Like I said, I'll skip some parts that occurs EXACTLY like the manga / anime.
I don't want to rewrite Hajime's work. Like if it's exactly the same, why writes?
I'm pretty sure all of you read the manga / anime.
So sorry for some parts skipped.
The other reason is this mostly in Mikasa's POV. So parts she didn't see and not necessary, I'll skip.

When Mikasa found Eren, it was too late.
In front of her, a defeated figure got snapped by the sharp teeth of the Female Titan.
"No, no! Not again!" - She started to break down. "This can't be happening, no..."
Soon after that, her eyes turned from lost in despair to fierce hungry stare.
Almost like a tiger starving for weeks seeing a delicious deer standing helpless.
The death stare that was a sign of destruction, of cruelty, of hunger, the idea of completely ripping off the prey and making sure it die in the most relentless way.
She now decided to get rid of her humanity.
"I'll fucking kill you and get Eren out!" - Mikasa made up her mind, flying like a wind chasing the titan.
"Mikasa! How's Eren?!" - A figure appeared.
"Seem to be bitten out of his titan form by that bitch."
"Is he alive?"
"I...I think he is." - She paused. "No, I believe he is. That guy won't die that easy."
"OK, then we'll get him out."
"I'll do it. You should take care of that." - Mikasa looked down to a tree.
"Petra..." - Levi widened his eyes.
"She seemed to be kicked by that bitch, but thanks to the poison, I think it didn't smash Petra as hard as it attempted to."
"I see..."
"What are you standing there for? Go get her!" - Mikasa, for the first time of her life, ordered Levi.
"Don't be stupid, Eren's -"
"You're stupid. Don't keep lying to yourself. I can handle it. Go get Petra."
Then Mikasa continued her chasing, getting ahead of Levi.
"That brat..."
Levi lowered his hook and flew to the bloody figure against the tree.
Mikasa made a cut in at the titan's wrist when it attempted to punch her.
She swung around to cut few more places all over its hands and arms.
Mikasa tried to cut its neck but it kept protecting the neck by its hands. Which made Mikasa more furious and continued destroying its whole arms.
"You're one clever bitch, ain't you?" - Mikasa threw the destroyed blades away and quickly replaced with the new ones.
She made a position, ready to make another attack series.
Out of nowhere, a lighting-speed flying Levi, in one swift movement, completely took down the Female Titan's arm.
"Levi!" - Mikasa called out by instinct.
"This bitch's a hard one, isn't it?" - Levi wiped blood off his face.
"How's Petr-"
"She's safe...for now."
Mikasa could understand why he used "for now". She could also tell he hated to say it like that.
"Ok then. Let's finish this." - Levi growled.
Mikasa nodded.
Levi continued destroying its other arm, while Mikasa thought carefully about her next attack.
With the decision made, she shot the gear, drew her blades out and flew towards the titan's head.
"Let's make a bet. Will I attack your mouth or your neck? You should know, right?" - Mikasa spoke, tightened the blades on her hands.
The female titan bit its teeth to create a barrier. It tilted its head down to protect the prey in its mouth.
But, before it could react, it felt its neck cut to the deepest. The person controlled the body could feel her arms inside the titan body cut as well.
"Wrong guess." - Mikasa pressed the blades deeper to the controller's fresh . Blood came out. Real blood, not the one would disappear easily. A roar of pain could be heard.
Levi, who was still confused with Mikasa's action, saw its arm steaming, a form started to shape.
"Watch out!"
Levi flew towards and pushed Mikasa away. The fist of the female titan was so close to Levi now.
"Heichou!" - Mikasa screamed.
For normal person, this was death. But he was different so he was able to dodge it.
Still, it was too sudden, and he had aged, resulted in the fact he could hear a crack from his ankle.
"Fuck!"
He took the chance and cut its mouth. As soon as he got Eren, he shot the gear away at full speed.
"Retreat!" - He shouted and Mikasa followed.
She glanced back and saw the female titan crying.
It was unbelievable, and Levi thought like that too.
Levi then saw a concerned look on Mikasa's face.
"He's alive." - He said, and she sighed in relief.
Mikasa caught sight of Petra on a tree branch, high and secure.
She was bleeding, as Mikasa understood Levi put mission over feelings.
Mikasa lifted Petra up and carried the woman gently, not wanting to crack anymore bones.
"She's still breathing."
"Good."
Levi talked calmly, but Mikasa could swear his face was just like her when he told her Eren was alive.
"We got ourselves into some big trouble." - Mikasa mumbled.
