Welcome to chapter 10 of this story! To clear any confusion, the ability to have Zordon and Alpha contact the team in the Kyuranger dimension is another gift from the Ryu Voyager. Also, this is kinda one of my favorite episodes cause of Kotaro becoming a Kyuranger, seems fitting that the star he is based on is the brightest one in the night sky. Also, just happy they kept him as his normal size when he transformed with his 'grown' form being the bear constellation.

Chapter 10 – A Small Giant, Big Star!
Jason and the other Rangers watched from the Orion as Lucky, Hammy, Spada, Garu, and Champ fought a new governor. Shou watched with them, holding a monitor that had Zordon and Alpha on the screen. Kotaro just sat in the back, looking in awe.
"So those are the Kyurangers." Zordon noted, looking at as the picked team split the Megazord and flew back to the Orion.
"Yes, those are this dimension's chosen heroes." Shou said, nodding. "They are quite a team. But the Power Rangers are a good team as well. They have been doing so much to help."
"Thank you." Trini said, turning to him.
Jason and the others nodded, looking at the monitor and still thinking about how surprised everyone was when they discovered that they could contact and talk with Zordon and Alpha, guessing that was the other 'gift' the Ryu Voyager gave them along with their own Constellation Blasters. They did tell the two about Tommy and the current situation with him. Naturally they were shocked and concerned, but they believed that they could find a way to bring Tommy back to them.
While they waited for the deployed team to return to the bridge, Shou placed the monitor on the control panel so it could connect with the ship and have Zordon and Alpha could watch with the others as Kotaro tried various Kyutama to try and become a Kyuranger. As he put a Kyutama into a spare Constellation Blaster, the deployed team returned to the bridge.
"Welcome back." Kimberly said, looking at the returning Kyurangers.
"You guys came back at the perfect moment!" Kotaro said, smiling as they came in. "Watch this!"
"Kotaro!" Garu said, concerned. "What are you doing?"
Everyone watched as he tried to transform but nothing happened. Kotaro pouted and cried, wondering what went wrong and why couldn't he transform to become like the Kyurangers. Everyone looked as Champ laughed and walked to the young boy. Zordon just smiled and Alpha waved at everyone before turning the screen off
"To become a Kyuranger, you need to be chosen by a Kyutama." He explained, making Trini and Kimberly look at each other.
"Huh, that's a interesting way of doing it." Kimberly said, thinking on what he said.
"Well, it seems as though they need to prove themselves worthy of being the Kyutama's user." Trini said, thinking about how the others were picked.
"Why would they choose Uncle Shou but not me?!" Kotaro asked, pouting.
"Because I'm a very good boy." Shou told him, looking proud.
But everyone looked at each other, quietly doubting the accuracy of that statement. Just then Stinger spoke up, looking at Kotaro sternly.
"We don't need children on this ship." He told the young boy.
"But you and Kimberly brought me here, Stinger!" Kotaro argued.
"Yes, but it was just to keep you safe." Kimberly countered.
Stinger nodded, "We were just saving you. Go back to your little brother on Earth already."
He turned and stepped off the bridge, Kotaro looked down and upset but most everyone comforted him, trying to assure him that things would be okay. Lucky patted his shoulder.
"Jason and I will take you back." Lucky offered.
"It's the least we can do." Jason said, nodding.
Kotaro looked at them and looked down, before eyeing a blue Kyutama that had a bear image on it and not seeing it slowly glow. So he nodded at the two Rangers and they boarded the Leo Voyager, heading back to Earth. Watching the Leo Voyager back to Earth, Hammy sighed.
"I feel kind of sorry for him." Hammy said, turning to the others.
"But it can't be helped." Balance said, trying to comfort her.
"Balance is right, Hammy." Trini said, looking at the raven haired female Green Ranger. "Kotaro doesn't know how dangerous being a Kyuranger is."
"Indeed, it's just too soon for him to enter the kitchen." Spada added.
"Well, I don't blame him for trying and admiring us all." Billy said, looking at him and the others.
"By the way, where's Naga?" Shou asked, noting the silver haired Silver Ranger was missing.
Everyone gasped and realized that he was missing, looking around and found him unconscious in a hallway, laying on the floor with a broken mirror next to him. Worried and scared, they brought him to the bridge and wondered what happened to him. Meanwhile, while riding in the Leo Voyager with Lucky and Kotaro, Jason saw Kotaro move as he held his backpack.
"Kotaro, what's wrong?" Jason asked.
