Tsuna peered towards inside the ward room, his brown hair popped out from the ajar of the door. Smiling towards the black haired man that still sleeping on the bed. He step in slowly, didn't want to wake the raven up. He placed the basket full of fruits and some flowers on the table beside the bed carefully. He take the flowers and arranged it at the empty vase that he found on the cabinet that attached at the wall beside the door. The room also equipped with a small bathroom at the right of the entrance door, an air conditioner and a set of couches beside the sliding windows.
A very comfortable one, for the brunet liking when he asked the hospital staff to find one for him. His friend is working at here gave him reassured look when he panicked frantically when the black haired man that he just found being send to the Intensive Care Unit or ICU to be exact for operation to remove the bullet at his stomach and his thigh.
He sighed happily when his friend, Ryohei, gave him the news that the raven's operation is successful despite the bleeding. The older man pat the brunet shoulder and give him a reassured smile to calm him up.
"He extremely okay for now, you don't have to worry, Sawada." After he said that, he gave one last patted on the brunet shoulder and leave.
After confirming the ward with the nurse, he then return to his house soon after.
Tsuna let out a small sigh when looking at the raven now. His face quiet peaceful when he sleep like this, with his hair that fallen on his face, with a scar that decorated his face, with his almost knitted brows, with his long eyelashes, with his slightly paled tanned skin, he looked handsome too. Tsuna smiles to himself with his thought.
After waiting for another five minutes and make sure that the raven will not waking up anytime soon, Tsuna take out a small paper note that laying inside one of the drawer when he found that small vase earlier, writing dawn some note, then walk his way out of the room after that.
His eyes fluttered open, he felt a presence that just take a leave not long before his wake. He sigh slowly, feeling the pain in his stomach and his thigh when he want to move to the side. Turn to his side, he look at the basket that full of fruits that not been there this morning when one of the nurse come and gave him his medicine but run away not long after that due to his deadly scowl that he shot at her. There also a vase too, with small orange roses and a piece of paper like a note that slipped under that vase. Note? He take the paper and fold it open.
How are you feeling now? Are you okay?
Please eat this fruits, it's still fresh I presume because I just go and buy it up just for you this morning at the market. I hope you like them.
And don't forget to eat your medicine even I'm sure the nurse will take care of that.
I'll visit you again this afternoon, so see you then.

"Who are you? My mother?" He huffed and place the note dawn beside the vase back. His hand reach one of the fruits that being arrange beautifully inside the basket. Take a bite of the apple, he lay dawn again slowly. Who is this Tsuna guy anyway? He ask himself while slowly chewed at the apples in his mouth. His memory from yesterday was a bit hazy. After a chase-tug-game between him and a group of other mafia gang, he manage to take care almost all of them when he suddenly being shot at his thigh and his stomach to prevent him from running away by their sniper. Unfortunately for him, his subordinate not with him at that time due to their another mission too. Much to his annoyance, he finished them all in one go.
After he manage to run away to the small alleyway from the up-an-coming back-up the enemy is send over, he suddenly collapse when his leg gave in to the pain. And due to his blood loss, he almost fainted when he heard a small voice and a mop of brown hair looking at him with him brown almost orange orbs that manage to prevent him from running away again.
Not really remembered how the other looks because soon after they heard a siren of the ambulance, he fainted and trusted his life to this someone that willingly come and help him. And now, this note. He let out a laugh as he finished his apples on his hands and throw the small portion left to the waste basket near the table. Even for almost of the time, he's too lazy to care at his surrounding anyway. As he closed his eyes, a small smile forming at his lips decorating his face, he were hoping for the better view at his next awake. A thing that he never ever hoping to be happen for this life.
Who are you, really?
Tsuna strode slowly inside his coffee shop after going back from hospital, visited the man that he saved yesterday. He pressed his lips into thin line and let out a small sigh.
"Tsuna-nii?" Fuuta's voice calling out startled him and nearly make him jump.
"Oh, Fuuta. What is it? And don't appeared like that again.. ever!" Fuuta flinch slightly at that, knowing his brother inside out, this is his reply when he being disturbed when he is deep in thought. He tilted his head slightly and beamed cutely at his brother.
