and he smiled and replied, "I play Widespread Ruin!"
The trap flipped up...and then the flames shot out and incinerated it quickly and then they struck him down (Ron LP: 4300 - 0).
Shavar smiled and replied, "My big guy can't be destroyed by card effects either, silly."
Suddenly, he collapsed to the ground as well and then Shavar then replied, "Pathetic."

Later that morning, the gang learned from Fenton and Steven that their fellow Officer Ron lost and like the others, he was brought into the recovery room as well.
Christina then replied, "That dickhead must be beatened!"
Carly then replied, "I know he does. We need a tough duelist right here and now."
Suddenly, Melissa came into the room and she replied, "Her parents and brother are here now."
Kelly then replied, "I didn't know she had a brother."
Sebastian then replied, "Lets get going then."

after about 10 minutes after Carly and Sebastian explainined about what was going on, the worried family entered the medic room and sat down in chairs near were Tiffany's souless body was.
Her mom sighed and replied, "Please, we need her back."
Carly then replied, "Again, me and my husband take full responsibility for all of this."
Her dad then repleid, "You never forced her and she wanted to do this, so this will be fine with us."
Carly then replied, "I'm sorry, I never asked for you names."
Her mom looked at her and replied, "We haven't told you, yet? Dang. I'm Rose and this is my husband Bill."
He nodded and replied, "Thank you for taking care of her right now."
Sebastian then replied, "It the least we can do for you guys. Sorry it came to this."
Her younger brother raised his hand and replied, "I'm Tiffany's little brother Blake and I'm upset about that demon did to my big sister!"
Carly then replied, "You have alot of spirit, young man,."
"I want to search for that shadowy dude and bring him down!"
Rose then replied, "I know you want to help, but we can't risk losing you either, dear. I'm really sorry you want to do something, but we're doing what's best for her right now."
Blake then replied, "I know, but I'm going with or without you!"
Carly looked at him and replied, "You sure, my ftiend. That shadow devil Shavar is bad news and he's already defeated 3 great duelists."
Blake smiled and replied, "I'm ready to duel him and no one will stop me!"
Sebastian then replied, "I like this kid's spirit, dear."
"I do too, but its up to his parents about what he's able to do, hon."
Rose then replied, "You want to help your big sister now? Go ahead and make us proud, hon."
Bill then replied, "Remember the moves and ideas me and Tiffany taught you, son. You can do it."
Carly then replied, "We're heading to the location right now. Sebastian, stay here with her folks."
He nodded and replied, "Sure can."
"We're both going as well!", Christina and Kelly said at the same time.
Blake then replied, "Fine, lets get going!"
They all got up and left and Rose sighed and replied, "Crush that freak, Blake."

About 20 minutes later, Shavar was sitting near the empty fountain outside of the building, waiting and searching for a new victim.
He laughed and replied, "Ready for anything."
Suddenly, a portal opened up and the gang ran out of it and Shavar smiled evily as he got up and replied, "Too easy."
Blake then replied, "That was so damn cool!"
Shavar then replied, "Who wants my mercy now?
Blake raised his hand and replied, "Whatever you say, little boy."
As he ran and stood across from the demon, the gang sat down on the bench while the shadowy mist covered them all and Carly then replied, "This is what it feels like to be in a shadow game. I hate it already."
Both activated their disks and both drew 5 cards and Blake laughed and replied, "Here we go."
Shavar then replied, "Your demise begins now!"
"Game on!", both yelled out.
(Shavar LP: 8000 - Blake LP: 8000)

Back at the HQ, Slade and Shade were in his office talking about anything they could think of.
Slade then replied, "Thanks to that demon, all of ther guys are too scared to do anything?"
"Afraid so, dad."
Shade then replied, "Should known that would happen to us."
Suddenly, a large TV behind Slade turned on, showing the duel at hand and Shade then replied, "Dad, look!"
Slade turned around to see it and he replied, "Another victim for the shadow duel, I see."
He saw everyone there and Slade then replied, "Thats the leader of the Future Fighters!"
Shade then replied, "If he wins the duel, he'll absorb all of their souls!"
"I hope that doesn't happen, because I want to beat Carly myself in a duel."
"Lets hope for the best, I guess."

Back at the duel, the ladies were about to see the first move.
Carly sighed and replied, "Good luck, Blake."
Shavar smiled and replied, "Why don't you start us off, young man."