Lucky got the hint from Jason and looked at Kotaro, noticing something familiar in his backpack.
"Kotaro!" Lucky shouted. "Why do you have that?!"
"Ta-da!" Kotaro said, smiling as he revealed his hidden treasure, a Constellation Blaster, shocking both Jason and Lucky. "I'm just borrowing it. It's so I can become the Star of Hope."
"Kotaro, that's stealing." Jason told him. "It's not something a star of hope does."
"Jason's right!" Lucky said, agreeing with him. "Give it back!"
As he tried to wrestle the blaster from Kotaro, Lucky accidentally made the cockpit disappear and the trio fell to the ground. When Kotaro landed on the ground, he suddenly ran off, wanting to become a star of hope and a hero like the Kyurangers.
"Kotaro, wait!" Jason shouted.
He and Lucky ran after the young boy, Jason being worried about such a young boy entering a dangerous world of constant fighting and danger while Lucky was trying to get back the blaster since it was a important piece of equipment. Kotaro ran, trying to get ahead of them and kept looking back to see how close they were to catching him. He ran til he tripped.
"Finally." Jason said, catching his breath as he grabbed Kotaro's backpack strap and lifting him up.
Lucky tries to wrestle the blaster from Kotaro but Kotaro looked and see.
"Hey, look at that!" He shouted, pointing to a monster that had elongated arms and claws.
Jason looked at Lucky and asked, "Isn't that the governor you fought before coming back to the Orion?"
"Yeah, that's Mothma!" Lucky said, looking at his counterpart. "I thought we just beat him!"
They listened as Mothma laughed, "Now the Kyurangers and their allies are finished."
"Hey!" Lucky shouted to get his attention. "What do you mean by that?!"
Turning his attention to Lucky, Mothma was shocked, he shouted, "Why are you two here?!"
Suddenly, Jason and Lucky got calls on their blaster from Shou, "Jason, Lucky, trouble! Someone attacked Naga!"
"What?" Jason asked, shocked as was Lucky.
However, they heard everyone shout as the Orion was shifted and was flying off into space. Raptor checked the controls and gasped.
"Commander, the Orion is accelerating toward the sun!" She shouted.
"Raptor, can we change course and move away from the sun?!" Trini asked.
"The system isn't responding!" Raptor told the female Yellow Ranger. "The controls aren't working!"
"Wait, did you say the Orion is heading for the sun?!" Jason asked. But suddenly the connection went static and the two Red Rangers were worried.
"Hey! Guys!" Lucky shouted. Jason and Lucky looked at Mothma.
"What did you do?!" Jason shouted.
"As long as I live, that ship is in my control!" Mothma taunted them. "Fly toward the sun and burn up!"
"Then… all Jason and I need to do is defeat you?" Lucky said, smiling and holding his Kyutama. Jason grabbed his Morpher. The two transformed and ran to Mothma, swinging their swords and trying to slash at Mothma. Deciding to help, Kotaro fired some blasts from the blasters. However, that caused Mothma to turn to the young boy.
"I won't show mercy just because you're a child!" Mothma threatened.
He tried to swing his arms and tried to hit Kotaro, but he dodged the swings. He still tried to use the blaster, sending blasts to Mothma. But when he ducked to avoid a swing from Mothma's long arms, the blue Kyutama flew from his backpack and landed in Lucky's Constellation Blaster. It announced that it was the Ursa Major Kyutama, Jason looked at the Kyutama, confused.
But as Lucky used it, a spectral image of a humanoid bear with blue fur wearing a coat similar to what Shou wore appeared and attacked Mothma. Imitating a roar, the spectral image turned to Kotaro and possessed him, giving him blue hair and blue eyes. Mothma decided to run away, so with the fight prematurely over, Lucky and Jason canceled their transformations and looked at Kotaro.
"Kotaro, are you okay?" Jason asked, approaching him carefully with Lucky.
Kotaro turned to them with his new look and spoke in a deep voice, "I am Supreme Commander Big Bear of Rebellion."
Jason and Lucky were speechless and saw Big Bear's spirit left Kotaro's body, giving a salute. Back on the Orion, they saw they only had 15 minutes before the Orion flew right into the sun. Kimberly held onto Trini, starting to panic.
"Oh, no!" She cried. "We have 15 minutes until the Orion crushes into the sun!"
Trini tried to comfort her friend as Shou thought of something.
"I've got it!" He said. "Whoever attacked Naga is probably responsible for taking over the Orion! He's probably pretending to be one of us!"
