Chapter 4

Renesmes POV
Even though I was told to go to my uncles,I had to go see Jake. I ran through the forests,it started to rain,luckily I can run pretty fast so I won't get as wet. I arrived at his front door and knocked three times on the door. I wish he'd hurry up and open the door,it's freezing out here. Jake came to the door and he was shirtless,my jaw flung open and I couldn't take my eyes off him.
"Nessie,my face is here,not down there" I blushed,then moved a damp piece of hair behind my ear.
"Mum sent me to my uncles,dads not happy about something"
"Last time I checked,I'm not your uncle" I pouted and then just stomped my feet.
"Jake,I'm wet and cold let me in" he chuckled then stepped away from the door and let me in. I took my wet jacket off,and put it on the radiator. I walked over to his kettle and poured some cold water in and turned it on to boil.
"That's fine make your self at home why don't you " I giggled,then watched jake go into the bathroom and come back out with a grey top on. The kettle clicked which brought me back from my day dreaming and I poured myself a cup of tea. Jake stood next to me and watched me,I looked up at him and smiled.
"What?"
"You really shouldn't be here" I sighed and went over to the sofa,and literally threw myself onto it.
"I know" he joined me on the sofa and took hold of my hand.
"There's something you need to know Nessie" he was stroking his thumb over my palm,it was driving me crazy. In a flash I just kissed him softly then looked back at him. He sighed then brought my lips back to his,playing with my tongue. I slowly moved onto his lap,and carried on kissing him. His hands moved down my back until he moved them down to my thighs and I moaned in his broke away and he looked flustered,I think I did aswell from what I can see in his eyes.
"You can't make that noise with me"
"Sorry"
"I really do need to tell you something though" I stayed on his lap and nodded.
"The reason this is all so weird apart from the imprinting situation is because I had like a tiny thing with your mum" I looked at him confused.
"An affair?"
"No!"
"Then what?"
"Before your mum was a vampire,I had particular feelings for her,and then when Edward left her once,we got closer,I was there for her when she needed someone.."
"And?"
"Then several days after he came back,blah blah blah,I was about to get into this battle against this bitchy redhead vampire and her followers and we made out"
"Is that it?" I scoffed and then jake just shrugged.
"Not really" I got off his lap and just stared at him.
"Then what else?"
"We were in love,but her love for Edward was far stronger,it will always be Edward"
"I can't believe..." I got off the sofa and leaned against the counter digging my nails into the counter. That's why my dad hates him,I growled then turned round to jake who was stood behind me.
"I'm sorry"
"You just forgot to mention this" I started to cry in pure anger,he tried to hug me but I pushed him away.
"No wonder my dad doesn't want me liking you"
"Please Nessie,I see how perfect they are,those feelings are long gone"
"Course they are" I scoffed,then he walked over an wiped away my tear with his thumb. He stroked my hair away from my face and sighed.
"I'm not lying,how can I prove it"
"I don't know" I sighed,then Jacob held out his hand and smiled.
"What?"
"Take my hand,and I will prove to you,that your the one now,and Bella is just a good friend" I sighed.
"Ness come on"
"How you going to prove it?"
"The only way you can" I looked at him confused,then he looked towards the bedroom,I gulped.
"Oh.." I smiled then let jake drag me into the bedroom and shut the door. He brought my face to his and kissed me sweetly,it took all my strength not to lose control. And after that,it was all new to me but so amazing.

Bella's POV
I turned round to a naked Edward looking up at the ceiling. I trailed my fingers down his chest which made him look at me.
"I've missed this"
"So have I" he kissed me on my neck,then moved his lips to my mine and tugged on my bottom lip. I groaned,then moved on top of him and smiled. I kissed him back,finding my tongue with his and making love to his lips. I heard my phone vibrate,I sighed and got off Edward. I walked over to bedside table and picked my phone up. It was a message from Carlisle.
'Heey Bella,I was just wondering if Renesme is doing ok? I haven't seen her for ages,were all missing you,say hi to Edward for me' that's an odd text,she's supposed to be with him. Edward wrapped his arms around me and kissed my neck.
"What's up?"
"Look at this text" he scanned through the text then looked at me confused. I dialled carlisles number and waited for him to answer.
'Hey Bella,you ok?"
"Yeah,urm we was wondering is Renesme there?"
'No,why would she be?'
"I sent her there,so me and Edward could talk,like two hours ago"
'No she's not here,hasn't been here at all,where could she be?' I heard Edward growl and shout Jacobs name.
"She's with jake,thanks for telling me Carlisle" I hung up the phone and I turned round to see Edward getting changed rather quickly. I quickly slipped on my underwear and put a ridiculously expensive dress that Alice picked out for me. I stopped Edward from going out the door by grabbing his hand,he turned round and looked pissed off.
"Hey,calm down"
"Who knows what their doing"
"What do you mean?"
"Well somehow he got you to want to kiss him,she likes him,they could be doing more then that" I gulped and then realised he's probably right. Their both youngish and free,oh god.
"Ok,but let's go in the morning"
"Why?"
"Because maybe there not doing anything like that,maybe she's just crashing at his" Edward sighed then stroked my cheek softly.
"Fine,only for you,your still so stubborn" I smiled and he smirked at me.
"And I will never change"
