"Eyeball?" I asked, it was him, he didn't answer me just lit up a cigarette.

"What the hell are you doing Anna?" Nick demanded yelled at me, I backed away from him not liking the loud noise he was making, it reminded me too much of home.

"Stop yelling at her." Autumn glared at him, "She just got assaulted.

"Oh she's been through worse." Nick said rolling his eyes and crossing his arms at his girlfriend.

"She's also Drunk." Autumn shot back, "She's obviously unsure about what she was doing too."

"I'm drunk?" I asked leaning against the wall to hold myself up right.

"Drunk as a skunk, how much did you have?" Nick asked, I glanced at Eyeball, he was still there which I was surprised about but he was silent, just stood there puffing on his smoke.

"Uh. . . ." I thought back.

"Only three cups." I said, this made Eyeball laugh.

"Talk about a lightweight." he chuckled and took another drag of his smoke and blew it out slowly.
"Hey, I've n-never drank before." I snapped at him, that wasn't completely true, I had but never had I gotten drunk because of how John is when he's drunk.

"Anna where is Chris?" Autumn asked, I looked at her and tried to remember where Chris was.

"Jimmy was supposed to take me to him." I said Autumn nodded.

"She's got too much in her."
"At least she can get some things out." Nick shrugged, he looked around and ran a hand through his dark hair.

"Well we gotta find Chris." Eyeball said stubbing out his smoke and lighting up another.

"I ain't taking care of her."
"Then leave, I'm sure Ace is looking for you." Autumn said crossing her arms and glaring at him.

"Look sweetheart you might be able to boss Ace and Nick around but it ain't gonna work on me." Eyeball snapped at her, I was confused I thought they were friends.

"Go to hell Eyeball or even worse, go be with Ace." Autumn glared at him and he glared right back.

"Whoa that's Chris!" Nick began to move out of the alley towards the Figure crossing the street. He snatched my arm as he walked by me and dragged me behind him.

"Chambers!" Chris turned around hearing Nick scream at him.

"Hey Ni- Anna!?" He began to run back over to our side of the street. "What the hell-'

"Yeah that's what I want to know, why is your girlfriend Drunk and alone with another guy in an alley?"

"What?" Chris demanded looking me over, pulling me from Nicks grip and inspecting me like I was a kid who fell off their bike.

"You know Chris, I said I would protect her but its a whole lot harder when shes stumbling drunk into Alleys with pricks like Jimmy Allen."

"Jimmy? Anna what the hell are you doing with a view kid I told you to stay away from them!" Chris yelled at me, I cringed at his loud angry tone again.

"Yeah you're lucky we just so happened to stumble upon Ace and his gang when we did otherwise she would have been Jimmy's then Aces."
"What are you talking about?" Chris asked pulling me into his body wrapping an arm around my shoulders.

"Ace paid the kid to get 'er away from you, guess he couldn't do that without getting her drunk." Nick shook his head as he explained.

"How did you know?" Chris asked raising an eyebrow. Nick didn't answer just shrugged.

"Got tipped off, lots of stuff goes around." Autumn joined us then and Nick wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

"Anna you okay?" Chris asked looking down at me. "Jesus I thought I told you not to drink."

"She didn't know Chris." Autumn replied for me. "And how did you not know?"
"I had a feeling." he admitted. "but I didn't think she'd go somewhere with someone she had most of her sense when I left."
"He must have just told her something to make her follow."

"Well thanks, I'm gonna kill that kid though." Chris hissed tugging me closer. That's when I felt the burning, tightness in my throat.

"Oh I'm not feeling too good." I muttered and ripped from Chris' grasp, I only managed to turn around before I emptied my stomach into the gutter.

"Ugh." Nick grumbled turning away.

"Jeez Anna." Chris sighed collecting my hair into my his hand and rubbed my back.

"Ew." I wiped my mouth and stood up my stomach lurching once more until I stood up tall.

"You a little more yourself now?" Nick asked with an amused smile.

"I feel like shit but at least my mouth is working with my head now." I ran the back of my hand over my lips again and cringed at the foul taste in my mouth.

"I gotta get you out of here and in a bed." Chris looked at Nick and nodded in thank you.

"Wait, I wanna talk to eyeball." I said holding my arms out to keep Chris from taking my arm in his.

Chris stared at me, an unintentional Glare on his face at the mention of his brother. "What? Why do you want to see him?"
"He saved me."

Autumn came closer and shook her head. "No, she just thinks she saw him."
"I may have had a few drinks but I'm not stupid he was here!" I practically yelled right in her face, looking around I saw that Eyeball was no where in sight.

