AN: Hope everyone is doing well during this festive season! I'm having a great time this holiday with my girlfriend :) So I am really happy, hope you are too.

Elsa remained in a fetal position on the leather couch as she tried to comprehend how her morning was beginning. It wasn't a start that she could have ever prepared herself for. The day started when she groggily walked into the bathroom while Jack Pine, a man whom she have gotten to known for a few weeks, was drying himself after a hot shower. It was embarrassing as it took her a few seconds before everything dawned upon her, a few seconds to wake up and accept reality.

She could feel her cheeks flaming as she remembered their unpredicted encounter in the washroom.

Few vapours of steam like clouds were lingering in the bathroom and in the middle, stood a full grown man with droplets of water glistening down his smooth, pale skin... and his face didn't flinch or move a muscle, but it remained cool and calm unlike his eyes. They showered surprise, but deep inside, she could see wisps of mischief. Jack looked magical and she could easily see how the man was selected as the elusive winter spirit, Jack Frost.

She vividly recalled how most of his hair was brushed back while a few short strands tumbled forward and covered his forehead while the rest of his white hair framed his face and his whiskers made him look a few years older, and quite charming. Elsa huffed and buried her head deeper into her arms as she remembered how the water travelled down his strong jawline and dripped onto his lean, muscular chest which was lightly covered in dark brown hair- the chest which she laid her hands and her head upon in the taxi.

A deeper hue of pink blossomed on her cheeks as her lucid memory kept painting itself in her mind.

There was also the rich scent which hung on his body, it was on him the night when he offered his body to keep her off of the dirty, rocky taxi floor and when his broad shoulders were used to cushion her head and when she nuzzled herself closer to him, she could smell that addictive trace of lemon, mint, and spicy ginger. That cologne seemed to make her lose her sense of reality.

It felt highly indecent for her to remember how he gently squeezed his arms around her waist and one of his hands gingerly pressed her head close to his chest. She strangely found the sensation very calming, perhaps it was because of the strong, but gentle beats of his heart. It was like listening to a drum being played: ba-dum, ba-dum, ba-dum.

It was comforting and its sound proved that he was calm throughout the situation and Jack harboured no sexual intention. That night, he faintly whispered, "I'm really sorry about this situation..." and his words burned loudly in her ears and they were truly genuine. Elsa accepted his apology and its sincerity. Sincerity was something she valued greatly.

Elsa felt dazed while she thought about Jack. Why was Jack occupying her minds so much these days?

It's probably because I am staying at his house, she mused while sipping her tea. Everything smelled like him and her surroundings described Jack and his lifestyle. She was able to fall asleep easily last night due to the fatigue, but once she was awake, she couldn't return back to her slumber. She felt too self-conscious and it was ridiculous because she was alone in the empty house.

It had been an hour or two since Jack left for work and ever since he left, she had no clue on what to do. She looked around her surroundings and admired it.

He really does have a great house. Spacious and well decorated and very neat.

She never had the chance or the energy to tour around her spontaneous host's house. After she received a cup of delicious tea, her body unwound quickly, which was highly unexpected as her guard was high since it was a spontaneous visit to Jack's home.

Elsa set her cup aside and stretched her stiff gingerly walked around the empty halls and stood at the footsteps of the staircase. She wondered what was upstairs as the house as fairly large. From what she saw downstairs, all of the rooms were gorgeously furnished so curiousity was knocking in her mind. It would be wrong of her to sneak upstairs especially when it was her first, inconvenient visit to Jack Pine's house.

She sighed and walked away from the stairsteps. Instead of scouring through her host's home, she searched for her large handbag- the one she tossed aside next to the bed before collapsing into the land of dreams where anything was possible.

She re-entered her borrowed room and found the leather bag where she had left it the night before. When she opened her bag, she furrowed her brows. She pulled out her cellphone and realized that her manager had called and texted her numerous times. To her own surprise, there was a few other texts and it wasn't from her manager, but Mr. Jack Pine:

[Hey, you're free to eat and drink whatever you want... and go ahead and take a shower too, if you want. I won't be a peeper like you though :P I think I have a few good ideas to help you escape my house too. I'll try to come home ASAP after work. Hope you don't get bored in my house D:] 6:11 AM.

[Final shooting is done. Have fun watching the show.] 8:00AM.

His messages were light-hearted and cheerful...unlike her managers:

[Elsa, did you get to Mr. Pine's house safely? Please call back.] 1:00 AM.

[ELSA, PLEAE PICK UP UR PHONE!] 1:07 AM.

[ELSA! Reply back to my texts please.] 1:10 AM.

[Elsa, if you ever check your phone, call back ASAP. -_-] 6:03 AM.

She sighed as she could imagine her manger pacing back and forth with a bead of sweat slowly making its way down her forehead. It would be best to give the manger a call. Hence, she dialed the number in with her fingers while pulling out her script and heading out into the spacious living room.

The moment she sat down, she heard a cry, "Elsa?! Are you alright?"

The actress smiled gently as she heard the genuine concern in her manager's voice. Elsa replied, "Yes, I am perfectly fine."

"Nothing bad happened?"

"Yes, everything has been running smoothly."

"How are you going to leave Mr. Pine's house? He must be a busy man."

"He is... he left earlier because he has a full schedule today. And he says that he has a few good ideas to get me out of here."

"You mean like his pizza idea?"

Elsa giggled, "It's probably going to be something brilliant as his pizza idea."

She smiled and continued to chat with her manager while relaxing on the comfort of the leathery couch. As she talked with her manager, she began to read the new script.

Hope you enjoyed the new chapter. The 'script' will be published in the next chapter, I hope you look forward to it :D
