Unfortunately, all I was capable of that night was pacing around the house. Edward and I had decided that we'd visit for a week, as it was really important to me that I meet my dad's new wife. While we were gone. Renesemee would be staying in the main house where everyone could watch her.

The closer we got to morning the more anxious I was. I had never missed sleep more. It would be the only thing that would result in a break of the worry.

"Bella, we are ready to go," Edward said as he wrapped his arms around me. I sighed and brushed the hair out of my face before facing him. I moved my arms up to his neck and laced my hands together before leaning in to kiss Edward.

"I love you. Thank you for putting up with me."

"There's nothing to put up with, love."

ok from her hand which resulted in a I rolled my eyes with a slight smile on my face. I grabbed Edward's hand as we went to Renesmee's room to say goodbye. We found her wide awake and reading my battered copy of Wuthering Heights. I snatched the book from her hand which resulted in a grumble and placed it on the night stand.

"We've got to go now."

She turned towards me with a slight frown on her face and mumbled, "Why can't I come?"

"We don't want to scare your new grandma away straight away, do we love?" Edward said with a fond smile on his face. Renesmee crossed her arms, but snuggled into Edward's arems nonetheless.

"When do I get to meet her then?"

I watched Edward'd eyebrows furrow a bit before answering her question. "How about your Mom and I meet her first, and then if Grandpa says it's okay, we could take a family vacation down there this summer?"

"Okay" Renesemee said as she hugged him goodbye. I felt a smile appear on my face after seeing the two most important people in my life share a moment. And then I rolled my eyes at myself for becoming my mother.

I kneeled forward and wrapped my beautiful little girl in my arms and kissing her forehead before standing. "I love you baby!" I shouted as I joined Edward by the staircase, where we walked down to Alice, who was generous enough to pack everything for us.

I thanked her before hugging each and every family member, and then walking to the car.
