I'd say, for your characters, probably Suzume hasn't had much development. But she also feels complete, so I'm not complaining. I wanna see more of the ones who haven't been appearing much recently

I had already answered the first two questions, so I will pass on them. It may be biased, but I like Meishō Squad the most and Suwa Squad the most. I am fine with the current interactions, nothing more for that. While she is doing good, I would say to follow up on Hoshi's character development a bit more. There is not really anything I dislike about the stories. But I would say that the chapters have been a bit odd with pacing. I would say going back to how it had been at the start would be nice. But that is up to you.
I will save actual things for later, since we are at the end. So that will be all from me
