A/n: Hi guys. I know it's been a long time since I updated and I do apologize but I had writers block and then lost interest in writing the story. I am back now and will try to continue updating but I do not know how often I will be updating and such but I do want to finish this story one day. In case anyone forgot in the previous story I said Amber's parents names were Don and Lydia. And one more reminder that this takes place in season 3 and Layla is dating Nabu Amber is the only one who doesn't have her enchantix yet and do not know that the trix escaped the Omega dimension The only thing I own is my OC and her parents
Amber was sleeping peacefully in her room the next morning. She had had a great time with her friends the night before and was exhausted when she finally got home. It was times like those that made her really miss Earth and her friends and family but she wouldn't trade the life she has now for anything in the world.
"Knock Knock, time for the birthday girl to wake up!" Amber was startled awake by the commotion coming from the other side of her door. Moments later her parents walked in, her dad carrying breakfast in bed for her and her mother carrying a small cake.
"Honestly Don you can be such a child sometimes."
"But you love me anyway." At this point Amber sat up in bed and ws smiling at her parents silly banter.
"Thanks mom and dad." The two parents smiled at their daughter as Lydia held out the cake for amber to blow out her candles. Amber thought for a minute then blew out her candles.
"So what did you wish for?" her dad asked curious as ever.
"I can't tell you or it might not come true." Amber laughed. Her dad of course wasn't fully satisfied with this answer.
"As long as it doesn't have anything to do with boys." Both Amber and her mother rolled their eyes and shook their heads at this comment. Dads will be dads.
"Hurry up and eat your breakfast. We have a lot to do before the family arrives for your party." Amber groaned. "Come on it won't be that bad." her mother continued. Amber gave in and agreed with minimal complaining, mostly because she wanted to eat her cake.
Amber POV:
After I finished my breakfast I took a shower and got dressed in an off the shoulder purple and black top, a frilly black skirt, purple wedge sandals that have ribbons tied up my leg. After I was dressed I walked over to my vanity and put on my makeup some bangle bracelets, and an oval shaped locket.
Once I had the locket on I opened it u and looked inside. I got it at the end of my first year at Alfea from my parents. On one side I had my parents and the other I had Flora, Layla, Stella, Musa, Tecna, Bloom, and myself. It is my favorite piece of jewelry I own, though I guess now it's a tie between the locket and my tiara.
I still can't believe it sometimes. I'm a princess, an actual princess. As happy as I am though, I'm still sad that I never knew my birth family. But today isn't the time to think about that.
Today I'm going to have a good time with the family I grew up with and my best friends. With a smile on my face I quickly brushed out my hair and went down stairs to help my parents set up for the party.
Normal POV:
Lydia was standing at the bottom of a ladder with a worried look on her face when Amber walked out to the yard. What made her worried was the fact that Don was at the top of the ladder trying to hang a banner on the side of the house.
"Please be careful dear, I really don't think this is a good idea."
"Don't you worry Lydia, I have everything under contro- ahh" as Don attempted to calm his wife he slipped and sarted to fall off the ladder.
"Dad!" Amber rushed over and threw her hands up. Silver sparkles came from her finger tips and formed into a cloud that her dad fell onto. "Are you okay?" Amber was standing above her dad who was now safely on the ground.
"Don't worry sweet hear I'm fine. Good reflexes there."
"Thanks dad" Amber said then started laughing. "Why don't I take care of the decorations." Amber started moving her arms around and the banner and remaining streamers, balloons, and table cloths were scattered into place. Her work done Amber went back inside with her parents to help her mom finish cooking.
In the forest behind Amber's house:
Unknown to Amber and her parents the Trix were watching everything from the cover of the trees.
"Looks like the little dream fairy is here on her own." Stormy said with an evil grin tugging at her lips.
"We're stronger than ever and without her enchantix or her little friends to help her she won't know what hit her, all she has is her silly little tiara." Darcy added cockily.
"True sisters but we have to time this right, we want her to suffer as much as possible so I suggest we wait until her little party starts. None of her relatives know about magic so it's either surrender to us willingly or we kick her but in front of the NMB's. I see it as a win win situation." Icy conferred with the other two.
"As always Icy, wonderful idea." Darcy and Stormy agreed.
"And once we have her we'll make sure she never finds out about her past or the true extent of her powers." Icy cackled. The trees were filled with evil laughter as the Trix waited to enact their evil plan.
