WHOO HOOO! I am finally back with the motivation to finish my unfinished stories and hopefully start new ones once they are finished. First off I want to apologize about the very long ass wait. I'm not going to go into anything really cause I just want to think happy thoughts at the moment.

Disclaimer: I don't own Power Rangers, they belong to Hasbro. I don't own The Arbiter as he belongs to Unworthy Productions. I don't only OC except for Kendrick Chambers, everyone belongs to their respective Authors or Creators but big shout out to them for allowing me to use their OC's for the story.

Tommy stared at the man in front of him, if he had to describe the situation, he would probably say it was like staring at a mirror. A man who had one point killed Tommy years ago, Tommy had clue how he was still alive, but he never questioned it, nor did he take his second chance for granted but now he was dealing with a situation so severe that he had to ask his one-time foe and murder for help.

"A foe so powerful that the great and powerful Tommy Oliver is coming to me for help…" Drakkon says with smirk as he walks up to the cell door. "I relish the opportunity to prove once and for all that I'm better than you will ever be" Drakkon said.

"As much as I would to have a rematch with you, like I said, this being… The Arbiter is stronger than me and the team I've managed to put together and seeing that I have no choice but to come to you for help" Tommy replied.

"And what pray tell is stopping me from killing you the moment you open this door?" Drakkon asked.

Tommy opens his mouth to speak but before he could Kimberly stepped forward with a glare on her face.

"You even think of betraying us, I. Will. Kill. You" she said with growl in her throat.

Drakkon only smirks as both Tommy and Kimberly walk out of the room closing the door behind them. The moment door closes completely Kimberly turns on Tommy giving him a hard glare.

"Great so now that you made the deal with the devil, care to explain to me how I'm suppose to tell everyone why I'm letting that sick freak out of his cell?" Kimberly asked with anger letting Tommy know that she did not agree with the plan at all. Tommy knew that she was not a fan of working along side a psycho murderer like Drakkon, but Tommy also knew that Arbiter was too powerful of a being not to get all the help he could.

"I just hope the others are doing better" he mutters to himself as he walks with Kimberly out of the room.

Nora stepped out of the portal with Karone and Hunter right behind her, she looked around at her surroundings. It wasn't what she was expecting to find, she was half expecting to find herself back home in the city of Milky Way but instead found herself somewhere completely different. The three Rangers looked around at her surroundings before their eyes landed on the place in front of them.

"Aibo Academy" Karone said reading the sign near the building.

"This place familiar to you Nora?" Hunter asked the Blue Universe Ranger.

"Yeah, I go to Sol Academy" Nora replied as she looked around hoping to find Kathy before The Arbiter arrives. She stops when her eyes land on a girl wearing red, but it wasn't the attire that was familiar but person wearing it was. "Kathy" she said in bearing a whisper and then just as if the girl heard her, she turned, the girl's eyes widen when she sees Nora then staring making her way over to where Nora and the others were standing. Nora couldn't believe it, standing in front of her was indeed Kathy but she was much older which threw her off a brief moment.

"Nora is that you?" Kathy asked confused.

"Yes, Kathy it's me but I don't have time to explain, you're in danger" Nora said cutting to the chase.

"What else is new?" Kathy asked.

Nora goes to speak only to interrupted by the sounds of screaming, the rangers turn to see civilians running scared then they see the cause of the situation. A lone being making their way towards them, the four Rangers quickly get into fighting position.

"Katherine Ravens of Earth DG9, you have been deemed Unworthy!" the being said as they pulled out their sword and pointed directly at her.

"I'm sorry who are you?" Kathy asked.

"I am The Arbiter; I am your undoing" the intergalactic being replied before summoning his sword into his hand. Kathy looked unimpressed by The Arbiter's words as she raised her arm to reveal her Xross Morpher on her wrist while she held her Xross Key in her other hand.

"What do you say Nora? Like old times?" she asked her former teammate.

Nora nodded her head then her along with the others summoned their morphers. Karone and Hunter successfully morphed then it was Nora's turn.