His statements made everyone in the bridge look at each other and ponder who among them could be pretending to one of them and what method could they have used to sneak onboard and direct the Orion to the sun. Suddenly there was a light on Shou.
"Do not worry." He said, trying to calm them down. "The Orion is a completely closed room. There is nowhere to run. And the great detective Shou Lonpo is here."
"Great detective Shou Lonpo?" The group asked with a collective sweatdrop in disbelief.
Shou looked confident, "In the name of Supreme Commander Big Bear!"
On Earth, Lucky, Jason, and Kotaro looked at the spirit of Big Bear, Jason tried to get it through his head that he was actually speaking with a spirit. He rubbed his forehead and Lucky comforted him, looking at the spirit.
"Let me get this straight." He said. "Supreme Commander Big Bear's ghost was in Kotaro just now?"
"I can enter one of you two as well." Big Bear said, demonstrating by entering Jason and giving him the same appearance that Kotaro had.
He laughed and said, "Like this!"
Then he left Jason's body and entered Lucky's body, gasping for air. He looked at Jason and Kotaro.
"Long ago, I died protecting Shou." He explained.
"Big Bear, why did you become a ghost?" Jason asked. "And what can you say about Tommy? He's not a bad person. He's actually my friend."
Big Bear looked at Jason, as did Kotaro, Big Bear looked down and said, "To answer your first question, I can't move onto the next life if I leave a careless man like Shou in charge. Also, I didn't know that he was your friend. The most I know is that he was already the Karo of the Ryu System and he was feared by all the citizens of the system."
Jason looked down as Big Bear left Lucky's body, he shivered, "Don't just use my body like that!"
"Can you tell me more about him?" Big Bear asked, hoping to know more.
"Wait, we need to beat that guy!" Kotaro said, interjecting the conversation.
"That's right." Lucky said, wrapping his arm around Jason's shoulders. Jason smiled as he patted Kotaro's head.
"Well, Kotaro, help us out." He suggested.
But suddenly Big Bear entered Kotaro's body and protested, "No, no, no! Having a child is out of the question!"
Giving control back to Kotaro, he cried, "Why?! If he's not defeated soon, the Orion will be destroyed!"
But Big Bear took over again, "Silence, boy! Fighting is not a game!"
"This is kind of funny." Lucky said, trying not to laugh. "Anyway, let's find Mothma. Let's try using this."
He gave the Kyutama he had to Jason and he looked at the Kyutama, seeing it had a image of a hound on it. With instructions from Lucky, Jason inserted the Kyutama, hearing it was the Hound Kyutama, then he pulled back the Kyutama, activating its power and getting the nose of a hound. He sniffed the air and caught the scent of something.
"I think I got something." He told them. He ran in a direction, Lucky and Big Bear followed him. Jason just hoped that the others were doing okay.
On the Orion, everyone was almost in a panic mode, Shou reviewed his theory, "The culprit has impersonated one of us somehow. And somehow he knocked out Naga. And somehow he took over control to the Orion. My theory is perfect."
"What a amazing theory." Garu said, stepping up and clapping.
Billy groaned and facepalmed, almost amazed at Garu's simple minded nature.
"But we don't know how he did any of those things!" Champ roared.
"He has a point, Garu." Zack added, looking at him.
Pointing at everyone, Shou deducted, "The culprit is star-marked!"
Everyone looked at each other, since they all wore a star on their clothing and that meant any one of them could be the culprit. Raptor could barely believe it as Shou grabbed the Kyulette and set it on the table.
"Let heaven guide our luck." He said, almost praying.
He gave it one spin and his Kyutama came out. Everyone was speechless as he just accepted that he was the culprit. Everyone on the bridge groaned, wondering what was happening on Earth.
As it turned out, the scent Jason caught was a food stall with what looked like dough balls on sticks and being grilled. While it smelled good and Lucky sat down to try the food, Jason didn't think it was time to sit down but as they couldn't find their target, he sighed and sat down.
Lucky smiled, giving him a stick of the food. "You should try this, Jason. It's delicious!"
Big Bear looked confused and asked, "Hey, is he here?"
"I'm not entirely sure." Jason said, rubbing his hair embarrassed. "I just smelled something and this was it."
"You fool." Big Bear groaned. "You're too lax in an emergency situation like this!"
Kotaro got control of his body and looked at Jason and Lucky, "This is no time to be eating. Let's go find him!"
"Fool!" Big Bear said, looking at Kotaro. "Be silent, child!"
