You didn't know? The TARDIS has three libraries. One for fiction, one had complex science-y stuff and the third one is all in Gallifreyan. There used to be a fourth, with the TARDIS manual, but I may or may not have thrown it into a supernova.

Yes. Just because there are separate libraries for fiction, non-fiction and Gallifreyan does not mean that all the books are actually in the correct library.
So if I want to read the last Harry Potter book, I need to search through three libraries.