++READY! +++ called out Nora's morpher so she pulled back the globe, ++SET! ++ the device cheered as she put a finger on the trigger on the side of the morpher.

"Star Charge!" She called out.

[Morphing Sequence]

White stars covered Nora as a white bodysuit covered her whole body except for her head. It was then that dark blue stars covered her chest a dark blue sleeveless vest with the emblem of a planet being orbited by two smaller planets adorned her chest in silver. Dark blue stars then gathered around her hands and legs forming dark blue boots and gloves with black rings around it while they were held in place by thick silver metal rings. A short dark blue skirt was held in place by a silver belt with the belt-buckle having the same symbol that's on the chest. A smooth dark blue helmet with fins on the side and top with a wavy visor form.

"Soul of the Aurora Songstress! Universe Blue!" Nora cried posing.

++XROSS LOCK! ++

Kathy took in a breath "Xross Up!" Kathy called out.

[Morphing Sequence]

Kathy stood in a sanctuary on top of a mountain with statues of different dragons around her as her clothes vanished leaving her in a black bodysuit. It was then that on her chest the symbol on the card which was a shield on it that was half red, half green, and there was a yellow-gold dragon head with its wings outstretched while below it was a sword and lance crossing each other appeared. On her arms was a set of short red gloves held in place by two gold x shaped rings, and she wore short red boots with the same two x shaped rings. She had a red helmet with yellow gold accents and a black curved visor while around the top of the helmet above the visor there was small silver protrusions. The silver and gray bracelet she wore then appeared into her hand and morphed into the Gargantua Punisher.

The four Rangers got into their fighting stances. Each taking a quick deep breath and then rushed towards The Arbiter with their weapons at the ready. The Arbiter quickly brought his blade up and deflected Hunter's staff then slashed the Crimson Thunder Ranger across the chest before turning his attention to Karone and the other two rangers. The Arbiter twirled his blade then dashed towards the girls who were ready for him. The intergalactic being brought his blade up to deflect Karone's quasar saber then ducked under her arm and sent a kick to Nora's midsection making him stumble backwards. He then turned his attention back onto Karon who had turned to face him. She swung her quasar saber down on him again which he blocked with his own blade. He turned his head slightly to see Kathy rushing towards him, bringing her Gargantua Punisher sword down to strike him. Arbiter quickly summoned a second sword and used it to block her attack as well.

"It serves no purpose for you to fight… It will all end the same" The Arbiter said as he broke off the stalemate then slashed both Karone and Kathy across the chests sending them flying backwards.

The Arbiter stormed towards Kathy who was laying the closest, but he was blasted by Hunter with the crimson blaster, but it barely fazed the intergalactic being who merely shrugged it off. Hunter continued with the attack as he rushed towards The Arbiter once more with his thunder staff but before Hunter reached him a portal opened up in between them and Tommy stepped out.

"So, the great Tommy Oliver has finally come to die" The Arbiter asked wryly. Tommy didn't respond as he turned to face Hunter.

"Hunter, you and the others need to regroup and get through the portal" Tommy said before his full attention went back to The Arbiter.

He stood there, watching as Hunter and Karone went through the portal taking Kathy and Nora with them.

"I'm not going to fight you here, but I will fight you on the other side of that portal where you will have all of us in one place" Tommy said. Then without waiting for The Arbiter to respond he walked through the portal. The Arbiter stood there. He knew that Tommy could be leading him into a trap but so far, the Rangers have had no luck in defeating him nor have they been able to land a single scratch on him. The Arbiter stepped through the portal and when he did, he looked around at his new surroundings. To find what appeared to be a wasteland. He turned his head to see Tommy standing on a ridge, but he wasn't alone, standing to his left was Hunter, Karone and Kimberly. To Tommy's right was Ryan, Kathy, and Nora but it was the man standing next to Tommy that had caught The Arbiter's eye. He recognized him instantly.

"So, you grew so desperate to defeat me that you went to him for help?" The Arbiter called up to Tommy with a satisfying grin on his face. Tommy didn't say anything but lifted up his master morpher.

"It's Morphin' Time! Dragonzord!" Tommy shouted.

