14. Chapter 14

Clary POV

"He's an ass. He shook me and hit me. He called me things. He called me a lot of things." My voice trembles with fear and anguish and hate. My voice trembles. I will ruin him and he will hate me back but I will ruin him. Make nobody love him as nobody loves me. As nobody ever will.

"I will ruin you Jace Lightwood. I will." He looks at me with fear. I smile.

Fear. An emotion I know too much about.

He looks at me with hate.