Blake drew a card and replied, "Whatever you say, dude. I'll set a monster and 1 card facedown and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon the mighty Hell Wasp!"
As he sat the card down, a large wasp with two hell skull symbols on its sides appeared (ATK: 1,700).
"This guy can inflict piercing damage too! Attack his facedown monster!"
The huge wasp flew in and a skeleton-like mage wearing a tattered red cape appeared on the card while holding a scepter and the wasp struck it with its stinger and it collapsed into a pile of bones (Blake LP: 8000 - 7100) and he smiled, "When my Phantom Magician is destroyed, I can special summon a Hero monster with 1,000 or less attack from my deck and I choose my Elemental Hero Clayman!"
As he played the card down, the bulky hero of the group appeared (DEF: 2,000).
"Whatever, you pesty kid. I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I play the spell card Hero Switchout! I Return 1 Elemental Hero from my side of the field back to my deck and I can special another one with the same or lower level of the returned monster! So I Return my Clayman and Special Summon Elemental Hero Lady Heat!"
As she sat the card down, the 2nd female of the Elemental Heroes appeared with a cry (ATK: 2,300).
Shavar laughed and replied, "No big deal."
"It will I activate my facedown Mask Change! I tribute her to bring out a Masked Hero with the same attribute from my deck!"
Suddenly, a glowing mask appeared and as Lady Heat put and she vanished in a burst of fire, a mighty hero of fire appeared (ATK: 2,300).
"This is the mighty Masked Hero Goka!"
Christina then replied, "I see he's concentrating on Masked Heroes now."
Carly then replied, "He might have the right deck needed to beat this bastard."
"For each hero in my graveyard, he also gains 100 ATK!"
Suddenly, he began to glow (ATK: 2,300 - 2,400).
"I'll now set a monster facedown and I'll attack your monster!"
Suddenly, two bursts of hot flames shot out from its and it shot out and burnt the dark insect to a crisp (Shavar LP: 8000 - 7300).
"Take that! I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I'll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I Summon Elemental Hero Wildheart!"
As he sat the card down, the wild hero appeared (ATK: 1,500).
"Lets do it. Goka, attack!"
The fiery warrior launched a wave of hot flames and a Hell Spider appeared on the card (DEF: 2,000) before the hot flames roasted it and Shavar then replied, "Your battle phase is over now."
"Don't care. I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon my Hell Centipede without a Tribute!"
As he sat the card down, the large evil centipede appeared (ATK: 2,600 - 1,300).
"I combo with my Forbidden Chalice!"
Suddenly, the huge bug began to glow (ATK: 1,300 - 3,000).
"Attack his Goka!"
The huge insect went and gave Goka one hard punch and he burst into a cloud of smoke & soot (Blake LP: 7100 - 6500).
Shavar laughed and replied, "There you go. I'll set a card and that'll end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I'll set a monster and switch Wildheart to defense and then I'll set a card facedown and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon my Insect Knight!"
AS he sat the card down, the mantis warrior appeared (ATK: 1,900).
"Lets do it. Knight, attack!"
The knight went and slashed with his sword, blowing Wildheart to shards.
"Attack!"
The huge bug went in and a Elemental Hero Flash appearerd on the card (DEF: 1,600) and the huge centipede punched it with its first and it exploded into a shower of sparks and then he quickly replied, "I activate Hero Signal!"
Suddenly, the Elemental Hero's symbol in the air and then a dark hero appeared and knelt (DEF: 1,500)
"This is Elemental Hero Shadow Mist and when he's special summoned, I can add 1 Change spell from my deck to my hand!"
She took a card and added to his hand and then he replied, "Whatever. I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I summon my Elemental Hero Bubbleman!"
As he sat the card down, the watery hero appeared (ATK: 800).
"I now discard 1 card to play Mask Change Second!"
He took a Burstinatrix and discarded it and then he replied, "Now, I can send my Bubbleman to the graveyard and summon a Masked Hero with the same attribute as him and I choose my Masked Hero Vapor!"
As Bubbleman gave Blake a thumbs up before vanishing, a watery hero appeared (ATK: 2,400).
"This is my Masked Hero Vapor!"
Christina then replied, "Wow again."
Carly then replied, "This kid isn't bad at all."
"I now play Shrink!"
Suddenly, Hell Centipede let out a screech before shrinking down (ATK: 2,600 - 1,300).
"Vapor, attack!"
