Bella's Prov

Chapter 3

I woke up to the sun shining bright through my window. The sun felt good burning on my face considering we haven't had sun in the past two months. I should've went to college in a sunnier place. Seattle, Washington is just a gloomy rainy place. I'm Bella I use to go to high school at Forks which is also in Washington. My dad is the chief of police of the town. Nothing exciting really happens. The only reason I stayed in Washington was so I could be close to my family and my boyfriend Jacob Black. We've been date for about three years now.

Jacob is such an amazing guy. He's tall, funny, tan, black spiky hair, and beautiful smile. He just puts a smile on my face every time I talk and think about him. He goes to a different college then me, but we aren't far from each other. I have my own dorm which is very nice because I don't have to share anything. My best friend Alice has to share a dorm with Jessica. Alice is so bubbly and hyper. She's also a very sweet down to earth girl. She loves to shop and then drag me alone of course... But in the end we are like sister. Her and Jessica are the only two people who have gone to the same college as me. Jessica is very snotty, a little rude, stuck up, coincided... and anyways moving on. She knows everything about everything and everybody. I haven't exactly found what I want to do with my life yet. I'm only taking a few classes like biology. I was thinking of going into the medical field.

As I got out of bed I went to go do my normal routine. I went for a jog with a couple girls who live on my floor. We usually job for about three miles off campus. That's my favorite part of the day. Sometimes I like to go jog off on my own and see different sights, breathe in the fresh air, and get my energy for the day. When I got back I headed straight to the cafe down the street from our dorms. I saw Alice already standing in line to order, so I joined her immediately before anyone saw.

"Hey glad you can make it this morning," Alice smiled her showing off her perfect teeth. Ah Alice's smile just brightens up my morning everyday right next to getting my regular coffee. "Study for that test Professor gave us?" Her voice got deeper as she spoke looking a bit worried.

"Oh shit! That's right... Well luckily I take good notes," I smiled grinning knowing she usually doesn't take notes because shes to busy sketching out the outfit she's going to wear the next day. We went to go sit down in our normal seats.

"Trust me it probably wont be that hard... I hope," Quickly Alice took a sip from her coffee. I nodded giving a half smile. Morning usually take me forever to wake up to. "I could barely study because Jessica was on her phone all night!'OMG She did not just say that!' 'You're Kidding!' " Alice imitated her. She does a very good impression of Jessica. "I swear to god if I fail that test I blame her!" I took a sip of my coffee then looked up. Seeing Jessica rush over to our table.

"Speaking of the devil..." I whispered so Jessica couldn't hear me. Alice quickly turned around.

"Great... What does she want?" Alice glared at her. I've never seen Alice dislike someone as much as she dislikes Jessica.

"Guys guess what!" Jessica screamed taking a seat next to me nearly popping my ear drum. Alice and I stayed quiet waiting for her respond.

"I heard Prince Edward has escaped to America and is going to enroll to a college here in the States!" She squealed looking like she wanted to jump out of her seat.

"Wow.. even the prince couldn't stand the royalty life" Alice commented.

"Where did you hear this from?" I turned to Jessica asking with my head resting on my hand.

She then holds up a magazine with Prince Edward and the title Prince Abandons his Duties for School. "It's only on like every magazine in the United States Bella, Duh!" She shoves the magazine in my face.

"Jess, you can't believe everything they tell you," I look at her shaking my head. She cleared her throat.

"Isabella Swan takes a jog through the woods, dangerous or not?" She replied acting as a new broadcaster. "True or not?" She asked.

"Yes only because you know I jog and sometimes follow me,"

"See! it's true because they followed him. I can just see the headlines now 'Prince Edward and his lovely bride to be Jessica.'" She dozed off into a day dream.

"Poor guy never can get his own privacy," Alice sighed. I would hate to have that life of never being able to be alone. I never liked being the center of attention. I stood up and pushed in my chair gathering my bag.

"I have to get going and do some laundry," I pouted

"Alright well see you in class later today," Alice smiled then hugged me good bye. Jessica just crossed her arms and made a 'mhm' sound.

Then I walked out and to my room to get my dirty clothes. I shoved everything in the basket and see it over flowing. I hate when I forget to do laundry. When I came back all I could think of was that test. I don't even remember some of the lectures the professor gave us. Oh, great I'm in big- I sudden fell to the ground with all my clean clothes spread across the hallway. I was so embarrassed to see all my stuff on the ground and quickly bent down to put everything in the basket again. I saw another pair of hands helping me put everything away.

"Oh gosh I'm so sorry I should've paid more attention to wear I was going," I stood up and brushing myself off then I look up to find the most handsome face I've ever seen. He's skin was pure white, with a muscular body, perfect features on his face, gorgeous green eyes, and charming smile.

"Pardon me I should've notice someone as beautiful as you are walking my way," He replied back. His voice sounded like charms or a sweet melody to a song. "um you forgot to pick up something..." He pointed down the see my thong still lying on the floor. I blushed deep red and quickly tried to hide it. He half smiled and chuckled at my reaction. His smile made my heart stop and my stomach have butterflies. Oh stop it Bella you have a boyfriend! "I'm Edward" As soon as he said that it came to me. I guess I was so memorized by beauty I completely didn't notice who he eyes grew big as I recognized him from Jessica's magazine.

"I'm Isabella you highness," I tried to curtsy sticking my arms both out realizing I have my thong in my one hand. Then almost tripping bending down. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed to how my first impression towards him was.
