April walks into the apartment and plops down on the couch. Jackson climbs on top of her and kisses her on the lips, she quickly pulls away and laughs at his expression. "What?"

"Jackson, your beard is killing me. You have to shave."

He shakes his head at her. "Why? I like feeling like a forest man." He kisses her again. "Don't you like me looking like a lumberjack?"

"You're beautiful, you really are but the beard needs to go. If you stop shaving here," She touches his beard, "I'll stop shaving down there."

His eyes widen at his wife's boldness. "Who are you and what have you've done with April Avery?" She shrugs at him and slips off his shirt. "You've been very bossy lately. I like it, but you're also scary."

He kisses her again and April rolls off the couch. "Go. Shave. Now."

Jackson walks into the bathroom and rubs shaving cream onto his face. April pops her face in and smiles at him. "Thank you."

She begins to slip off all her clothes and Jackson stops shaving. "What are you doing?"

"Your shaving, so I'm shaving." The shower kicks on and she climbs in.

Jackson stares at the shower curtain, mouth open. He didn't know how long the boldness was going to last and if she would ever be the same. He knew it was a phase, there was a crying phase, and now there is the boldness phase, the phase that makes him question who April is right now.

He just prays to God, Buddha, E.T., whatever, that she gets through the grief.