"By the way, Kotaro." Lucky said, looking at him. "Why do you want to fight so badly?"
"Yeah, I was wondering that myself." Jason said, looking at him. "You're so young, you shouldn't get involved in something like this."
Looking at the two Red Rangers, Kotaro told them, "On the day we met you all, I made a promise to my brother, Jiro. Because we were so amazed by the power of your teams working together, I decided then and there I would drive Jark Matter away from this world and create a world where everyone could be happy."
Jason and Lucky looked at him as he returned the look with a inspired and determined look, "I will be a Kyuranger and become a star of hope."
"A star of hope?" Lucky said, smiling. "That's cool."
"Sounds like a good promise." Jason added, smiling as well.
"Just because you want to doesn't mean you can." Big Bear told him.
But Kotaro looked at the spectral bear, saying, "I can! I want to protect my planet with my own hands!"
"Boy….." Big Bear seemed to actually go speechless, amazed at Kotaro's dedication to wanting to protect his home and that alone being his reason to become a Kyuranger.
However as Jason and Lucky started to get back into the food, Mothma appeared, hungry himself. Looking, Jason and Lucky gasped.
"Found him!" Lucky shouted. "Alright, lucky!"
"Maybe not luck as so much coincidence…." Jason muttered, sweatdropping at Lucky's excitement.
"Why are you here?!" Mothma shouted, panicking and turning to run. Big Bear, at that moment, took control of Kotaro's body and said, "After him!"
Back on the Orion, cause of his apparent accusation, Shou was tied to his chair and cried, "Why me?!"
"The commander is the culprit, right?" Garu asked, while most everyone was trying to fan themselves from the heat that was slowly approaching.
"Well, it was his Kyutama that came out of the Kyulette." Kimberly said, pouting. "But can we really be sure it was him?"
"Stinger." Champ said, looking to the brunette orange colored member. "You didn't do it, did you?"
Kimberly pouted as she didn't like Champ was wrongly accusing Stinger, Trini patted her shoulder, trying to fan herself.
"Stop this nonsense." Stinger said, calmy.
Billy sweardropped as Hammy attempted to accuse Spada, "Spada's food tasted a little different from usual!"
"My cooking is always perfect!" Spada said, almost offended at the accusation. "Raptor's the pilot, she's suspicious!"
"Now hold it right there, fish boy!" Kimberly said, defending her fellow Pink Ranger. "Raptor did nothing wrong!"
"And I'm definitely not!" Raptor shouted, shocked that she was accused.
Suddenly, Naga woke up and everyone looked at him for a moment before Balance hugged his partner and comrade.
"Naga!" He shouted. "I'm glad you're awake!"
"Naga, thank goodness!" Kimberly shouted, almost crying. "We were so worried about you!"
"Who got you?!" Raptor asked.
"Got me?" Naga asked, confused.
"We found you unconscious in one of the hallways." Trini explained, looking at him.
"I was practicing smiling as usual." Naga explained to everyone. "But all of a sudden, I supposed the way I was standing on the chair to get a good angle of myself smiling wasn't good and I fell, hitting my head and going unconscious."
That explanation made everyone shout, "You hit your head?!"
"But then who's the culprit who attacked Naga?" Hammy asked, looking confused.
"Just a figment of the commander's imagination?" Champ guessed.
"That is the most likely conclusion to this whole thing." Billy concluded, crossing his arms.
"What a shocker!" Shou shouted, being in disbelief. Everyone groaned, not believing what had just happened.
Back on Earth, following Mothma, Jason and Lucky looked as though they lost sight of their target and Jason groaned.
Big Bear looked at them and asked Jason, "Did you notice the enemy was getting hungry?"
Before he could answer, Lucky said, "He's just lucky."
Jason wasn't sure if he was actually lucky or it was a simple coincidence, he was just following what the power of the Kyutama had given him when he used it. Even Big Bear was confused, looking at Lucky.
"You rely on luck?" He asked. "And Shou doesn't get angry at you for that?"
"Surprisingly, no." Jason said, looking at Big Bear.
"Shou, that fool." Big Bear noted, looking away. "Does he think he can save the galaxy like that?"
Jason looked at the spirit possessing Kotaro's body and wasn't sure what to say. He did agree that Shou seemed unfit to lead at times, but during the recent fight against Ikegan, Madako, and Tommy and before that, he showed some level of being a capable leader. Lucky looked at the different paths in front of them and picked a direction, having Jason and Big Bear follow him.