"May I know what is in my awesome brother's head?" rather than answering, he asking instead. This time, it's the brunet turn to flinch. Maybe his expression is overly shown? He ruffled his hair sheepishly while grinning.
"It's nothing, Fuuta. I'm just only thinking of something about yesterday, nothing much to worry about." He reach out his hand to Fuuta's head and ruffled it gently while smile softly at his brother. Fuuta just let his brother pamper him while grinning happily. Tsuna rarely act like that, but he know all the way that Tsuna always care for him, love him and always do whatever he thinks was better and the best of all. All that said, he loved his brother a bit too much. He glomp the brunet to his surprise and giggling happily at his brother chest while the brunet just let out a soft sigh and hug him back and patted his back gently.
Kyouya that just walk in lazily and spot the two brothers hugged each others, twitched his eyebrow. Felt himself being let out from the whatever fun their sharing together, he grimace while come closer to the two brothers that still laughing happily and wrap his hand around Tsuna's waist from behind much to the brunet surprise again. He want to shove Fuuta away but Tsuna's hands still hugging the teen, so he just resting his chin on Tsuna's shoulder eying the teen to go away with his eyebrows, but Fuuta just ignore him and buried his face in Tsuna chest deeply to annoy Kyouya. Tsuna just stood between the two, lose to what's going on between them. One of his hand patted Kyouya's hand gently and send a smiles towards the raven that still refused to let him go.
"Kyouya, what are you doing here?" Don't know what to ask, he just let out whatever thing that across his mind. The raven just shrugged his shoulder and kissed the brunet neck tenderly make the brunet shivered as he felt Kyouya's breath and lips over his neck.
"Checking if you are really here." Kyouya gave the teen a winner look that clearly shocked at his doing over his brother. Tsuna let out a small chuckle to the raven answer.
"I'm here still alive and breathing, you know that right?"
Kyouya gave him a nod and a small smiles.
"I know, and I'm glad you did." Nearly a whisper trough his ear, Kyouya stated sending a faint blushed over his cheeks.
The brunet trying to loosening the two grip but cannot do anything at all, he try to shove Fuuta away and shrugged of Kyouya's chin but still trapped between the two. He let out a frustrated sigh when the two start bickering to each other even though he's still in between them.
Mukuro let out a soft yawn and stretched his hands to get rid his sleepiness due to his lack of sleep yesterday, when he found the mop of brown locks being trapped between the smaller brunet and the skylark with their arms around the said brunet much to his annoyance.
"Oya~ oya~ what we have here~?" Mukuro with his playful smirk stride over them and crossed his arms on his chest, although he too wanted to get in that group hug but strained him self with a twitch on his eye. The annoying skylark and the annoying teen just glare at him with their smug smiles announce that they winning the brunet over, and he want to scream loudly over that. Really!
"Just go away, Mukuro-san," Fuuta said to the pineapple hair looking man in front of them much to Mukuro rising annoyance. Kyouya just tilted his head slightly, still at resting his chin on Tsuna's shoulder and kissed the brunet's neck again. "Fuck off, pineapple-head!" Kyouya's growl under his breath enough to make the said man twitched his eyebrows in anger. His mismatched eyes glow bright at the sight.
"Guys!" Tsuna's voice full of authority heard out loud flinched them all, "Kyouya, hands off! Fuuta, you too!" Reluctantly, - almost pouted at Kyouya case but refuse to show it - the two let their hands off slowly.
Kyouya, before his hand left the brunet's waist, he kissed that slender neck...again, ignoring the glare he received from Mukuro. Fuuta just gave a tight hug before pulled himself away from his brother. He want his brother to pamper him much longer, but seeing his brother lose his temper to them, he knows it's not a good idea for now.
"Kufufufu.. can I have my hug too?" Mukuro stepped closer to the brunet, stretched his arms, ready to give Tsuna one warm hug before facing one of Tsuna's fist on his cheek. Fuuta face palmed, you deserve that, pineapple head-san.. he mocked the pineapple-headed stupidness.
"And I told you that it's enough isn't it?" Tsuna's brown orbs flickered with orange hue with his fist at his side.
"Not fair~!" Mukuro whimpered ignoring the pain at his cheek, "I want my hug too~" and he continue with his whine that echoed trough around cafe', and they're actually lucky because there are no customers yet at the moment. Tsuna sighed for the nth time.
