Smackdown October 6th, 2006

Mr. Kennedy comes out and cut a promo about his match with the Undertaker but Teddy Long comes out and says on the mic. That right now he shouldn't be worrying about the undertaker. Because He going to defend the United States Championship right now. That is when Matt Hardy's music play and Matt come out.

Matt Hardy wins the United States Championship from Mr. Kennedy. After the Undertaker's music played. Distracted Kennedy long enough for Matt to roll him up. After the match, the Lights go off and they come back on. The Undertaker appears right behind Kennedy. The Undertaker attacks Kennedy and beats the hell out of him. Undertaker Choke slams and tombstones him. The Undertaker's music plays, and he walks to the back.

Matt is backstage during an interview with Crystal. Matt talks about how he's been a multiple-time tag team champion with his brother Jeff, how he's been a Hardcore Champion, a European champion, and a Cruiserweight Champion but he's never been the United States champion. He says this is one of the biggest moments of his career. That's when Gregory Helms comes up and claps. Graduates Matt on winning the United States title. But Gregory Helms warns him not to forget about their match at no mercy. The reason he didn't come out and cost him, the match is because he wants a shot at the United States Championship. He spoke. You want a shot at the United States title. Matt said, holding the belt up. Well, you got it." Matt said. Gregory Helms tells Matt that he'll see him at no mercy.

Teddy Long announces tonight that the pick-your-poison matches are canceled. Teddy announces that tonight King Booker will defend the world title against Batista. And Bobby Lashley faces Finley in the main event Tonight. Teddy says that Finlay and Regal are banned from the ringside and so is Lashley for the world title match. Teddy also makes the tag team title match at no mercy a triple threat tag team match. Between Paul London and Brain Kendrick and the Pit Bulls Jamie Noble and Kid Cash and KC James and Idol Stevens.

Sylvester Terray with Elijah Burke beat Vito

Mr. Kennedy is a backstage interview by Crystal, but he grabs the mic and cuts a three-minute promo on The Undertaker.

Michelle McCool Beat Ashley Massaro. But after the match a brawl Between London and Kendrick and Jamie Noble and Kids Cash and KC. James and Idol Stevens break out. Security comes out to break up the fight and pull them apart, but they keep fighting. The bawl lasted for 5 minutes until finally, they were able to break them up.

Batista beat King Booker to win the world championship with the Batista Bomb.

King Booker goes backstage and argues with Teddy saying he wants a rematch. Teddy makes the main event for no mercy into a fatal 4-way elimination match for the world heavyweight title! Between Bobby Lashley, Batista, King Booker, and Finley. Booker says. Fine, he doesn't care as long as he gets a title shot.

Tatanka is backstage when he's approached by Sylvan Grande. Sylvan calls Tatanka a loser and makes fun of the losing streak he's been on. He says he can't win a match to save his life. Tatanka gets angry and challenges Sylvan Grande to a match at No Mercy. Sylvan Grand accepts Tatanka's challenge. And say there no way I going to lose to a loser like you." Tatanka slaps him in the face and punches him a few times but Sylvan punches him back. The two of them fight but the wrestlers break the fight up and pull them away from each other.

MVP comes out and cut a promo for five minutes after that his music play and he walks to the back.

Gregory Helms goes into Teddy's office and forfeits the Cruiserweight Championship. Helms says. He wants the United States Championship. Helms tells Teddy that he doesn't need the Cruiserweight title anymore. Teddy tells him then give him the belt!" Helms gives the belt to Teddy.

Scotty 2 Hotty beat Simon Dean

Teddy Long brings William Regal to his office and tells him he has a match for him at no mercy against a mystery opponent. Regal asks. "Who is he wrestling?" Teddy tells him he going to have to wait and see. Regal says. He going to beat whoever he wrestling to a bloody pub. He speaks. He destroys him and makes him wish he was never born. Teddy says. That king Booker and Him and Batista are banned from ringside during the match between Bobby Lashley and Finlay. Regal says Finlay will take care of Lashley, just like the king will win back the world title! Regal says. Just beat whoever Teddy book him in a match against." Regal tells him to have a nice day and walks away. And Teddy says good luck in his match because he going to need it. Regal turns back and looks at Teddy and then walks off.

Batista has an interview with Crystal about him winning back the world championship. Dave talks about everything he had to go through to win the world title and is happy to be the world champion and thanks god for letting him get the title he never back. Bobby Lashley comes up to him and they hug. Bobby Graduates Dave and says he deserves it but lets him know that coming for that belt and going to be the next world champion. Dave jokes and I bet 50 dollars that beat your ass at no mercy. Booby agrees to take that bet and says we see. They hug again and Bobby walks away.

Rey Mysterio comes out and cuts a promo talking about his match with Chavo. And how Chavo turned on him and cost him the world title. Then talks about how Vicki turned on him too. That's when Chavo Guerrero and Vickie came out. Chavo cuts a promo and says, the reason why he did it was that he couldn't stand the fact that Rey won the Royal Rumble and the world championship. Chavo said it should have been him. The reason he turned on him was so he could make it up the ladder, by eliminating Rey Mysterio. Vicky says after Eddie died. She became financially broke, and she needed the money. Rey says. Why didn't she come to him? and says he could have help. She snaps and says she wasn't going to be some charity case. Rey Then says at no mercy he's going to kick Chavo's ass. Drops the mic and Rey's music play as Chavo walks to the back with Vicky.

Teddy announces seem how Gregory Helms forfeits the Cruiserweight title. There is going to be a tournament for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship starting next week on SmackDown. Teddy says.

Bobby Lashley beat Fit Finlay in the main event of smack down.
