[I'm so sorry about how late this chapter is, and it's not my best work. I'm trying to get into becoming motivated again. It's been really difficult XD I apologise deeply. I'm also sorry if I get some facts wrong. I do intend replaying Assassin's Creed, but I haven't got round to it yet. I seem to be forgetting things about it.]
His dark eyes were drawn to the curves of the female in front of him, her hips swaying as she approached. Ezio slumped in his stage, his legs parting a little to invite the woman closer, his eyes narrowed in a sly form of seduction. Of course, she had to 'fall' for it, it was her job. She was soon between his legs, allowing the assassin to raise a hand to rest upon her hip, sliding slowly over the thin fabric to her rear, which was partly exposed. "Hey there, bello," she spoke, her voice in a part whisper, filled with mock desire. The tone was not difficult with Ezio. He was a regular customer and his skills were rated quite highly among the women. Ezio didn't reply, he simply smirked, eyes scanning hungrily over the woman, her body fighting against the tight fitting fabric, causing men to want to rip it off, causing Ezio to want to rip it off. "You got the coin?"
"Would I come here without?" Ezio mumbled, his breath hitching as the female pressed closer to the assassin.
"Follow me," she spoke as she stepped back. The assassin stood, his eyes never leaving the female's body, like an animal stalking his prey. It would have been disturbing, but the females were used to it, though this wasn't normal for Ezio. He was angry, very angry. He hadn't been back in Florence for too long, but he couldn't stop thinking about his past brush with Leonardo. Due to this, he had filled himself with quite a bit of wine, and spent a lot of coin in the process. He was struggling with the heartbreak, even though this was not his first broken heart.
"Buona sera, Signora Paola!" a cheery voice came from the doorway behind Ezio. "How have you been?" Ezio froze, a sick feeling sinking to his stomach. The female he was with frowed toward the other slightly. "Having second thoughts, bello?" "No," he mumbled drunkenly, blinking a few times. "No, sorry, take me to the room." "No, you're not a bother, Leonardo, please sit." The female gestured to a chair as she spoke. She had lead Leonardo out of the busy floor of the brothel, back to her private room. Leonardo often came to Paola to talk, ramblings about how his days went, often about Ezio or the things he did for the Assassins. Today, Leonardo was a little different, a little sadder. It'd been a while since he'd spoken to Paola, and she had already picked up on the difference, even though he was forcing a smile to hide his pain. "What's wrong, amico mio?" she spoke, sitting herself down, already pouring herself a glass of wine, soon getting another glass for Leonardo. He picked up the glass, still forcing that smile. "What on Earth do you mean, Signora?" "You have troubled thoughts in that head of yours, it is plain to see." Leonardo sank in his chair, sipping the wine. Paola was someone Leonardo could trust and be open with. She knew about is attraction toward men, and had guessed he was fond of Ezio, but to save Ezio, Leonardo had never mentioned their relationship. "I have lost someone very important... And I am unsure on how to cope. I have been working, so that I have been distracted, but it is no longer working. I keep thinking about him." "Ah, love... That often gets in the way," she laughed softly. "I'll tell you something that might cheer you up, amico mio. Your friend is with on of our girls, let's wait around for him. I will force him to take you out." "It's okay, sometimes men can't work... It's nothing to be ashamed of, Signor Auditore." Ezio flashed the female a disgusted look, even though her hand was still trying to work up thr male's arousal. "Just relax and try and clear your mind. That usually works. Unless you've had too much alcohol." The assassin simply sighed, he generally didn't like snapping at women, especially when they had his cock in their hand. "It is okay, bella, you can stop," Ezio mumbled, placing a gentle hand on her wrist. The girl nodded, moving to sit on the edge of the bed as Ezio dressed himself again. "How much do I owe you? Because I must leave before I am noticed." "Oh, it doesn't matter, nothing happened." Ezio sighed as her response, slipping her a few coins before standing and heading out of the room. He paused, staring in horror as he was met by the gaze of the blond artist whose expression was unreadable, but his heart had sunk deep into his stomach, staring toward Ezio. "Thank you, Signora, he is the last person I wish to see," Leonardo muttered, rushing out of the bordello as soon as he could. Ezio stood, staring. "Leonardo!" he blurted out, rushing out after the other, "Leonardo, wait!" "Leave me alone!" Leonardo called back, the street filling up with people at the midday rush of the market, causing Ezio to have to dart through people, head raising to see Leo. But that was it. Leonardo had escaped from sight.
