The moment you didn't see coming has arrived! So there's a character that hasn't been in this story for a long time. Well... two... but... *sigh*... you'll see. Enjoy and Review!

"Apple Bloom!" a voice called out, "Apple Bloom!"

A young filly named Apple Bloom opened her eyes. She had yellow fur, and a red mane. She also had a big pink bow in her mane. She looked up to see her friend and caretaker, Vinyl Scratch getting taken up by a tube. The Capitol. They were taking her away.

They found us, Apple Bloom thought, The Capitol is going to make us Avoxes. She looked around and found herself, suddenly alone in the forest, and incapable of moving. The loud sound of a machine gun was rampant nearby her. Then suddenly, a brown pony came out from the trees. He had an hourglass as his cutie mark. The hourglass pumped bigger and smaller in her vision as the pony shot her dead.

She screamed out in pain, "Big Macintosh! Come back for me!" She had a southern accent, a sign she was from District 6.

"I'm here for you," Big Macintosh said, standing next to her. They were in District 6. There was a pile of debri standing in front of her. Two ponies that looked similar to her were trapped underneath it.

"Mommy!" Apple Bloom called out, "Daddy!"

She suddenly heard a reassuring voice call out in pain. "Apple Bloom! Big Mac!" She looked down and it wasn't her mother or her father.

Big Macintosh seemed to know who it was. "Applejack! Applejack I know you feel alone over there, but there's no way across. The fence is broken. Apple Bloom and I can escape to District 4. Maybe we'll have a better life there."

"No!" the voice called back, "Big Mac. Don't leave me!"

"You'll be fine!" Big Mac called out, "You have Cadence."

Apple Bloom then started running away with Big Macintosh. She closed her eyes to sleep, but when she opened them again, she was in District 4.

"Always talk like this," Big Macintosh said to his little sister. He was speaking in a southern accent. "Use it to remember where you are from. District 6."

"But the kids at school make fun of me," she said in the same accent.

"Don't worry about what they think," he said, "If you are ever in trouble, you'll always have me here with you."

"Big Macintosh the announcer said onstage," Big Macintosh was pulled away from her by a pony with a Rainbow-colored mane.

"NO!" Apple Bloom cried.

"Apple Bloom," a voice called out as everything in District 4 was falling apart. Buildings collapsed on each other, and the place was destroyed to a point where vines were hanging from the buildings. Foliage was everywhere. The place looked as old as Equestria itself. "Apple Bloom." The voice said again.

Apple Bloom opened her eyes from her nightmare, to see Vinyl Scratch. Safe and sound. Apple Bloom started crying uncontrollably and hugged Vinyl. They stayed together for a minute, but Vinyl had to speak up.

"We have to go," Vinyl said. She had white fur and a blue mane. She also wore sunglasses for some strange reason.

"The nightmares are getting worse," Apple Bloom said.

"Don't worry," Vinyl said, "When we get to 13. And we will. We'll warn them about your dreams. It's a sign, I know it." She pulled Apple Bloom in a general direction.

"Where are we going?" Apple Bloom asked.

"Away from here," Vinyl said right away. She continued to pull Apple Bloom. They were in the middle of the forest, what were they getting away from?

Suddenly, the wood opened up to a clearing, and a big clear tube fell down on top of Vinyl. Apple Bloom was still covered by the forest. Vinyl was taken up into a hovercraft, banging her hooves against the glass.

"Vinyl," Apple Bloom whispered sadly. She started to cry quietly to herself. She wandered through the forest, not daring to go into the clearing, but staying near it, so that she could around. She knew where she needed to go. She needed to go to 13. That was her only hope. Both her siblings died in the games. She watched that. Her parents died in an accident in District 6. Vinyl was just taken away from her. She was completely alone.

Or was she? She wasn't quite sure what it was, but she heard something faint way behind her. It was on, and then off. A couple small noises, then silence. She started galloping through the forest when she realized what it was. She had to get to 13. She had to get there fast.

The machine guns blared through the forest. They were going in the same direction as her, and getting louder. Apple Bloom cried realizing that it was catching up to her. And she was the only one who could warn District 13 of their pending doom.
