Kurt and Blaine stood on opposite ends of the choir room, ignoring each other. Everyone looked confused. This was supposed to be a Warbler and New Direction party, yet the two masterminds were not speaking. Nick and Jeff tried to get an idea of why from both boys, but that failed miserably. Wes looked at Puck, and asked, "How long they been like this?"
"About a month." Puck shuddered. Wes looked confused, "How did they plan this party if they weren't speaking?"
All of New Directions shrugged, except Kurt and Blaine.
Wes looked at David and sighed. "Guess we gotta do it."
David nodded in sympathy. "Ain't no good time like now, babe."
Kurt raised an eyebrow at them. Blaine glared at them. Everyone else was smiling. Wes looked at Puck, who nodded.
Puck:
I got miles of trouble spreadin' far and wide
Bill on the table gettin' higher and higher
They just keep on comin', theres no end in sight
I'm just holding on tight...
Jeff:
I've got someone who loves me more then words can say
And I'm thankful for that each and every day
And if I count all my blessings, I get a smile on my face
Still hard to find faith..
Kurt had a contemplative look on his face as he listened.
David:
But if you look in my eyes
And tell me we'll be alright
If you promise never to leave You just might make me believe
Blaine looked at David, and his glare disappeared. He bowed his head as he listened.
Nick:
Its just day to day tryin' to make ends meet
What id give for an address on easy street
I need a deep margarita to help me unwind
Leave my troubles behind...
Wes:
But if you look in my eyes
And tell me we'll be alright
If you promise never to leave You just might make me believe
Puck:
I used to believe in use
When times got tough
Lately I'm afraid that even love is not enough
Wes and David:
But if you can look in my eyes
And tell me we'll be alright
If you promise never to leave you just might make
Oh, you just might make me
You just might make me believe
Everyone looked between Kurt and Blaine, waiting. They looked at each other, and ran into each other's arms, whispering. New Directions breathed a sigh of relief. The Warblers looked at the boys and Wes piped up, "I'm starting to think we're always going to break up their fights with songs."
Kurt laughed, "Don't remind me, Wes. Our last fight was broken up when the girls sang Redneck Woman!"
The warblers raised eyebrows at the girls, who smirked. David smiled at the girls from where he had his arms around Wes, "Girls, care to reprise that?"
The girls nodded. They performed the song again. Upon finishing, The boys laughed.
Tina looked confused, "You guys were fighting that day?"