The warrior went and jammed its spear into the chest of the huge centipede and thrashed around in pain before it exploded into shards (Shavar LP: 7300 - 6200).
"There you go. I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I'll switch my Knight to defense postion and then I'll set a new monster facedown and 2 cards facedown and thats my turn."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I summon my Elemental Hero Sparkman!"
As he sat the card down, the hero of electricity appeared (ATK: 1,600).
"Lets do it. Vapor, attack!"
The warrior swung its spear and it struck, blowing Insect Knight to shards.
"Sparkman, attack his facedown monster!"
He opened his hand and launched a wave of electricity and its shot out and a Warm Worm appeared on the card (DEF: 1,400) and the electricity atomized the fiery insect and then Blake took his top 3 cards (A Warrior Returning Alive spell card, a 2nd Shadow Mist and a Skyscraper field spell card) and discarded then and Shavar quickly replied, "I activate Counterattack Ecdysis! When a insect is destroyed, I can special another from my hand with a lower level and I Choose my Hell Mimic Worm!"
Suddenly, the vile worm appeared (ATK: 100).
"Whatever. I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I use Hell Mimic Worm's ability to make its level become one of your monsters level and I choose your Sparkman!"
Suddenly it began to glow (LV: 1 - 4).
"I now activate my facedown card, Hell Vermin Mine and I Discard 1 Hell monster to destroy one of your monsters!"
"It would have to be my Sparkman because Vapor can't be destroyed with card effects!"
"So be it, mortal."
As he discarded a Hell Spider, a small device with the hell skull symbol and then it exploded, blowing Sparkman to little pieces.
"I now reveal my other facedown card and it's Hell Summon and Now I can special summon a hell monster from there!"
Suddenly, Hell Wasp appeared (ATK: 1,700).
"I now tune my Hell monsters together!"
The worm screeched as it split into 4 white stars, which turned into green rings and the rings went through Hell Spider, which turned into 4 white stars and as this happened, Shavar raised his hands and began to chant:
"A trully evil insect from the depths of hell comes forth and uses its wings to spread its deadly pollen to its enemies! Synchro Summon! Appear now...Hell Butterfly!"
As he sat the card down, the huge evil buttlerfly appeared (ATK: 2,500).
Christina then replied, "That thing again?"
"I now give all of your monsters a Hell counter!"
Suddenly, the skull counter appeared on his Heroes (ATK: 2,500 - 2,700).
"Attack!"
The huge butterfly flapped its wings and a wave of black pollen shot out and was covering the hero and he began to choke and cough like mad before he burst into globs of water.
"Now you take damage equal to your monsters level!"
Suddenly, he let a groan out (Blake LP: 6500 - 5600).
"There you go! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I"ll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "Neo Bug, come forward!"
As he sat the card down, another of the large bugs appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"Lets do it. Neo Bug, attack!"
The bug flew in and struck with a headbutt, blowing Shadow Mist to pixels and then Blake then replied, "When he gets destroyed, I get any Elemental Hero monster from my deck to my hand!"
He took another out and added it to his hand.
"Big deal. Attack his facedown monster!"
The huge bug flapped its wings and the pollen flew towards and a Magician of Faith appeared on the card (DEF: 400) and was blown to shards as the attack struck her and he took his Mask Change and added it to his hand.
"Big deal, foolish boy! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I first play Spellbook in the Pot!"
Both drew 3 cards from their decks and then he replied, "I summon Elemental Hero Stratos!"
As he sat the card down, the airborne hero appeared (ATK: 1,800) and he took another monster from his deck and placed it in his hand and then he replied, "I play Mask Change that I got back with her to summon my Masked Hero Kamikaze!"
As he flew into the sky and vanished, a mighty hero of the winds appeared (ATK: 2,700).
Kelly then replied, "Cool, cool, cool!"
Carly then replied, "Someday, I might offer Tiffany and Blake chances to be a Fighter as well."
"Next, I equip my badboy with Hero Blade!"
Suddenly, a blue bladed sword appeared in his hand (ATK: 2,700 - 3,300).
"Attack that giant spider!"
The hero flew and jammed his sword into the spider and let out a huge screech of pain before it collapsed to the ground and shattered to bits (Shavar LP: 6200 - 5400) and then Blake smiled and replied, "When he gets destroyed, I can draw a card!"
He drew a card and he nodded and replied, "Awesome! I'll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "You are not going to defeat me, you fool! I'll set a monster and switch Neo Bug to defense and I'll set a card facedown and that'll be all for me."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I Summon my Elemental Hero Heat!"
