Lulu: yo, my friends~
*crickets chirp*
Lulu:...ok, so I've been late, and procrastinating, and i'm going to be pressuring myself into getting a ton more chapters published before I have to begin my j-term project (yes, my highschool has that, lolz). Good news is that I redid a lot of chapters due to the advice of Farla, who i'd like to thank for her assistance...honestly, I wasn't sure if I should be sad because I made so many mistakes, or glad that a veteran writer such as herself had actually responded to my own fanfic...anywho~ I added a few new warnings and hopefully i'll be able to post the next chapter (a thanksgiving special...I am so late XP) not to long from now. i'm also planning a bunch of other sickfics and such (because, you know, I enjoy my literary sadist tendencies 3:D). Enjoy~

POVs specifically targeted in this chapter: Caliborn English (The Felt...sorry if I made him swear a bit too much for his character, but then look above), Terezi Snowman (The Felt)
Your name is Caliborn English, and you're almost sure that school is going to be a nightmare. You honestly don't care if the letters for the word "cool" are in the word "school", it's still going to be insulting to go to such a place, with other children that do not understand your genius. Father said that if the other children didn't understand that you should teach them, but you honestly don't have the patience; you could barely keep a pet without killing it (Mr. Whiskers was going to die of starvation anyway).
You remember when Father had fed you a spoonful of lies about this "school" and how children would be accepting, and how you'd have your friends to protect you, and how "no one would notice that you were different". Personally, you saw screw all of that! You were separated from most of the friends that could potentially protect you and you were left with the My Little Pony worshipping meathead (Equius), the cat-bitch (Roxy), and your stupid older brother who bores you to death with his annoying speeches about "miracles" (Gamzee). In truth, you stuck around Equius most of the time because he was a lot bigger than the other kids and could protect you, but a few hours ago the others had found a more interesting friend, another cat-bitch (Nepeta) to add to their mad circle. Since Equius seemed more interested in Nepeta than protecting you, you'd have to actually talk to other people.
In terms of making new friends, there weren't any real possibilities…well, there was one, but Father would never allow you to be friends with him for very long (Father didn't want you hanging out with members of the Midnight Crew, they were technically the enemy). You looked around trying to find maybe one person that could be your friend, but you saw no friendly faces. Most people were either terrified or disgusted with you, and all of them were turned away. You decided that you'd force the next kid you saw to be your friend…naturally, after thinking this, you ran straight into Dirk fucking Strider.
Dirk Strider was a weird kid that you'd never noticed before then, despite the fact that he stuck out immensely compared to the other kids (he was like a fucking ninja or something). His hair was snow white, his skin was a bit pale (probably from lack of sun exposure), and his eyes were hidden by a pair of anime shades. He was quiet, acting cool and collective, but you could tell that maybe he was like you, maybe he didn't like this place either.
"Hey" He said, snapping you out of a brief trance, and you waved a bit, now extremely nervous (stupid nerves, you were acting like your fucking sister, and she wasn't even there to video tape the event only to use it for some stupid Fanfiction years later when she discovered that new world of possibilities).
"H-hey…" You replied, not really knowing what to say (you didn't necessarily know how to talk to people outside of the mansion).
You barely remember what happened next; you and Dirk had chatted a bit, then Roxy came and dragged you both into her discussion with your other allies about the miracles of horses and cats. Strangely, Dirk seemed to fit in with kids that were normal (or, as normal as the people in your house claimed that they were)…and you kind of envied that. You weren't the best at talking to people, and your only friends were those of Father's employees (their loyalty was debatable). For someone like Dirk to make friends in mere seconds, saying a mere few words, it was incredible to you, an inspiration.
Of course, you didn't let any of those feelings show, keeping your usual scowl planted upon your face as you watched the conversation go on. Occasionally, the others would ask for your thoughts, but mostly you just sat next to Dirk, who was also quiet most of the time. That was at least something that, for the time being, you were just as great at as he was; being quiet.
