Kasuka and Izaya Realize

Children? or no Children?
Four days ago, Hanejima Yuuhei and his lover escaped from their estate. But before their escape there was a report that the currently pregnant lover collapsing inside the house. Her condition seemed to have been critical however it is unsure as both she and Hanejima Yuuhei's whereabouts are unknown.
"SHIT!'
Izaya crumpled the newspaper in his hands and threw it at the door.
Damn it! If Shizu-chan has a miscarriage I'll make sure that idiot's company goes bankrupt!
Izaya took a deep breath to calm himself down but it was no use. He was irritated at how his plan had gone and worried about Shizuo's condition. If Shizuo had a miscarriage he wouldn't know what to do. In many ways he felt worried about his unborn children but found himself even more worried about the pregnant brunette and annoyed at what Kasuka had done.
Shizu-chan…if only you'd leave him...
~At the same time at Shinra's Place~
Shizuo's condition soared after he'd started to seek refuge in Shinra's house. It only took him about three days to fully recover and start to raid Shinra's fridge. Kasuka, Shinra and Celty were still worried and tried to keep the brunette in bed but whatever they did they'd find the brunette rummaging through the pantry the moment they took their eyes off of him.
"Looks like he's back to normal…but…looks like I'll have to buy a bigger fridge or extend the pantry…" Shinra sobbed as he looked sorrowfully at his empty fridge and spotless pantry.
Celty gave him a soft pat on the back as Kasuka moved the brunette away to the bed.
"Come on, I'm still hungry…" Shizuo moaned.
"Dame! It's not good if you eat too much." Kasuka sighed.
He tucked Shizuo tightly into the bed and kept watch over older brunette who looked as if he was sulking a bit. But it only took about 10 minutes for him to fall asleep. Kasuka chuckled gently at his brother and ruffled the older brunette's soft brown mass. Then slowly Kasuka started to unconsciously gaze down at Shizuo's sleeping face and he soon found himself yearning for something…something he knew wasn't right…
What the hell…Kasuka thought tearing himself away from Shizuo. But he once again found himself drawn to the older brunette as he gazed back at Shizuo.
"Damn it…" Kasuka whispered giving Shizuo a final glance before he stood up and walked out the room.
He closed the room door behind him and slumped down to the floor. Shinra and Celty who were worried as they saw Kasuka's unnatural behavior, hurried over to the brunette.
"Are you alright Kasuka?" Shinra asked.
He waved his hand in front of the brunette's face and Celty also waved her shadows in front of him.
Kasuka reacted instantly to this and reassured the two in front of him.
"I'm fine..." He said standing up.
Celty and Shinra left him and as they did Kasuka leaned against the wall and silently muttered,
"If only I were the father…huh nii-san…"
"If only Shizuo-chan/Nii-san would listen to me…"