"Anna, he's not here." Chris was speaking like I was a five year old and took my arm tugging me to follow him.

"Why are you lying?" Nick and Autumn looked at each other, as if looking to the other for permission.

"Chris take Anna home then I want to talk to ya." Nick said, Chris stared at him then looked back to me.

"It's gonna have to be tomorrow, she ain't going home like this and I'm not going to be alone.'
"Fair enough, then tomorrow at the pub I'll be there all day." Chris nodded and this time when he tugged my arm I followed.

I was tiered and sluggish and I did want to sleep this off, and part of me realized that what ever Eyeball was there for was a family issue. Not something that I needed to know, but that didn't stop me from wanting to know.

"You're a wreck." Chris Scolded walking us down the street his hand tight on my elbow to keep me from falling over and keeping up.

"I feel like one too." my mouth tasted awful and I just wanted something to take the vile taste away, my throat burned from the acid and alcohol coming up from my stomach, I just felt dirty all over.

"I'm gonna kill that kid."
"Leave him alone." I yawned, Chris shook his head and kept walking without another word.

We arrived at his house and I was eager, thinking Eyeball might be there but of course he wasn't. Chris dragged me into the bathroom and flicked on the light.

"Sit in the shower." he told me. I slowly moved toward the shower sitting in the porcelain bathtub thinking that he wanted me in there in case I threw up again, the toilet was right next to it but this way I wouldn't get any on the floor if I was to lean over.

I was deemed wrong when cold water splashed over my head. I spluttered and spit out the water, my eyes shot open and I stared at Chris now soaking wet.

"What the hell?" I demanded my voice rising. "This going to be a regular thing with you? Soaking me with water?"
"Shut it, it was to wake you up a bit, and a little bit of punishment for having been dumb enough to drink." he said bitterly.

"I didn't know I was drinking." he rolled his eyes at that and grabbed a towel tossing it to me. I dried my face and hair as well as I could before standing up. Chris took my hands in his and helped me step over the tub ledge.

Things still looked a bit hazy to me but I was a lot more aware then what I had been, I was aware of Chris's hands, calloused yet gentle removing my shirt and then handing me a dry one. I slipped it on, then waited for what he wanted me to do next.

"Here rinse and spit." were his only words as he handed me a glass of blue liquid.

I took it into my mouth the taste over poweringly minty, it was mouthwash. I gargled and spit the liquid into the sink.

"I feel really tiered." I whispered putting the cup down on the counter.

"You're drunk, come on you need to sleep this off." he gave me a pair of pants to wear and I changed once he left the bathroom.

Once changed I went to his room, he was already sitting on the bed looking up when I opened the door lazily.

"Come here." he smiled opening his arms, I smiled lightly and awkwardly walked towards his arms collapsing into them. He leaned back bringing me with him and pulled the covers up and over us.

"I didn't want to drink." I murmered.

"Yeh I know, just don't take anything they offer you anymore alright?' Chris asked looking down at me.

"Kay."

"Good now go to sleep." he kissed my head but it wasn't enough for me I leaned up and kissed his lips gently.

"Gordie okay?" I asked only a breaths away from his lips.

"He's fine." he whispered pressing his lips to mine again. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he leaned over pushing my back into the mattress.

His lips claimed mine as my hands pressed firmly on the back of his neck holding hims close and hard to my lips.

A groan left the back of his throat as I opened my mouth to him, his tongue invading every inch of my mouth. His hands were on either side of my body as he leveraged himself over me going from kiss to kiss, hot and heavy. My hands slipped down his chest and back up again.

Suddenly he jerked away sitting beside me.

"I ain't gonna do this when you're drunk Anna it ain't right." he said.

"I ain't that drunk." I snapped he looked at me and laughed rolling his eyes.

'Yeah sure."
'I'm not!" I pouted slapping my hands against the bed. "Besides we were just kissing."
"Yeah well you almost got more then just kissed Anna." his words came out so smoothly without a hesitation that I thought I didn't hear him correctly. But I had. "Go to sleep." he smirked and pulled the covers over me once again. I yawned and nodded rolling to my side and snuggling into his chest.

I felt safe and warm in his arms, my head still swam but I was sure it was more from the kiss then the drinks I had that night. He tightened his hold on me each time I shuffled a little bit closer, listening to his steady heartbeat.

"I love you." rolled from my lips before I fell asleep.

There it is, thank you again for reviewing and commenting it means the world to me and I'll be back in ten days.

Have an amazing weekend!