Mikasa knocked the door.
"Come in."
She walked in, and placed the tray of food on Petra's knee.
Petra was lying on the bed, covered in white blanket. She was badly wounded, bandages all over her body.
"Thank you." - Petra picked up the spoon.
"Levi saved you. Not me."
"I already talked to him. It was you who spotted me and carried me back."
"That was no big deal... But Petra-san, can I ask you something?"
"Uhm...sure." - Petra started to put food in her mouth.
"How did you know about me?"
"Ah, about that...Levi told me about a little sister figure occasionally, so I asked him her name."
"Little sister?" - Mikasa looked at Petra in confuse.
"Yeah." - Petra giggled "He talked about you as an annoying, headstrong and scary girl, how you complained when cleaning and training."
"I see...He only told you, right?"
"I guess so..."
Mikasa looked at Petra for a while.
Such gentle, cheerful and warm-hearted woman, yet also a strong solider.
"Can I ask you a favor?" - Mikasa looked straight in Petra's eyes.
"Yes?"
"Can you please...take care of Levi?"
"Huh? What do you mean?" - Petra's cheeks went red.
"That man...though my relationship with him is a mess, he's still the one who saved and raised me. I want him to be happy. And...you seem to be able to do it."
"You've got it wrong -" - Petra denied in embarrassment.
"I see the way you two look at each other. No need to lie." - Mikasa smiled. "He might seem invincible but he's still a human being with a heart."
"I'll do it without your asking anyway." - Petra mumbled, looked down at the food tray to hide her red face.
"Thank you."
Mikasa waited til Petra finished eating.
"So, about you and Eren..."
"Huh? Me and Eren? There's nothing happening between-"
"Levi told me he is concerned about your relationship. Considered you two are not normal soldiers."
"There's nothing to worry about."
"You asked me to look after Levi. Though you yourself are looking after Eren, right?"
"It's...complicated. I don't think I should accept these feelings."
"Why?" - Petra asked.
"If you love someone, you want to protect them. But ..."
Mikasa entered the conference room with Levi.
They sat down a table with Eren, Armin, Erwin, Hanji and Jean.
"So, we can say...the mission had failed. The capital had summoned us." - Erwin said.
"If we can capture the female titan, things would be different." - Hanji talked in concern.
"We can still capture her now." - Mikasa said as the whole room looked at her. "I know who she is. Heichou-"
"104th training corps." - Levi spoke.
"The short blond-haired blue-eyed girl..." - Armin shivered. "The master of martial arts."
"Annie Leonhardt." - Erwin spelled out the name.
"What?! How!" - Eren shouted.
"Come on, deep down, while fighting her, you must already realized." - Mikasa said.
Eren's eyes were full of horror. He didn't want to believe. To him, Annie was someone he had full respect for.
"I had my research on her. She killed Sawney and Bean, and used another 3DMG in the check out." - Mikasa continued. "Right, Armin?"
"Yes...she used Marco's 3DMG..."
"That's not enough information!" - Eren still tried to deny the truth.
"I put poison on the sleeve of her shirt and jacket." - Mikasa looked at Eren. "To turn into titan, I think she would bite her hand like you. And she did. So she got affected by the poison during the expedition."
"That's how some soldiers were able to survive, like Petra, and you too, brat." - Levi said.
"But..."
"Just accept the truth, Eren." - Jean finally spoke.
To Jean, he couldn't believe this himself, but he got to, he knew these people knew what they said and he must trust them.
"There's more problems. Sawney and Bean were killed, not by only one person, so she must have partners." - Hanji crossed her arms.
"My suggestion is...Reiner and Bertholdt." - Armin said.
"I don't see they talking that much?" - Eren asked.
"During the expedition, Reiner asked me to think where you might be. Then he cut the female titan's palm. She looked at it for a while then headed to the center." - Armin explained.
"He must have carve words into her palm." - Mikasa said.
"Impossible...First Annie...now Reiner..." - Eren's mind went numb.
"Let's make a plan. A final bet." - Erwin spoke out finally.
I felt like something is wrong with my writing :\ but don't know what to fix exactly.
Anyway, I'm a Rivetra shipper and Petra is such a cuttie so yeah she lives.
This is just random but my class had a book presentation, and my friend did "Be With You" by Takuji Ichikawa. It was cool. I think I'll check it out. But I suck at reading books. Like page 1: Focus, page 2: Headache, page 3: Fuck I'm going to bed. So two options, ebooks or movie ( probably go with the movie).
