It has been 2 weeks since Mari has become Lady Fawley and we have mated and everything is going great. Mari is able to teach us rules and manners that isn't mentioned in the book or that we don't understand. Since she was raised as a Dragon Former she has a keen knowledge on what is respectable and what isn't.
I was walking to the library followed by Apep to help Ginny catch up in her schooling so she is in 6th year with me, and to teach Mari so she will also be in 6th year. I was walking through the courtyard when suddenly Tori appeared with Dap leaning on her as she looked like she was about to faint as blood free flowed from her. I quickly ran up to them and took Dap into my arms, knowing that Tori couldn't hold her older sister for much longer before collapsing.
"What happened Tori?" I ask in a worried tone as I look down at Dap before picking her up so I am cradling her in my arms like a baby.
"They found out about us being Lady Peverell and Lady Selwyn. They also somehow found out that we are now Dragon Formers, they didn't take it will and Dap took all the spells and hits they were using on us to I could bring us here." Tori says while breaking down and I slightly nod before turning to Apep.
"Take Lady Peverell to my room and call the Healer, I am going to go to the library and get Lady Potter and Lady Fawley before heading back there." I say and leaving no room for negotiations he nods, takes Dap and starts jogging off knowing that it was a life or death situation right now. "Come on Tori lets go and get the others, then we can go and see you sister." I say and stick my hand out, which she takes and I bring her close before we start walking.
"You found a Lady Fawley then?" Tori asks, trying to take her mind off her sister for a few minutes.
"Yes, she is my Dragon Former soul mate, she is the daughter of one of the Dukes in my country. We met 2 weeks ago and consummated our bond that night also, she is also now with child as it always does after completing our bond."
"So Dap and I are the only ones not carrying your children right now?" Tori asks in a playful tone and I smile.
"That is right, but if you don't mind I would like to wait for the 2 of you. Both of these pregnancies usually carry a string possibility of having more then one child, only on rare occasions it doesn't happen, usually especially in older times only one lives to adult hood on the first try, that is why there is usually more then one child." I explain the best I could from how Mari put it before only a couple of days ago.
"Oh ok, and I am at least fine with that I mean I am only a 5th year this year. That isn't really the best time to carry a baby." Tori says and I smile down at her before lightly kissing her lips, happy to have her back here in my arms, safe.
"I am tutoring Ginny and Mari to get them into 6th year next year, if you wish I can do the same with you?"
"That would be great, then I don't have to deal with being separated from any of you once you graduate."
"Alright, we will work on that after Dap gets better." I say just as we walk into the library where we find Ginny and Mari reading textbooks.
"Tori what are you doing here? Where is Daphne?" Ginny asks as soon as she sees us walk into the room and quickly gets up, bringing Tori into a tight hug as I go over and stand next to Mari so she doesn't feel completely left out.
"They found out about us Ginny, they were so angry and Daph took everything so I didn't get hurt." Tori cries.
"Where is Daphne, Tori?"
"She is in our room, they are getting a Healer for her right now." I say before turning to Mari. "Mari this is Lady Astoria Selwyn but you can call her Tori, and her sister is Lady Daphne Peverell." I explain and she nods.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Tori, I just wish that is was under different circumstances." Mari says while sticking out her hand for Tori to shake. "I am Lady Amaris Fawley but you can call me Mari."
"I hate to break up the meeting but I think that we should go and check up on Daphne." Ginny says in a worried tone and we all nod and head out of the door and down the long corridors and up the stairs until we find our room, where we find Fafnir and Apep watching as the Healer is examining Dap.
"How is she?" I ask after we walk into the room and I stand next to Fafnir and Apep.
"She is weak and has suffered much damage. She has many broken bones, has some internal and external bleeding from the breaks along with spells that were cast on her." The Healer says while not looking up from what he was doing. "I am going to give her some potions to heal her and to replenish the blood that she lost, but she needs to be on bed rest for the next week to week in a half. She will be rather weak and soar when she wakes up and she needs rest. I will come back and check up on her every 2 days, if there is anything that changes rather drastically then contact me again and I will come straight away." He says while standing up and placing 16 vials on the night stand. "These will last you the next to days, give them each to her 4x a day and when I come back I will give you new instructions."
"Thank you for your help, I will see you in a couple of days." I say and he nods before heading out of the room with Fafnir. When they were gone and the door was closed I slowly walk over to Dap and sit next to her on the bed and slowly stroke her hair. "Dap I am so sorry that this happened to you, I should have never asked you to become my Lady Peverell. If I hadn't then this wouldn't have happened."
"Harry stop being an idiot." I hear from next to me and I open my eyes and see that it was Dap that anwsered me. "It isn't your fault that my parents did this to me and really I wouldn't ever change me being married to you and being a dragon former for anything." She continues quietly and starts coughing and I quickly help her drink a cup of water that was on the nightstand.
"But-"
"No buts Harry, I don't want to hear about it." Dap says and I sigh before leaning forward and giving her a quick peck on the lips. "How is Tori?" She asks weakly now but still in a worried tone.
"She is unharmed thank to you, but she is still scared that she will loose you."
"I want to see her." She replies and I nod before getting out of the bed and walking over to the door and opening it, seeing Mari, Ginny and Tori all standing outside the doors.
"Come on she wants to see you." I say and they all quickly walk into the room but Mari stays away, standing next to me as I close the door. "You can get closer Mari." I say to her but she shakes her head.
"No, she doesn't know who I am." She says and I wrap her into a hug and she lays her head on my shoulder.
"Harry who is this?" Dap asks while motioning towards Mari.
"Dap this is Lady Amaris Fawley but she goes by Mari." I say in a worried tone and she won't accept her sister wife but she smiles widely.
"Well come closer, I want to meet her." Dap says while trying to sit up a little but Tori pushes her back down.
"No Dap, you need to continue laying down you are really hurt." Tori says and Dap slowly nods her head in disappointment.
"Well I wish that I was able to meet you for the first time on better terms... when I wasn't hurt." She says while looking down a little guilty.
"There is nothing to feel bad about Dap, this makes me see how brave you are for taking all of the damage for your sister." Mari says while walking over to Dap and taking one of her hands into hers and gives it an ever so light squeeze. "It is a pleasure to meet you Lady Daphne Peverell." She says with a smile on her face.
"You to Lady Amaris Fawley."
"I will insist that you call me Mari."
"Then I insist that you call me Dap." She says before giving off a huge yawn.
"Sleep my love, we will all be here when you wake." I say before bending over and kissing her lips.
"Ok, I love you all." She mutters while closing her eyes.
"Love you to." We all say at the same time and before we know it she is asleep.
