Odd lies In his seat, twiddling his thumbs. He had been looking around the Digital Sea for hours, his mind slowly melting from boredom. He pressed his arms against the sides of his Nav Skid, raising his body to allow him a better forward view.
"Jeremy, are we there yet?" Odd asked.
"Odd, you left Lyoko less than five minutes ago. It will be about fifteen minutes until you arrive." Jeremy replied, taking in a large gulp of water from the water bottle on his chair arm.
"Aww... What am I supposed to do for fifteen minutes?" Odd whined, relaxing back into his seat.
"Maybe you should take a nap, Odd." William joked.
"Maybe I could if Einstein had taken my advice and put seat warmers in this thing." Odd responded with a hint of annoyance.
Jeremy placed his bottle down and adjusted his headset. "Odd, I already told you; adding seat warmers would be a waste of time. First off, it would just make my job harder. Secondly, you're on Lyoko, meaning you can't feel heat at all."
"Well, when you put it that way... I guess you're right." Odd said, surrendering his argument.

The Skid fell into silence once again, staying in this state for about seven minutes. Odd's short attention span was now making itself more apparent than ever, having finally run out of things to do to pass the time. Odd was about to give up and sit through the rest of the trip in silence when an idea suddenly popped into his mind.
'That's it!' Odd though. 'This will surely pass the time quickly.'
Odd leaned forward, taking in a heavy breath before puckering his lips.
*Fweeeeh, weeeeeh, fweeh fweeh.*
"Odd, what are you doing?" Ulrich asked, Odds sounds breaking the long-lasting silence.
"I'm whistling, Ulrich. Maybe you should try it some time." Odd replied.
*Weeeeeh fweh fweeeeeeeeeeeh*
"And I thought his snoring was annoying." Ulrich said, shaking his head.
Suddenly, the water of the Digital Sea turned blood red and the Skid shook violently.
"Jeremy, what's the situation!" Aelita yelled, taking evasive maneuvers.
Jeremy worked frantically to see what was happening to the Warriors. "It would appear a massive swarm of Sharks are coming after you."
"Great, looks like we've got a fight on our hands." Yumi said, preparing for battle.
As Aelita began working to allow separation for the Nav Skids, she turned behind her to see an ominous sight.
The word "swarm" as Jeremy used it could hardly describe the mass of monsters currently pursuing the Skid. A horde of at least 100 Sharks were moving in a massive ball, randomly moving around each other. They resembled a sphere where the continents were violently shifting, moving around at random.
"Jeremy, X.A.N.A. must be pretty mad!" Odd yelled, coming to the same realization as Aelita.
"Everyone, prepare to separate!" Aelita yelled.
"How are we going to fight back against... that?" William asked, raising his arms.
"We've gotta try. Just get ready." Ulrich said, preparing to take control and destroy every monster in his path.
Aelita attempted to separate the Nav Skids, but the separation program was failing, constantly displaying an "error" code.
"Jeremy, what's the problem?" Aelita asked, frantically working to allow the Nav Skids to separate.
Jeremy looked into the depths of the program, finding no issue or conflict in the code.
"Aelita, I have no idea what's happening. Just go full speed, you're almost at the coordinates." Jeremy responded.
Aelita pushed the engines to their limits, a huge burst of force pushing the Skid rapidly forward. The swarm moved more quickly to compensate, quickly gaining on the Warriors.
"Jeremy, we won't have long till those things catch us." Yumi said. "How far away are we?"
"Not far at all, just stay on course and you guys should be there soon."
The Sharks were finally approaching the Skid, the first layer slamming into the back of the Skid.
"Everyone hang on!" Aelita yelled, violently spinning the Skid in an attempt to knock the Sharks off.
Although her attempts showed initial success, the Sharks quickly returned and in larger numbers, engulfing the Skid entirely. Now the Skid was at the core of a massive ball of over 100 Sharks, violently slamming their bodies into the Skid.
"Jeremy, these things are about to break the hull open. How much longer?" Aelita asked, the glass screen of her command pod cracking heavily.
"You should be there right about... Now!" Jeremy answered, the Skid now entering the coordinates.
Suddenly, the Sharks, starting at the front of the Skid and going all the way to the back, were devirtualized. Now all that was left was a beaten and battered ship, hardly able to push its way through the water.
"Guys, something just came on my screen. What do you see?" Jeremy asked.
Aelita looked through the only part of the glass not cracked, seeing a large sphere. "Jeremy, it's a replika. That's odd, I didn't see it before..."
"And how did we survive that massive swarm of monsters?" Odd asked.
"I have no idea... It would seem that a massive energy field exists around that replika. Although I would like to have you look around a bit first, I recommend you go ahead and enter the replika." Jeremy said.
Aelita moved the Skid, it's engines hardly hanging on, towards the entrance of the replika. As they approached the entrance, the sealed gate opened without the need for a code, a strange occurrence considering the only other place like that is Lyoko.
Aelita piloted the Skid into the replika, rising from the Digital Sea.
As they rose higher, they were all taken aback by what they saw in front of them.
"Jeremy, is that what I think it is?" Aelita asked, the beaten Skid hovering with a faint orange glow hitting it's forward face.
Sorry for this being a little short, any more and I would have to write for another three hours to put what would be needed to connect the pieces. Next post shall be on schedule, but make sure to always check description in case that changed. Don't forget to review!