"Titanium Power!" Ryan shouted.

The team of Rangers stood before The Arbiter but before the rest could morph, The Arbiter sent an attack at them sending them all flying backwards only leaving Tommy and Ryan standing. The morphed Rangers looked to their allies then back towards their enemy before rushing into battle which would be for the final time.

The Arbiter was ready though, as he quickly deflected Tommy's dragon dagger then ducked Ryan's high kick. The intergalactic being kicked Ryan's leg out from under him causing the Titanium Ranger to fall to one knee. Before Ryan could register what was going to happen The Arbiter spun and kicked him in the side of his head knocking him down to the ground. The First Ranger turned his attention to Tommy who couldn't allow what happened to Ryan to distract him. He knew that Ryan would be up again. Tommy continued his attack as he unleashed a combo of punches and kicks.

The Arbiter was able to dodge a few of the punches and kicks but the ones he couldn't were able to make him stumble backwards. The Arbiter and Tommy rushed towards each other and brought their weapons down at the same time entering a stalemate. Neither of the two could gain the upper hand against the other. The stalemate was broken suddenly when The Arbiter was hit by dark pink arrows which were followed up by Drakkon coming in and kicking the First Ranger in the side of the head making him stumble backwards. Hunter, Nora, Karone, and Kathy rushed in to join the battle as well, but The Arbiter was ready for them. He dodged Hunter's attack with his staff then slashed the Crimson Thunder Ranger on the back with his sword. He then turned his attention to the others. Karone stepped forward only to be kicked in the back by Drakkon sending her stumbling forwards as The Arbiter quickly slashes her with his sword sending her down to the ground.

Drakkon jumped back just as Kimberly swung her bow at him, he landed a few feet away and began to chuckle menacingly.

"Did you really think that I wouldn't take the first chance to betray you" Drakkon asked.

Kimberly scowled behind her mask then turned to the others.

"I'll deal with this, help Tommy and the others" she said before turning her attention back onto Drakkon. Her grip tightened on her bow then rushed towards Drakkon who waited for her. As she bolted towards him, she fired off a few arrows, but Drakkon deflected them with his sword. Kimberly swung her bow at him again, but again he ducked it and slid under her arm. He jumped up and slashed her on the back making her stumble forwards. He stood there for a brief moment then walked towards Kimberly like a predator stalking an injured prey. When he is close enough, he reached out to grab her, but she anticipated and reached up and caught his wrist then flung him over her shoulder sending him down to the ground in front of her. Kimberly pulled out a knife that she had hidden on her belt behind her cape then brought it down upon Drakkon who rolled out of the way making her stab the ground where he once laid.

Tommy looked up at the sound of the fighting, he turned to his right to see Drakkon and Kimberly fighting.

"Go!"

Tommy's head jerked to the left to see Karone kneeling a few feet away from him, looking in his direction. "Go and deal with Drakkon and we'll continue to fight the Arbiter" Karone said then before Tommy could reply she got up and after picking up her saber and ran off to join the fight against once more.

Drakkon and Kimberly circled each other before rushing towards one another. His dark saba blade clashed with Kimberly's knife. The two former allies' weapons clashed with every strike, neither of them landing a blow to their opponent until Drakkon brought down his saba and Kimberly deflected it, but what she hadn't seen was Drakkon pulled out his dragon dagger then stabbed her in the midsection. Kimberly stumbled backwards holding her midsection in shock. She looked down and pulled her hand away to see it was covered in blood. Kimberly dropped down to her knees then looked up at the sound of footsteps to see Drakkon standing before her.

"I have waited for this day for a very long time and I'm going to enjoy every moment of it" Drakkon said, as he raised his dragon dagger up into the air going for the final blow. All of a sudden, he was tackled from the left side by Tommy.

The two bitter rivals rolled on the ground then looked up at each other. "I was going to make you watch as I killed the traitor…" he said as he glanced over at Kimberly before turning back to Tommy, "But I will take joyous pleasure in killing you first" Drakkon spatted.

The two rivals jumped up and rushed towards getting the other weapons at their ready.