As he sat the card down, a fiery hero appeared (ATK; 1,600 - 1,800).
"He gains 200 attack for each Elemental Hero I control, even himself. I now equip Kamikaze with my Fairy Meteor Crush!"
Suddenly, he sword began to glow.
"Now my badboy can pierce damage now! Attack his Neo Bug!"
The windy hero went in and slashed with his sword, cutting the large bug cleanly in two. The two pieces shattered to little bits (Shavar LP: 5400 - 3800) and he drew another card and replied, "Now my mighty Heat, attack!"
He opened his hands and launched a wave of hot flames and a Hell Tussock Moth appeared on the card (DEF: 100) before the flames reduced to a pile of ash.
"Damn, I could of attacked it! Its your turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I play Treasured Cards from Heaven!"
Both drew until they had 6 cards in their hand and then Blake quickly replied, "I activate Hidden Spellbook!"
He took both copies of his Mask Change and shuffled back into his deck and then Shavar replied, "Whatever you say, you mortal. Since you have monsters and I don't, I can special summon my level 5 Primitive Butterfly!"
As he sat the card down, a large butterfly appeared (ATK; 1,200).
"I chain its summoning with Inferno Reckless Summon!"
Suddenly, another of the butterflies appeared (ATK: 1,200) and then a 2nd Heat appeared (ATK: 1,600 - 2,000) - (ATK: 1,800 - 2,000).
"I now overlay my 2 level 5 monsters!"
Both monstes turned into black orbs and then a portal opened up, which they flew into.
"I use my monster to build the Overlay Network and Xyz Summon! Appear now..Inzektor Exa-Stag!"
As he sat the card down, the Xyz he used in his duel with Tiffany appeared (ATK: 800).
Christina groaned and replied, "Not that thing again!"
Kelly then replied, "Tiffany had trouble in her earlier duel!"
"I use one Xyz Material monster to send your hero to the graveyard and equip it to my badboy!"
Suddenly, Kamikaze vanished into particles and parts of his armor appeared on the Inzektor (ATK: 800 - 2,150).
"Next, I equip him with Inzektor Sword - Zektkaliber which gives him 800 points to both its attack and defense scores!"
Suddenly, a large sword appeared in his hands (ATK: 2,150 - 2,950).
"Attack one his Heats!"
The Xyz went and swung his sword and a burst of dark energy shot out and struck one of the fiery heroes in the chest and he exploded into a plume of smoke & fire (Blake LP: 5600 - 4650).
"There you go! I now play Fruit of the Dead from my hand!"
Suddenly, he began to glow (Shavar LP: 3800 - 5400) and its your turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I'll set a monster and switch Heat to defense and then I'll set a monster and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "Arsenal Bug, come forth!"
As he sat the card down, a large bug with a sword for a weapon appeared (ATK: 2,000).
"I use its last Xyz Material monster!"
As he discarded the final one, Heat vanished into particles and fiery red shards of armor appeared on its armor (ATK: 2,950 - 3,750).
"Lets do it. Arsenal Bug, attack his facdown monster!"
The large bug flew in and a 2nd Elemental Hero Bubbleman appeared on the card (DEF: 1,200) and the bug stabbed the hero with its sword and he burst into a bubbles that flew everywhere and he quickly replied, "I activate Pride of the Warrior! When one of my warriors is destroyed, I can special summon it back to my side of the field and it can't be destroyed in battle!"
Suddenly, Bubbleman reappeared and knelt (DEF: 1,200).
"Whatever you say, mortal. I'll set a card and that'll end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I activate my Night Shot spell card! This destroys your facedown card without it even be able to activate!"
Suddenly, yellow crosshairs appeared on the card and two shots were fired, blowing the facedown Bottomless Trap Hole to shards.
"Nice try! I activate Mask Change on my Bubbleman!"
As he activated the card and Bubbleman vanished, a tall hero with a gun for a weapon appeared (ATK: 2,600).
"This is Masked Hero Acid!"
Carly then replied, "Really cool."
"When this badass is special summoned, you lose all of spell and trap cards and your monsters also love 300 attack!"
Suddenly, the equipped monsters shattered into triangles and then the sword broke in two pieces before falling to the ground (ATK: 3,750 - 300) - (ATK: 2,000 - 1,700).