SWITCH TO BEING THE CURRENTLY NOT BLIND TEAL ONE BEFORE THINGS IN THE PREVIOUS SCENE BEGIN GETTING AWKWARD
Your name is Terezi Snowman, and you think that last story needed more dragons, because dragons just make everything more awesome. Dragons are one of the greatest creatures you've ever stumbled upon in your short, little life (and yes, they are real; they disguise themselves as lizards, and everything people know about lizards is a lie! A lie, you say! A LIE!), and they make much more sense than the stuff that your sister goes on about.
Your sister, Vriska Snowman, has always loved pirates for as long as you could remember; she even went as far as to create her own pirate persona, Marquise Spinneret Mindfang. The reason why you've memorized this name is because she uses that name all the time when referring to herself when she "duels" with Eridan. The relationship between Vriska and Eridan is odd because you know they despise each other, yet at the same time they can never get enough of each other (yeah, confusing isn't it? and they're still only 5, imagine what it'll be like then they're big kids…wait, don't, it just makes it worse!). They'd duel with real swords, though the adults always keep the weapons locked up. Oh sure, you guys have broken into the weapons vault before, but every time you do, they make it harder and harder to get into, and you guys are going to save your next raid for something important (you're not sure what that important thing is, but you'll find out eventually). Anyways, Vriska and Eridan would duel with kind-of-but-not-really-real swords and then a few minutes later, you could see them watching a movie together, making their relationship that much weirder.
Fortunately, Eridan wasn't in your class to complicate things; he's in Class C (otherwise known as the "Caterpillar Class" or whatever that nonsense is that teachers try to put in your heads) with Kanaya, probably drooling over some girl he's only known for ten minutes (he's one of the few guys that you've never heard complain about cooties, probably because he already has them). You couldn't say that it'd be surprising if that really happened, though you don't think that Vriska would like it. Currently, however, Vriska seemed distracted by a different boy, the one she's been torturing for a few hours as mindless fun.
His name was Tavros Boxcars, he was shorter than you and Vriska by an inch or two, and he was very nervous around everyone…well, almost everyone. He and another girl, Aradia, were pretty good friends and he seemed to be more social around her. You exchanged greetings (Definition: you said 'hi') with Aradia an hour or two ago, and she seemed to be a nice girl. She was a girl that would often mumble to herself for no apparent reason (your Mom said that when other people your age do that, it means that they probably have an imaginary friend. You have an invisible friend named Redglare, but she's far from imaginary, she's awesome and kicks butt! Sometimes you pretend to be her when you play with Vriska), but she was still a nice girl. Vriska seemed to like both of them, though she was weird in expressing her feelings; she'd been teasing them ever since she met them, and had already gotten put into time-out two times today! You'd never seen the adults so frustrated with her before.
And yet…here you were, mildly playing with Aradia while Vriska got caught by another teacher and put into time-out. Tavros was crying again and John (the weird boy that had introduced himself to everyone in class with a confetti-blaster that had been sadly removed from his possession) was trying to cheer the other boy up with a goofy-looking "disguise" that almost everyone could see through (Calliope seemed mystified as to where John might've "disappeared" to). Rose was calmly reading a book with big words on it, trying not to giggle at John's antics, and Calliope was staring at the class clown while trying to decide which color green to use in her picture. The picture was surprisingly very good for a kindergartener's drawing, but the teacher looked very embarrassed when she saw it for some reason (you'd say it was because it was lewd, but you don't remember what "lewd" means. You'd get Mom to explain it to you later).
Faintly, you smile as your block tower was finally completed, and you briefly wondered if this time would last forever. But, unfortunately, everything must end, whether it be kindergarten (which ends at like, noon for some reason) or your precious block tower (because Vriska wrecked it sometime after she escaped her time-out before going to wreak more horrible memories onto Tavros' psyche.