Without looking to the overly acting pineapple-head *cough* Mukuro, Tsuna gone to the kitchen to make a double check to his pastry. He faintly heard Fuuta's straining laugh to Mukuro's antics and Kyouya swore to bite him to death if he didn't stop his act.
'I'm glad that you all are my friends.' With happy smile, he start preparing his pastry.
A soft knocking sound echoing through the room and not long after that, a mop of brown hair popped in at the opening door smiling brightly. A scowl look still plastered at that face welcoming the brunet without even saying anything.
"Scum." The raven said with his bored face welcoming the young man.
"Err.. my name is Tsunayoshi, can I know yours?" Tsuna asked the raven and take a sit beside the bed and place the paper bag that he brought with him at the table that still have the fruits basket that he brought earlier.
"Xanxus." The raven answered lazily. He sat at the head of the bed, resting his head on the pillow. He look so bored to Tsuna's eyes.
"So, Xanxus-san, do you want to eat?" The brunet ask him while take out a container from the paper bag that he placed at the table earlier, "I brought you something," he open the lid of the container at give it to the raven, "here," he place the warm container on Xanxus hand that refuse to take it, "I'm not sure what is it that you like to eat, so I just cooked you some random things. I hope you like it!" Tsuna send his warm smile to the raven to ease his tense up. He know the fact that the raven not trusted at him yet, but he didn't really care about that. He know, the raven just being cautious towards his, that's all.
Xanxus stare at the food at his hand. He gulped at the nice smell they gave him. He want to strain him self from eating the food that being shoved to his very face, but, look like he lost to the nice smell of the food. Without so much delay, he take the omelet that rolled beautifully yellow and shove it to his mouth. His eyes wide for the tasty that he almost missed. Take a small breath and he devour them all.. almost instantly.
Tsuna chuckled softly when he saw the raven taken quiet liking to his food, he smiles gladly. He then pour the coffee that he just brew earlier from the small thermos that he brought together to the small cup and hand it to Xanxus that still eat quietly and at fast pace too.
"Please eat slowly, Xanxus-san," Tsuna trying to hold his laughter when he saw some of rice grain on Xanxus cheek. "I can bring it to you too tomorrow, that.. if you like it.." Xanxus gave him a glare before give him the already empty container.
"Thank you," almost a whisper, he take the cup of coffee from Tsuna's hand and drink it slowly. He already shocked at the deliciousness taste of the meal, and now, this coffee too. Even he is not fond of the coffee itself, but this coffee is really tasty, quiet to his liking if he want to admit it (but it didn't happen, right? this is Xanxus we are talking about after all xD).
"You're welcome." Tsuna beamed again, sending an imaginary flowers over to Xanxus that still with his scowl. The brunet didn't even flinch at him, much to his surprise actually.
"So, what's the doctor said to you? How much longer did your wound will heal?" The brunet that still smiles ask him.
"Around two weeks for fully healing, but I can't wait that much longer. I have to get out in three days, I still have 'work' to do." With annoyed face he answer the brunet. Tsuna's eyes getting wider at the raven answer.
"What?!"
"Huh?" not sure for the question itself, Xanxus narrowing his eyes to the brunet, an annoyed decorated his voice.
"What work? Why did you have to get out? You need to go to work in this state? I'm not allow it!" Tsuna try to restrained him self from shouting, remembering him self that they still at the hospital.
"It's not even your business, scum!" Xanxus closed his eyes leaning at his pillow, ignoring the brunet that still fuming with anger.
"But you still wounded!" he can't stop from showing dejected look all over his face. He sighed.
"I'm not lose to this pathetic wound, scum." Xanxus stated. Tsuna huffed. He know, he can't win to this stubborn man. He know that, but still...
"So, I'll come and see you everyday until then!" Tsuna cheer up. He know, he can do that much actually. But still, he want to. Even though the raven is not someone that he knows for long, he still feel that he can't let the said man alone. Xanxus open his eyes slowly and glance at the brunet that go back to his cheerful self, much to his liking, and huffed. But still nod his head, giving his permission.