"Attack his Exa-Stag!"
he fired a couple of shots and bursts of acid shot out and struck and then the dark insect fell to the ground melted into a pile of black goo (Shavar LP: 5400 - 3100), weakining Arsenal Bug as well (ATK: 1,700 - 700).
"There you go. I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I tribute my Arsenal Bug for my Great Hades Stag Beetle!"
As he sat the card down, a large armored dark bug appeared (ATK: 2,500).
"Next, I play one of my favorite cards and its called Burden of the Mighty!"
As the spell appeared, Acid let out a groan (ATK: 2,600 - 1,800).
"Attack!"
The beetle flew and made savage slices of his sword, bisecting the hero at the waist. The two pieces fell to the ground and dissolved into pixels (Blake LP: 4650 - 3950).
"Too damn easy! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I activate Pot of Avarice!"
He took both Heats, Clayman, Shadow Mist and his Stratos and shuffled the cards back into his deck and drew 2 new cards and then he replied, "I'll set a monster and set 1 card facedown and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "Lets see how you can handle my Hell Fly Nest!"
Suddenly, the many small flies flew in and bit and struck him (Blake LP: 3950 - 1250).
Christina groaned and replied, "Thats gotta hurt."
"Hades Beetle, attack!"
The evil bug went in and a 2nd Phantom Magician appeared on the card (DEF: 700) and was cut in two clean pieces by the demon bugs swords and then Clayman reappeared (DEF: 2,000).
"Whatever. I end my turn now."
"I now play my newly drawn Mask Change again!"
As Clayman raised his arm into the air and vanished, a mighty hero with a sword appeared with a blue cape (ATK: 2,800 - 2,000) and he replied, "Since Clay Wrap was send to the graveyard when Clayman left, you lose a spell or trap!"
Suddenly, Burden of the Mighty shattered into pieces (ATK: 2,000 - 2,800).
"Attack!"
Dian went in and jammed its sword into the evil bugs chest and then it shattered into black shards (Shavar LP: 3100 - 2800) and he smiled and replied, "When Dian destroys a monster, I can special summon a level 4 or lower Hero monster from my deck and I think I'm going to choose Burstinatrix this time and place her in defense postion!"
Suddenly, the original fiery hero of the Elemental Heroes appeared (DEF: 600) and then Shavar laughed and replied, "When Hades Stag Beetle is destroyed, I can special summon my Great Poseidon Beetle!"
Suddenly, a great insect warrior appeared (ATK: 2,500).
"Damn. I end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon my Death Mayflay!"
As he sat the card down, a small dark bug appeared (ATK: 100).
"I now tune my 2 monsters together!"
Christina groaned and replied, "No.."
Kelly then replied, "He's bringing him out again!"
the small insect split into 1 white star, which turned into green rings and the rings went through Great Poseidon Beetle, which turned into 6 white stars and as this happened, Shavar raised its arms into the air and began to chant:
"Devil known as the King of Flies! Cast a cloud over this skin-crawling world! Synchro Summon! Beelze, King of Dark Dragons!"
As he sat the car dodwn, the evil two-headed dragon appeared with a huge roar (ATK: 3,000).
Blake then replied, "Thats the monster you beat my sister with?"
"Damn right it was, kid! Attack Dian!"
The dragon let out twin bursts of black flames and it shot out and reduced Dian to a pile of hot ash (Blake LP: 1250 - 1050).
Shavar laughed and replied, "You will never defeat me, twerp! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I'll set another monster facedown and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon another Insect Knight!"
As he sat the card down, another of the mantis knights appeared (ATK: 1,900).
"Lets do it. Knight, attack!"
The knight went in and slashed with his sword, blowing Burstinatrix to shards.
"Beelze, roast his facedown monster with Dark Hellfire!"
The dragon let out its twin bursts of hot flames and they shot out and another Shadow Mist appeared on the card (DEF: 1,500) before the flames burnt him alive and when the flames finally died down, his charred body collapsed into a pile of ash and then he took a monster from his deck and placed it in his hand.
"Take that, fool! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I play the spell card Masked Treasure! Since I have 3 or more Masked Heroes in my graveyard with different attributes, I can draw 2 cards from my deck!"
He made 2 draws and then he replied, "I can play or do anything with them, but I will play Miracle Fusion to fuse my Goka and Vapor Together!"
As the two heroes merged together, a mighty and muscular hero of darkness and light appeared (ATK: 3,000).
