Frigga sat on the edge of the large golden bed, rocking the tiny baby that was now their daughter, softly as she hummed to her. Once the baby was asleep, she laid her down in the bassinet beside the bed and sat back down. "One day will come when our sons will not look upon her as their sister." She told her husband, Odin, the all father.
Odin snorted. "When have they ever? Loki sees her as a playmate, and Thor…I don't think he sees her at all."
Frigga smiled. "There will come a time when Thor will see her and Loki will see her as something more."
"What shall we do?" Odin asked his wife. He valued her opinion and often asked her for her thoughts on matters regarding their family and their kingdom.
"There is nothing we can do, my dear husband. You cannot fight the heart." She smiled lovingly at him as she pulled the blankets back to lie down.
"Are you telling me our sons will fall in love with our young ward?" He asked as if the realization of the possibility just hit him.
Frigga laughed, "Oh husband."
