Chapter 19: Vengence

*Bella*

The last thing I remembered was dad and I singing along to an old song and laughing. Suddenly we were hit and began rolling down a hill. I couldn't help but scream. I reached for dad, who was reaching for me.

As we rolled that last time, my head hit the dash, hard, and I lost consiousness. I tried to bring myself back, for dad, for Emmett.

I came around a little to voices all around me. I couldn't make them all out, or what they all said. I tried to turn my head to see dad, make sure he was okay. I felt myself being lifted and laid on hard ground.

I managed to look at dad. His face was covered with blood, his jaw off set. I reache for his hand.

"Dad?" I whispered.

"B-Bells. I-I love y-ou."

"Dad? No, please...Don't...Leave me. Dad? No!" I screamed out.

"Bella?"

I looked up to see Emmett above me. "Save him, please!"

I lost consiousness again. I couldn't bring myself back. I felt my last light slipping away. Then it happened. That burning sensation. It felt like my insides were burning. I wanted to scream out in pain, but I couldn't. I wanted it to end.

*Emmett*

It had been two days. She still hadn't woke yet. I was getting worried. I could tell Jasper was, too.

"You two need to relax. She will be coming around soon. Would you like to come in?" Esme smiled.

Jasper and I walked in the spare room. We each stood on either side of Bella.

"Esme, she looks beautiful." Esme had her cleaned up, her hair laid out around her, and a beautiful magenta colored dress on her.

You could still see the cuts and bruises on her body. I ran my fingers down her cheek.

"She will be waking soon. Just watch." Esme gave us a wink before walking out.

Jasper and I looked at each other before looking back down at Bella. Esme was right.

As we watched, her bruises disappeared, cuts healed, and bones snapped back together. Her complextion lightened with hints of pink in her cheeks. Her hair grew longer and lighter. Then it all stopped.

"Bella?"

She opened her eyes and looked around. Then the most beautiful ruby red eyes looked at me.

"Emmett?"

"It's me, love."

"Jasper?"

"At your service, darlin."

She sat up and looked around. We gave her room to get aquainted with her new body. She walked around the room and found the mirror.

"What happened to me?"

I walked up behind her. "You're one of us now."

"What happened?"

"Its better if we all were together. Let's find the others."

The three of us found the others in the sitting room.

"Bella. You are beautiful." Esme gave her a hug.

"Thank you."

"Bella. Welcome to our family." Carlisle greeted her.

"Well, nice to see you changed from that horrible human stage." Edward smirked.

"Nice to see you too Edward." Bella gave him a hug and was instantly frozen still, her eyes glazed over.

"Bella? Edward, what did you do to her?" I asked confused.

Bella suddenly let go of Edward and faced Jaspe and I. Her face had a look of pure rage. "Where the hell are they?"

"Who?"

"Those bitches."

*Bella*

When I hugged Edward I saw it. Everything they did to me and my dad. What they told Jasper and Emmett, what Renee's part in all this was. I hoped to whatever they hadn't killed them yet.

"Where are they?"

"Who?" Emmett asked me.

"Those bitches."

"They are downstairs. Why?"

I ignored Emmett and rushed down. I knew everyone ha followed me. When I smelled three new scents, I barged into the room. My sights were first on Renee.

"You sorry excuse for a mother! How could you do this? To your own daughter?"

"Bella, I'm sorry. I just wanted you back home with me."

"Why?"

"So I could take care of you."

"Please! If you wanted to take care of me, you would done it a year ago, when I had my accident. They told me you said you couldn't take me in, because you had too much going on. All you wanted was for me to take care of you again. Then you go and help them? You are nothing to me, once again."

"I'm your mother!"

"Liar! I know who my mother is. I haven't looked into it, but from what I seen, you just carried me. I'm done with you."

I then turned to Alice and Rosalie. I knew I could use my new found strength on them. I held them each by their throat.

"You two. You two killed my father. You threw my life in the shit hole because of jealousy. Alice, I thought we were friends, yet, you find out something that made you hate me. Tsk tsk. Rosalie, I don't even know you, but I don't like you. You threw away a wonderful man, hurt him, made him feel pain. How was karma? Was she as much of a bitch as they say? Then you try to come and take him back. Mistake. I trained for years as a soldier, I don't give up easily. You messed with the wrong girl." I let them lose and backed up.

"Major?"

"Yes, dear sister?"

"What say you shall we do with these two?"

"We have agreed to let you have your vengence. It is up to you to decide."

"How does one rid of vampires?"

"Rip their limbs and burn them."

"Then we shall have a bonfire tonight. Emmett?"

"Yes, love?"

I grabbed him behind his neck and pulled him to me. I kissed him deeply and passionatly.

"I must say I love how awesome you have become." He smiled.

"Let's take them outside. As for you, Renee, you will either find your way back to whatever hell hole you came from and keep your mouth shut, or I can simply throw you into the fire as well."

"Please, let me be with you. I can't live without you."

"You will. What will you choose?"

"I'll go."

"Fine." I turned to walk away and made my way outside.

Behind me, Jasper and Emmett had the girls. Esme and Carlisle stayed back as to let us three have our vengence. I lit a fire in the field and turned back to the girls.

"One good thing that has come from this is I can spend the rest of eternity with my love and newly found brother. I will never see my father again because of you two and your stupid jealousy. May you burn in hell."

The three of us tore them limb from limb and threw them in the fire. Edward came from the tree line and stood by me.

"Care to explain what happened when you touched me?"

"I seen everything that happened that night. What they done, they said, everything. I don't know how. I still have to figure all that out, but right now, I need food."

"Let's all go. Jas and I haven't hunted in days." Emmett kissed my head.

The guys showed me the ropes and I quickly caught on. Once I had my feel of bear, and a giant holler of joy from Emmett, I was feeling better.

"Bella, there is something you need to see." Esme said as we arrived back at the house. Her and Carlisle led me to the lake.

"Whats going on?"

"Bella, the night of the accident, we made it look like the truck caught on fire and you and Charlie died in it. We had your funerals yesterday."

"Okay, but what about dad?"

"That's what we wanted you to see." Esme smiled.

"Hey, Bells."

I turned around and there was dad coming out of the trees. I ran up to him and threw my arms around him.

"I thought you died. I'm so happy youre alive."

"Well, technically I'm not alive." He chuckled.

I gave him a puzzled look. "What do you mean?"

"Well, Esme saved me. She said I was almost gone, but when you used your last breath begging to save me, she had to. I owe her my life now."

I hugged Esme and gave her a quiet thank you. We walked back to the house and met with the others. We sat around and they answered questions for dad and I.

"So, tell us more about what happened when you touched Edward." Carlisle spoke.

"I dont know how to explain it. He kept thinking about what happened and I pulled it from him. He couldn't help it. I guess if I touch someone I can pull any information from them."

"That is extrodinary."

"All I can say is it was freaky how she done it. I couldn't stop her." Edward chimed in.

"Well, looks like our Bella has some special abilities. Even some to calm down our Major and grizzly bear." Esme laughed.

"Well, I try. Oh!" I almost forgot about the guys arriving in a week to visit.

"What is it?" Emmett asked.

"The guys. They will be coming in a week to visit when they hit state side."

"Don't worry about it. I emailed them for you and done set everything up. Jasper and I will be going to pick them up next week and bringing them here."

"Emmett, thank you."

I couldn't believe this man was now mine. How I would be enjoying spending eternity with him.