As the Orion flew closer to the sun, most of the human members removed their jackets and tried to cool down, hoping to figure why they were suddenly hurling to the hot star. Though Stinger kept his coat on, he felt Kimberly lean against him and tried to endure the heat.
"Raptor, Balance, can you analyze why the Orion's controls aren't working?" He asked, trying very hard to keep calm and cool.
"Can we?" Balance said, almost laughing.
"We can." Raptor said, happy to be able to help.
"Leave it to us!" The two robotic members said together.
Raptor decided to head out and examine the ship from the outside while Balance examined from the inside. While they waited, the others hoped that Lucky and Jason were doing alright on Earth. At that moment, Lucky, Jason, and Big Bear ran into a construction site, looking for Mothma. Jason turned and gasped.
"Lucky, over there!" He shouted, pointing to the governor.
"Alright, lucky!" Lucky shouted, smiling. "This time you're not getting away!"
"Oh really?!" Mothma taunted as Indavers appeared. Jason looked behind them as a Tsuyoindaver came up behind them. He nodded at Lucky and he smiled, the two Red Rangers getting ready. Lucky brought out his Kyutama and Jason grabbed his Morpher.
The two tried to transform, but they had a hard time to focus on transforming as they were busy trying to avoid getting hit by the grunts. Big Bear got Kotaro's body out of the way of the fighting to protect the young boy. As the two Red Rangers fought, they had their transformation items knocked out of their hand and seeing that, Mothma grabbed them in his claws.
"In a few minutes, your ship will reach the sun and burn up." He taunted.
At that moment, Balance checked the system at the pilot seat and happily shouted, "Raptor, it's up to you!"
Raptor had headed out to the head of the ship, using the rockets that she installed in her robotic body. She gently landed on the head of the ship.
"Uncle, I'm just going to perform a little diagnosis." She said calmly.
Then Raptor used the Microscopium Kyutama and scanned the ship, seeing it covered in small versions of Mothma.
"Bingo!" Balance shouted, spinning his fingers. "The enemy is using micro particles to control the Orion!"
"How?" Kimberly said, trying to fan herself.
Trini thought it was likely when the deployed team earlier returned from their fight against Mothma. She tried to keep calm, breathing slightly.
"Then we're going to die like this?" Hammy asked.
As it got worse as Raptor saw they were getting closer to the sun, Jason and Lucky weren't faring any better on Earth as they fought and heard what the others had discovered about the ship's condition.
"That is not good." Jason said.
"At this rate, the Orion will…." Lucky noted.
Watching the two fight, Kotaro felt conflicted and Big Bear left his body. Kotaro looked at the two Rangers and said, "I've got to help them!"
But Big Bear stopped him from going to help, "No! Boy, I respect your heart. But I can't let someone immature like you fight."
"Why?!" Kotaro cried.
"In the past, I failed to stop Shou." Big Bear reminded him. "As a result, I died and the Rebellion was nearly destroyed. I should have stopped him! I regrettably left Rebellion to an immature guy like Shou."
"Big Bear, you're wrong about the Commander!" Jason shouted.
"Yeah, what are you saying?!" Lucky added. "The commander isn't immature!"
That made Big Bear turn to them, Jason told him, "Yes, he is strange and odd, but when Ikagen and Madako appeared, he was actually worried about us facing them!"
"It's thanks to the commander that the nine of us came together." Lucky told him.
"It was thanks to him?" Big Bear noted, surprised at what he heard about Shou.
Jason and Lucky nodded, Lucky added, "He's a bit silly and unreliable, but we trust him!"
Watching as the two Red Rangers fought the grunts and hearing what they had said about Shou and his leadership, Big Bear pondered, "Maybe I underestimated Shou….."
While they were unaware that Shou was crying for help on the Orion, Kotaro finally got the courage and ran to Mothma, hitting him which freed the Kyutama and Morpher from Mothma's claws. Lucky and Jason saw that he no longer had their items and went to retrieve them. Shocked, Mothma turned to Kotaro, angry.
As he was about to attack the young boy, Big Bear protected him and sent the governor flying before turning to Kotaro.
"You said you want to be a star of hope, right?" He asked. "Do you still feel the same way?!"
"Of course!" Kotaro said, standing up to look at him. "I will protect the Earth as a star of hope!"
Nodding and encouraged by Kotaro's bravery and strength, Big Bear said, "Then I will help you."
He flew into Kotaro but this time, there was a soft blue light as the Kyutama glowed and even split into two, having the power of the constellations of Ursa Major and Ursa Minor. Kotaro smiled and grabbed them, Lucky and Jason saw what happened and Jason was amazed.
