Percy wasn't a fan of surprises and he definitely didn't like the idea of some guy popping out of an elevator. Too dramatic for his taste but the door dinged open revealing a regular looking man with short curly dirty blond hair with a sheepish smile on his face. He looked like any techie with his checkered shirt and black with blue skinny jeans. He kind of looked like a tall elf with his pointy ears and clean porcelain face. Coulson grinned at the man like he was about to say something but he was stopped by Skye. She tackled the geeky guy without glasses with a squeal of delight catching him by surprise.

"Fitz! You're alive," she said burying her head at the base of his neck hugging him tightly. The man, now identified Fitz squeezed her tightly closing his eyes for a brief moment. He looked like he was savoring the senses before him like it was unimaginable. Fitz wasn't acting like it was a romantic but more like he was relieved to be alive and was still thinking it was a dream. Percy and most of the people in the room with him knew exactly how he felt.

"I am, Skye," he said trying to sound reassuring but failing his voice cracked a little. A British accent could be easily detected. The words were supposed to convince Skye but it seemed more for his benefit then her own. He finally let go embarrassingly smiling like he couldn't believe he had an emotional moment in front of people who were mostly strangers. Coulson grinned.

"It's great to have you back Leo," he said sincerely causing the guy to take a deep breath taking it all in nodding his head not trusting his voice. Percy had a great urge to roll his eyes he wasn't exactly a very sympathetic guy sure he understood but when you face pain like he did and still breathing you begin to not respect those who easily quake under the pressure or pain. Instead of rolling his eyes in exasperation to the clichéd entrance Percy turned to Tony.

"Sure," Percy said with a shrug of his shoulders reminding himself to talk to his cousin to check about Fury he may trust Coulson with his life but he didn't trust Coulson when it came to the truth. It was something he learnt over the years you couldn't trust people especially when they tell lies for a living.

"This is a agent Fitz he is to help with your mission," Coulson finally said after having a silent conversation with said agent.

"Which is?" Tony said rolling his hands before him in a go on motion.

"Well before you interrupted me, Stark I was going to say Captain America has gone out of the radar. Now that's not a big problem he can take care of himself. What I am afraid of is the high levels of energy found in the general direction where he is going to and here in New York ever since HYDRA invaded SHIELD." Coulson said all playfulness aside as he spoke with a serious expression in his face. "I have a bad feeling so I am taking Hill and Barton with me to see what's going on overseas. The rest of you will investigate here in New York and see what's going on. Is that clear?" Coulson said as if he was talking to five years old who were going to burn the place down the minute he left. He wasn't too far from the truth.

"Sure no problem there dad," Percy said sarcastically rolling his eyes. Coulson nodded sighing he sure hoped he was doing the right thing.

"Can I speak to you and Natasha for a minute," Coulson asked, after silently telling Hill and Barton to meet him outside, Percy. Percy got up with a sigh as Natasha followed him. Tony left the room deciding he will go check on Bruce and Google the three other agents he would be working with.

"What is it this time," Percy asked. "If you think I am going to burn down five buildings a row it isn't going to happen," Percy assured Coulson. Natasha rolled her eyes.

"Yeah right," Natasha said. Percy just mumbled 'it happens one time and you're scared for life'. Coulson simply shook his head.

"Natasha you will be here staying with Stark and Banner as for you Percy you will stay with Skye and Fitz where ever you went to after you arrived by sea. I know you didn't check in the hotel," Coulson said. Natasha nodded her head accepting her order but not Percy.

"Seriously Coulson I have to stick with a tech and a newbie," Percy whined.

"Yep" Coulson said nodding his head leaving. Percy turned to face Fitz and Skye the two kids he had to babysit.

"Come on," Percy said rather reluctantly.
