Tomorrow morning and it's the first day of October in Gravesfield. In the dining room, Camila just made some pancakes. She placed the plates of pancakes on the table for Amity, Willow, Gus, Hunter and Vee to enjoy. "Whoa! What's this?" asked Gus. "These are pancakes. They're delicious." replied Vee. "Oh yeah. Luz told me about this kind of human food." said Amity. Gus turns his head to the left and looks at Amity. "Really? Right now I'm just hearing about this." said Gus. Hunter took a fork and a butter knife, cut off a piece and poked it with the fork. "Are you sure these pancakes are good, Vee?" asked Hunter. "It's better with syrup," said Vee, pulling out a bottle of maple syrup. She opened the bottle and poured the syrup into Hunter's pancakes and the piece that Hunter cut. Hunter looks at the piece of the pancakes with the maple syrup just oozing out of the piece. "Go on, try it." said Vee. Amity, Willow and Gus look at Hunter as he slowly lifts the fork to his mouth and eats the piece of pancakes. For what Hunter eats the piece, he was stunned, his eyes shining after tasting the fluff of the pancakes combined with the sweet taste of maple syrup on. "Oh my Titan! This is the best thing I've ever eaten! So much better than the Coven slob!" yelled Hunter after tasting his first pancake and he started eating the pancakes. Amity, Willow and Gus were surprised to see Hunter's reaction and they started eating their pancakes. Vee started eating her pancakes as well.
Luz walked into the dining room, looking a bit tired as she yawned. Amity turns her head and sees Luz. "morning batata." greeted Amity. Luz sees Amity. "Morning," greeted Luz. Amity smiles and Luz walks to the table and sits down next to Amity. Camila walks to the dining room, holding a plate of pancakes and sees Luz. "Morning, Mija." greeted Camila. "Morning, mama." greeted Luz. Camila places a plate of pancakes for Luz. "How did you sleep?" asked Camila. "I slept well," said Luz. "That's good," said Camila. Camila kisses Luz on the head and walks away to the kitchen. Luz starts eating her pancakes Amity looks at her with a little worried look on her face. "Hey, is everything okay?" asked Amity. Luz turns her head to Amity. "I just saw you leaving the room last night," said Amity. "Oh, yeah, I'm fine. I just had a conversation with mama and I slept with her. That's all." said Luz. "Are you sure?" asked Amity. "Yeah. I'm fine, really." said Luz. Amity keeps looking at Luz and places her hand on Luz's hand and holds it. "Well Luz, if there's something that you want to talk about, just let me know. You know we're here for you, right?" said Amity. Luz looks at Amity and smiles a little at her "Yeah." said Luz. Amity smiles at Luz and they continue eating her pancakes.
Camila is in the kitchen, holding a mug of coffee. She took a sip of her coffee while listening to some music on the radio, sitting behind a window. That is until a news broadcast on the radio interrupted. "This just in, a murder had occurred outside of Gravesfield." said the radio host on the radio. Camila heard what the radio host said that it almost made her spit her coffee out. It just shocked her and she looked at the radio, started listening to the broadcast. "It has been confirmed that four young adults were found dead near a cavern outside of Gravesfield. Three young adults were found dead outside of the cavern and one dead inside." said the radio host. Camila looks at the radio with a very shocked expression on her face, just hearing this news broadcast about found dead bodies and murder disturbs her. "But that is not all. The sheriff department had recorded the 911 call of one of the adults who got murdered, just a heads up, this call leaves a disturbing end." said the radio host. The phone call of the young nerdy girl from last night started to play on the radio. Camila listens to the phone call on the radio, from the beginning and all the way to a disturbing scene where Michael started attacking the young nerdy girl on the call. She can hear the bashing noise, the sobbing and hyperventilated sounds from the young nerdy girl and Michael's heavy breathing from the radio. As the phone call was about to end, Camila quickly turned off the radio. She looked at the radio with a disturbed look on her face and she sighs.
Luz walks in the kitchen, holding a dirty plate, a fork and butter knife and walks to the sink. Luz sees Camila. "Mom?" said Luz. Camila turns her head and sees Luz and she sighs a little. "You finished, mija?" asked Camila. Luz nodded, and handed Camila the dirty place. Camila puts the dirty place in the sink. "Is everything okay?" asked Luz. "oh yeah, everything is fine. I just got disturbed by a radio broadcast, that's all." said Camila. Luz looks at her in silence, then walks out of the kitchen. Camila looks at Luz walking away. "Where are you going?" asked Camila. Luz looks at Camila. "To my room, I'll be working on my homework." said Luz. "oh, ok." said Camila. Luz walked away and Hunter walked in the kitchen, holding the plate. Camila sees Hunter. "Did you like your pancakes, Hunter?" asked Camila. Hunter looks at Camila with shining eyes. "More, please." responded Hunter.
