A/N: Two updates in one day!? How is that possible!? Because, my friends, I said so! Lol. Anyways, here's the final chapter on 'Invisible'. Enjoy!

Chapter 19

The Epilogue

Nia walked back to her dorm alone after the party. Since she had joined Shiz late, she hadn't been given a roommate, which she secretly appreciated. If she had ended up with a roommate, it would be almost impossible to keep her secret. A secret that nobody could ever know. It wasn't like the secret was bad or anything, it was more like a life she never wanted to live.

Most people would probably question her decision, but they didn't know how hard her life had been before she came to Shiz. They would never understand.

Silently, Nia slipped into her room and closed the door behind her. It was a small room, much smaller then most dorms at Shiz. But that was mostly because it was a cheap, one person room. She didn't mind, though. It's not like she needed a lot of room.

All that was in the room was a bed, a dresser and a desk. There was one window, and a small closet. It wasn't much, but it was enough for her.

Nia climbed onto her bed, sitting cross-legged on her fuzzy pink blanket. She lifted a pillow to reveal a small wooden box, then she picked the box up and placed it in her lap. The box was where she hid all the things that were most important to her.

She reached into the box, withdrawing a photograph of her and her father. Of course, she missed her father more then anything, but she was sick of her life and had to leave. Nia's hands shook as she stared at the photo.

"I can never go back." Nia whispered to her. Without warning, she tore the photograph in half then shoved the two torn pieces back in the box. Tears fell down Nia's face, her hands balling into fists as an attempt to try and calm herself. First her mother died when she was only a baby, and now she would probably never see her father again.

Actually, it was probably most likely that she would see her father again, but that would be a very bad thing, even though she really did wanna see him again. The truth was, Nia ran away from home. It would be nice to see her father again because she loved him and he loved her, but it would also be bad because him finding her would mean having to go home and probably never being allowed to leave again. It was a sad reality, but it couldn't be changed.

Nia put the box away again, then laid her head down on her pillow, staring up at the ceiling. After sitting like that for what felt like hours, her eyes finally started the close, growing tired. "I miss you, daddy..." Nia whimpered before her eyes closed completely and she fell asleep.

Well, 'Invisible' is officially finished! Part 1, at least. Don't complain about the length of this last chapter, 'cause you know I warned you it would be really short. I left you with quite the mystery, didn't I? Unfortunately, the sequel will not be posted till it is at least mostly finished being written. Thankfully, though, I have recruited Nia to help me write it! (YAY!) But I'm also starting school tomorrow (Which is why I posted the last chapter today), so I'll have less time to write. Sorry about that.

I hope you all enjoyed 'Invisible', though! I know I did! I'll post a notice here on 'Invisible' when the sequel is posted.

Also, there's a reference hidden in this chapter! Whoever guesses what it is and where it's from gets a virtual chocolate cupcake!

Brooms, bubbles and hugs,
