Here's Chapter 4. I know my English and grammar is terrible beyond belief I am trying to get a Beta reader as soon as possible. All characters belong to Stephenie Meyers.

Chapter 4

"Please call me Edward," Edward gently helped me up from the uncomfortable stands. I went to go pick up my basket, but a pair of hands beat me to it.
He picked up the basket and walked slowly trying not to drop anything.

He paused before speaking, "So what are you majoring here?" I could tell he was obviously just trying to make a conversation with me, so we didn't have to walk in awkward silence. Of course even when I do talk it is awkward.

"Umm... " I blinked a couple time trying to remember my own subject I major in. "The medical field, Sir" I looked up at him. "And you Sir?"

"The Medical field as well, My father use to be a doctor in his early days," He grinned, I nodded smiling. "Yes I have heard he used to be a doctor," Slowly I stopped in front of my door. I pulled the keys out of my pocket to unlock my door. The door opened slowly. It was an old heavy wooden door. I started to give Edward a tour if my dorm. The dorm was a pretty big dorm. As you walk in the room there was a small hallway leading towards the kitchen with a small table, with a stove, and dish washer. To the left lead to a bedroom. My dorm was made for four people to live in. My room was the size of a regular room. The only reason I got that such a big dorm was because I enrolled late and they didn't have anywhere to put me. Across from my room was another bedroom, which of course was unnecessary.

"What is this room used for?" He interrupted me pointing across the hall. I followed him across the hall to the room. All the room had was boxes of things I didn't need. I quickly thought of something to tell him that I make actual use of the room.

"I was going to turn it into a dinning room, but its just me so there wouldn't make sense." He then pursed his lips and nodded like he wanted to say something. We walked back to the kitchen and into another hallway. "This hallway leads to the living room," I lead him to the room and he found a seat on the couch. My T.V. was one of those old 1990's. With the antenna on top that sticks out like bunny ears. And with the huge box behind the tiny screen. I could tell he probably wasn't use to this kind of living style. We stood there in awkward silence. The only sound was heels walking down the hallway. Alice walked in looking on her cellphone.

"Bella I think I left my book in your dorm," She put her phone away and looked up. "Oh, I didn't know you had company..." She stopped and looked at Edward carefully then gasped. She rushed to my side then whispered in my ear "Is that...?" I nodded.

"This is my best friend Alice," I moved aside as she bowed.

"How do you do Prince Edward," I couldn't help but laugh a little. At least she did better then I did. "Well I should get to class. I'll talk to you later Bella" I watched her leave. Her gaze still starring at Edward in shock.

"Well I need to get to class too, it was nice meeting you" I held my hand out. He firmly gripped my hand and shook it. I walked out the room with my heavy back pack.

Third Prov

Edward watched her exit the room. He was stun by her beauty. Most girls would be happy to throw themselves at him. Bella was different and he couldn't figure out why. He walked out of the building. Trying to disguise himself he put a hat on with sun glasses wondering when someone would notice. Suddenly his phone went off. He looked at the call debating if he should answer or not. The phone kept going off with his obnoxious ring. Finally on the last ring he answer.

"Hello father," He answered smooth and calmly.

"Where the hell were you think son! Seattle? of all places Seattle! Do you know the reputation you are putting us in," Carlisle tied to stay calm on the other line. His voice was low and frustrated.

"Father I have done my research on where I wanted to go. Somewhere simple and far away from England as possible," The tone in Edward's voice had a edge to it.

"How do you think Tanya feels that you have left her especially since you two are engaged! Must I remind you," Carlisle hissed through his furious teeth. Edward rolled his eyes at his fathers response.

"Tanya will do just find with Prince Michael, I mean he is the spare," Edward hated seeing his brother be know for that. But he knew its what they had to do.

"Now son, your mother and I have compromised this. You may stay in Seattle and finish up your four years. Once you commit you don't back out. But as soon as your college years are over you are to return to England and marry Princess Tanya. For we have committed our family together. And you must come home every, Holiday, Breaks, and special events. We are able to pull you out if you don't keep up with your studies, need you back soon for other occasions, or see if you are making a fool of yourself. I will send David over there to be your aid and need of your assistance, along with a few body guards."

"Alright I accept to that compromise. I won't disappoint you or the country," Carlisle hung within the second Edward said his last word. Edward smiled as he heard the good news. After he put his phone away Edward went to the main hall to get his dorm and schedule. He looked down at his paper and studied it for a while. He could see girls in the corner of his eye giggling and pointing him out and fanning girling themselves. He also saw magazines from people around him reading about his so call "escape". Then he walked to the dorms and looked left and right trying to find the correct number. The big number on the door caught his eye and he stopped in front. He smiled at himself. "This is a lovely surprise."