"So he is a Kyuranger…" Jason said softly.
"Alright, lucky!" Lucky shouted, smiling.
They ran to Kotaro and the three boys nodded together.
"Lets go." Lucky said.
So the trio got ready to transform, Lucky and Kotaro with the Kyutama and Jason with his Power Morpher. With a shout, the trio transformed, Lucky and Jason in their red suits as LeoRed and the Red Mighty Morphin Ranger as Kotaro obtained a skyblue suit with a oversized scarf around his neck and his helmet having a bear motif.
"Super Star! LeoRed!"
"Tyrannosaurus!"
"Big Star! Koguma Skyblue!"
"The ultimate saviors!" Lucky called out.
"Uchu Sentai Kyuranger/Mighty Morphin Power Rangers!" Lucky and Jason shouted together with Kotaro.
"Lets test your luck!" The trio said together happily.
As Lucky and Jason had their swords, Kotaro fought with his scarf, using the pom-pom like balls on the ends of his scarf. Jason was amazed at how creative and adaptive Kotaro was with his new form and how he was doing for his first real fight in this cause. Getting nervous, Mothma summoned his wings and attempted to fly away.
But Kotaro showed another unexpected ability of his new power, extending his scarf to wrap around Mothma's leg and pull him back.
Jason used the Lacerta Kyutama, which gave him chameleon-like abilities to climb up a pole, he slashed at the governor. Suddenly Big Bear appeared, looking at Kotaro.
"Let me lend you my power." He suggested.
Kotaro nodded and he said, "Come out, take it out."
Taking out the other Kyutama, Big Bear gave it his power as it glowed and Kotaro inserted it into his Constellation Blaster. Suddenly he became a giant and tried to stomp on him, then Lucky and Kotaro prepared their Galaxy attack as Jason focused his power on his Power Sword. With a combined blast from the three Rangers, they defeated Mothma at last.
Upon his defeat, Balance and Raptor finally got control over the Orion and finally stirred it away from the sun, giving everyone a chance to breath and cool down. As the sudden turn happened, Stinger and Kimberly fell, Kimberly smiled and apologized as she got up, leaving Stinger unsure what to do.
And so Lucky, Jason, and Kotaro returned with Kotaro officially getting his own Rebellion coat, Big Bear's spirit appeared from his Kyutama as Shou held it. Everyone looked in awe at the former Supreme Commander.
"Shou, you've met some fine comrades." He said, praising his growth.
"Leave it all to me." Shou promised. "Right, everyone?"
"Commander…" Raptor said softly, patting his shoulder. Everyone laughed and smiled. But Big Bear looked at the combined team of the Kyurangers and the Power Rangers before looking at Kotaro.
"Boy, take care of the galaxy." He told him.
"Leave it to me." Kotaro said, smiling proudly as Kimberly hugged him.
Big Bear nodded before turning to Shou again, "Shou, have you found the Argo ship?"
"Don't worry." Shou reassured. "We haven't yet but we will."
"Very well." Big Bear nodded. "I wish good luck to you all. And you five Rangers, I hope you can bring back your friend to your side."
Jason and the Power Rangers looked as he faded back into the Kyutama. After he disappeared, Stinger stepped up and asked, "Commander, what's the Argo ship?"
"Right…" Shou noted as he turned to the group. "They key to defeating Jark Matter."
"Maybe with it, we can free Tommy somehow." Trini realized.
"Then we should find that next!" Hammy suggested, holding Trini's hand.
Everyone agreed and Champ patted Kotaro's head, "But I'm relieved to have him with us."
"Leave it to me." Kotaro said, smiling at everyone. "I'll find it for you!"
Kimberly smiled and hugged him tightly, everyone smiled and were happy to have a new teammate and a new goal, welcoming him officially to the Orion and the team.
Unfortuately, despite Trini's optimism, the Argo won't free him. But I do have a idea when he'll turn good again, however, it won't be for a while cause well, still got one more Kyuranger to get and a Red Ranger powerup to obtain first. I hope when we get to that certain Ranger, the MMPR team can handle him or at least endure his personality til he becomes bearable.
Next chapter, the two teams learn of the three Kyutama to find the Argo, Lucky suddenly becomes unlucky, Kotaro tries to prove that he can fight as a Kyuranger to Stinger, Kimberly learns of Stinger's past, the teams fight a giant Death Worm and obtain the Puppis Kyutama.