After that for three days, Tsuna always come with his home-made cook meal and his fresh brewed coffee. He delighted face shown every time he show up at the door to visit his new friend. Xanxus, just let himself being pampered too much by the brunet. The times that he spent here even if it short, he take a liking to the said brunet for his hospitality and warm smiles that he always wear at his face. Not the one that like always plastered at all the mafia bosses that he despised so much, the fake one. But, this brunet with his genuine and innocent face opened up and reach up his hand to him, pull him towards his warm world that he know he can't stay for much longer.
The wound heal quiet faster too. So, at the third day, he already readying him self with his former cloths that Tsuna patch up for him. Not he didn't want to throw the cloths, but respected the brunet's hard work. He let a small sigh, stretching his still sore muscles that being trapped in this room for four days. He want to get out of this place faster, but remembering his promise with the small brunet he just have to suppress his anger at his enemy later. Right?
When he want to wear his jacket, a small knock heard at the door. He know that sound, it's him. A mop of brown hair with a pair of brown ayes popped out at the slight ajar door. Xanxus already used to that pattern, gave him a smirk.
"Are you really okay, Xanxus-san?" Worried tone come out from the brunet with slight pout at his cute (Xanxus don't want to admit it him self) face. Xanxus patted the brunet soft brown locks.
"Its okay already."
Tsuna just let out a small sigh. Don't have a strength to argue already, he nodded much to his dejected that shown clearly at his eyes.
"This is my number, you can gave me a call anytime when you like. I'll come immediately when I'm around." He shoved a piece of paper to Tsuna's hand. Shocked, Tsuna beam a smile, a really bright one, almost blinding Xanxus eyes. He almost don't believe to what he heard actually, due to the raven personality or maybe his work? (yeah, me too, didn't believed it either...but screw that~ xD)
Tsuna too, write down his phone number and gave it to Xanxus, "here, my number. You can call me anytime too!"
Xanxus just give him a nod after look at the line of number at the paper, burn it to crisp when the brunet back facing him. He didn't want the brunet to be in danger because of him after all (aww~ Xanxus being generous here!-sobs-), but still he remember clearly at the number that been written just for him earlier.
After small bickering at who will settled the bill at the hospital front desk, Tsuna just give up when Xanxus treated the nurse to take his credit card with his gun. He gave the raven a paper bag that he brought earlier, with strained smile. Not want to admit that this is the last time he can see the raven's face before he gone to his own world, Tsuna made a meal that he knows the raven will love it. He hold a tears that about to burst out from his eyes with his smiles. Wave a hand to the raven back until he disappear.
For Xanxus, he really don't want to be seen with Tsuna, especially his enemy, take the paper bag and walked faster to the nearest alleyway. He didn't want to see Tsuna's sad eyes too. He just hope the brunet will not facing any danger soon just because of him.
"Voiii! Stupid Boss! Where are you hiding till now?!" Squalo shout out loud at his ear ended up with a kick to the shark's head.
"Shut up, trash!"
"Ushishishi... welcome back, Boss!" Belphegor greet him with his usual creepy laugh.
"Bel-senpai being creepy again." Fran with his monotone voice mocked the prince that ended up with Belphegor's knife at his frog hat.
"That hurt, Bel-senpai~" Fran shot him a lazy glare.
"Shut up, peasant! The prince can do anything that he want, shishishi!"
"Boss, I'm glad you finally here!" Levi-A-Than gave a him his ever creepy grin much to his annoyance.
"Boss!" Mammon greet him from up in the air, not he really care.
"Boss~ we are glad that you still alive. We all worried for not received any news from you this past few days, we are you actually?" Lussuria being as 'gentle' as ever with his 'worried' look and his finger at his chin. Xanxus just brush them off and continue his walk.
"You don't have to know, scum!" He replied with his scowl look that sending a question mark to all of his squad member. To their look, it's not the usual scowl look that he ever shown, but more to his happy look when they almost saw their boss smirk.
What happen in these few days, actually?
And they will find out when they see their boss brought a paper bag at his hand. Where is that paper bag coming from? Who is the lucky bastard that gave it to their beloved boss? They will find it out. They will and they swore.
And now, I already forgot the day that I'm falling into your love over and over...again
And.. I'm glad that I do.
