I rolled my eyes at her and watched her storm off. "Bitch," I muttered under my breath. Alice nodded in agreement. The doors opened and I saw Edward walk into the cafe my face lite up into a huge smile.

"Hello ladies, what are you guys discussing about?" He took a seat next to me but not to close.

"Talking about your Christmas bash, and what dresses to wear," Alice spoke in her hyper voice.

"Well I'm sure no matter what you guys wear it will be beautiful," I felt Edward's hand on my knee. I placed my hand ontop of his and intertwined our fingers. I felt his eyes on me they whole time he spoke.

"I'm sure that was only to a certain someone who isn't me," She fake cough. Edward smiled and didn't say anything.

The Next couple weeks have been brutal. Studying for exams twenty-four seven. I locked myself in my room and only allowed myself to come out for meals. I barely seen anyone including Edward. Although Edward has been pretty busy himself, between exams and his parents. I only allowed him to see me on weekends. And we can only be in our dorm because the paparazzis have been everywhere! I can barely leave my dorm building without the sigh of disappointment that it's not Edward. They keep asking me questions if I had any connections to him. I simply ignored them and would push them away. I opened the dorm room and slammed it behind me.

"UGH Bloody hell!" I screamed.

"Hard day, love?" Edward came to my side then massaged my shoulders behind me.

"Thank god test are over then I have paparazzis sticking their cameras in my face! I just want to sleep forever," I let myself fall face first on my bed. Edward came and sat at the edge of my bed.

"I won't let you sleep forever love besides you'll miss my party." I glared at him playfully. "Come on you need to pack so you can leave tomorrow. I bought you a first class ticket. I don't want paparazzis seeing us come off the same plane or else they will get suspicious and never leave you alone." I sighed a little dissapointed. Not being able to spend a whole twele hours alone with him in a plane. He lifted my chin for me to look up at his stunning face. "Love, I will be with you at my party I promise. And we can spend ttime together in the palace." I smiled "But... I did arrange the place you will be staying at. Our guest building, so you won't be in the same exact building as me. But you will be close enough to walk." Unbelieveable I thought.

"Really Edward?" My mood just kept going down hill.

"I'm sorry love. I just want you safe and protected from those paparazzis. I gave you this talk many times already. I don't want your life to get ruined by those people. I can't lose you. I want to keep you in my private life, so we can live a normal relationship,"

"I know, I know but lets face it Edward, your a prince our relationship will never be as normal as everyone elses. " He laughed at my response and kissed the top of my head.

"My flight leaves in a couple hours, love but please call me whenever you want, or I'll call you. I'll see you at the ball. Good bye my love," He gently kissed my fingers and then my lips. I kissed him back already missing him. He broke away and left with David carrying his bags. That guy has more luggage then me! Then my phone started to ring.

"Hello?"

"I already miss the sound of your voice," I laughed

"You just walked out the door,"

"I know but we will see each other in thirty six hours and you will look stunning as always, my parents will love you,"

"I hope so, now go before you miss your flight,"

"Alright love, love you,"

"Love you too," The phone on the other line disconnected. I went to my bedroom and started to pack my nicest clothes I own. When I finished packing everything that I needed too I looked around to see what else I needed to do before I left. Then I heard a knock on the door. I swear if it's Edward he will miss his flight. I went to go open the door. Alice was standing in the door way.

"Hey," I smiled and let her in. She walked right pass me and sat on my couch.

"You'll never believe what I over heard,"

"Aw Alice you're not ease dropping again are you?" I sat next to her putting my hand on my forehead. She gasped and sounded offended.

"No of course not! I just happened to over hear a conversation."

"Look Alice I don't care is Lindsay Lohan is in jail again. It was going to happen sooner or later."

"Not not about that! Although it true! That girl was messed up from the start. I had a premonition."

"Alright fine so what happened."

"Guess who got invited to the Holiday Ball,"

"Us?" Was the only people I could think of.

"Jessica,"

"What!?" I exclaimed.

"I over heard her talking with Mariella that she was going as his date and she was going to meet the king and queen. Then going on about how all attention will be on her and she can do whatever she wants."

"That! B-" I caught myself before saying anything.

"Say it Bella, you know you want to," She smirked. That evil pixie Alice was.

"I can't you know that."

"It was worth the try," She sighed to herself. "Now come on I have to see what dress you packed for the Ball." She skipped to my closest, and pulled out my dress.

"This," The disgusted looked on her face gave everything away to the opinion on the dress.

"What? It's a cute dress very festive."

"Yea for baking cookies with your mommy. Come on Bella this is hideous, why do you even have it?"

"Well I don't have anything good, I can't afford it."

"I can," She held out a credit card.

"No I can't let you pay for me!"

"To bad. Do you want you own opinion in the dress or else I'm getting you a dress myself rather you like it or not." I was scared to what she would pick out.

"Alright I'll go with you," I gave up to her evil promise.

We went to the mall and I got out of the car very slowly. I hate shopping, I have no patience for anything. Alice got annoyed with my past so she grabbed my wrist and pulled me in. The mall was a pretty good size mall since it's in the city. I yawned already bored. We shopped for a couple hours. I thought she would give up by now. But then again it's Alice.

"Bella! Look at this dress!" She jumped and squealed at the dress in the window. I slowly joined her. The dress was very pretty. I felt myself jolt forward and into the dressing room with the dress inside. I better obey her or I'm in serious trouble. I slipped into the fancy dress.

"Alice I look like a barbie doll!"

"Oh come out Bella please I bet you will look great!"

"I look hideous," Alice Gasped!

"Anyone dressed by me is not hideous," I slowly walked out to face my worst fear. The Mirror. Alice gasped behind me.