"This is the mighty Contrast Hero Chaos!"
Kelly then replied, "Never, ever heard of that guy!"
Really rare card and there's only 5 comfirmed copies in this timeline right and just about 10 in my timeline, Carly thought to himself as he stared at the mighty hero.
Shavar then replied, "My big guy can't be destroyed in battle!"
"Chaos is always treated as a Elemental Hero monster and now I equip him with Element Sword!"
Suddenly, a glowing sword appeared in his hand.
"When he battles a monster with the same attribute as him, he gains 800 during damage calculation!"
Christina then replied, "If he does that, he took damage and that big eyesore will be more powerful then other!"
"I use Chaos's ability to negate a cards effect and I Choose your Dragon, Shavar!"
The demon looked at his dragon with a worried look.
Kelly then replied, "Yea, he's finally going down..HARD!"
"Attack his dragon!"
The warrior charged and lept into the air and swung his mighty sword, cutting the large dragon right down the middle with his sword. Its heads let out roars once again before it shattered into pieces (Shavar LP: 2800 - 2000).
Blake smiled and replied, "I'll set a card and I'll discard my D.D. Crow to banish your Beelze!"
As he did so, the dragons card appeared and vanished from sight.
"Your turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I"ll set a monster and switch my Knight to defense postion and thats all for me."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I now equip Chaos with Fairy Meteor Crush!"
Suddenly, its sword began to glow.
"I now summon my Stratos once again!"
As he sat the card down, the airborne hero appeared (ATK: 1,800) and he took another monster from his deck and placed it in his hand and replied, "Lets battle. Chaos, attack!"
The hero put the sword away as he went and made a hard punch, smashing the knight to pieces (Shavar LP: 2000 - 400).
"Stratos, attack!"
The hero went in and a 2nd Hell Acid Fly appeared and he went in and gave it a punch, blowing it to pieces.
"Your move now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I now activate my facedown Dragon's Rebirth! This lets me special summon a Dragon right now!"
Suddenly, Beelze appeared with a roar (ATK: 3,000).
Christina then replied, "Here we go again!"
"Here we go! I now play Rush Recklessly!"
The dragon let out two burst of dark flames and they shot out (ATK: 3,000 - 3,700) and they shot out and reduced Chaos to a pile of hot ash (Blake LP: 1050 - 350).
"There you go. I'll set a card and that'll end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I'll set a monster and switch Stratos to defense postion and that'll end my turn now."
Shavar drew a card and replied, "I summon another Neo Bug!"
As he sat the card down, the alien-like bug appeared (ATK: 1,800).
"Lets do it. Bug, attack!"
The bug went in and struck Stratos with its body and he exploded into a shower of pixels.
"Beelze, attack!"
The dragon let out its dark flames again and a Elemental Hero Avain appeared (DEF: 1,000) before the flames burnt it to a crisp.
"There you go! I end my turn now."
Blake drew a card and replied, "I play Silent Doom!"
Suddenly, Avain appeared and knelt (DEF: 1,000).
"Lets do it. I play Super Polymerization to fuse my Avain with your Beelze!"
As he discarded a 2nd Element Sword to his graveyard, the dragon roared as he flew towards Avain and as they merged together, a hero of darkness appeared (ATK: 2,500).
"Meet the mighty Elemental Hero Escuridao!"
Carly then replied, "Great move, Blake!"
Christina smiled and replied, "Man, no joke!"
"He gains 100 attack for each Elemental Hero in my graveyard!"
Suddenly, he began to glow (ATK; 2,500 - 3,800).
Shavar then replied, "This can't be happening to me!"
"Yes it is! Escuridao, attack!"
The hero began to glow and then he opened his claw-like hand and he launched a burst of dark energy and Neo Bug was blown to atoms as the attack struck it down (Shavar LP: 400 - 0).
Christina then replied, "Yea, baby!"
Kelly then replied, "He took him down!"
Carly nodded and replied, "Really good dueling, Blake."
Blake stared at the weak demon and he replied, "You're through, dude!"

Only one "Hero Blade" Can be equipped to a monster at a time and when this card is destroyed by a card effect your opponet control: they take 600 damage or you gain 600 lifepoints and then this card is shuffled back into your deck. Once per turn and if this card is in your graveyard: You can banish 2 "Hero" monsters from your graveyard to add this card to your hand.
Masked Draw / Normal Spell Card

Shavar is finally defeated!
