Two chapters posted in two days? Whaaaaaaaat?

. . .

Sasuke walked outside and closed the door, leaving me and hius brother alone together. He turned to face me and raised a perfectly shaped eyebrow at me. "So you're the one Sasuke keeps talking about." He looked me up and down as if he were sizing me up. "I guess I understand.." I stared for a long while. Why would Sasuke be talking about me to hi s brother? I blushed lightly and looked down at my feet.

"What kind of stuff was he saying?" I looked back up and he was staring at me, this time squinting slightly. "I-I mean, I only just met him officially today, so he couldn't have said much of anything." I looked back down, feeling my face turning red. If he was trying to scare me or something, it was working pretty well. I couldn't help but squirm under his gaze.

He stared for a moment before shrugging a bit. "He's always coming home and showing me his drawings of you. I swear he knows your face better than he knows mine." He scoffed a bit and crossed his arms. "There was only one person he did that with , but we aren't allowed to talk about him." He straightened himself up. "Never mind that. Just watch after him at school. He needs it."

I opened my mouth to say something, but was interrupted by Sasuke walking back in, shivering from what must be the cold."S-Sorry..." He closed the door and rubbed his arms to warm up. "I didn't realize it had snowed." He automatically rested against Itachi's side as if it were second nature to him. "S-So... What were the two of you talking about?"

I rubbed the back of my neck and laughed softly, shrugging a bit. "You know, just..." Itachi glared at me while holding Sasuke. I flinched back and looked at Sasuke. "Getting to know each other." He smiled at me and nodded, hugging Itachi lightly. "So..." I kicked the ground awkwardly, not knowing what else to say.

Itachi sighed and kissed Sasuke's forehead. "I'm going home. Be more careful to remember your inhaler. And you," He looked me up and down before sighing lightly. "Remember what I told you." He rubbed Sasuke's back, who was still shaking slightly, before walking outside and closing the door behind him.

Sasuke blinked at the door before shrugging and rubbing his arms to warm them up. "Do you have a blanket I could use?" His shoulders were shaking from the cold still, even though he was inside. "It's, you know, cold. It snowed earlier, I guess, so it's even colder." He sighed quietly and walked into the living room. I followed after him and went behind the couch, pulling out a blanket and draping it over him.

I sat down next to him and sighed a bit, stretching my back out. "Does your brother always do that when you stay at someone's house?" I looked at Sasuke and saw he was looking down, trying not to look at me. I frowned and moved a bit closer, afraid I had upset him. "I mean, not that it's a problem. I wish I had an older sibling to look after me." He finally glanced up at me and smiled a bit.

He shrugged a bit and sighed a bit. "He's a bit over protective, but I know he means well. Usually." He leaned back against the cushions and snuggled into the blanket. "He didn't say anything to you, did he? He promised he wouldn't be embarrassing." He peeked over the blanket at me and frowned. "He doesn't really know how to handle anyone else besides me or his fiance.."

I shrugged a bit and looked down at my lap. Itachi had told me not to say anything to Sasuke about what he had talked to me about, and I really didn't want to disobey him. "No, he didn't. He just introduced himself, that's pretty much it." I smiled at him and shoved him gently. "Anyway, wanna watch that movie now? It'll help pass the time."

He nodded and cuddled into the blanket more. "Is it funny?" He stretched his legs out and yawned softly. "I like funny movies." He had stopped shivering a while back, but he was still hiding under the blanket as if he were freezing. "It's okay if it's not, but I'd prefer it."

It seemed like things had been a bit more awkward since Kiba ran out. I felt like Sasuke was feeling a bit weird about being alone with me, and I really didn't want him to feel that way. I decided I was going to try and make him a little more comfortable. "Yeah, it's a funny movie. The humour is a little more adult though. I hope that's not a problem."

He shook his head and pulled the blanket up to his nose. "I don't mind." He curled up even more and got comfortable, propping himself up with a pillow behind his back. "Can you make some more popcorn? I'm a little hungry still." He stretched out a bit and yawned again.

I nodded and stood, going into the kitchen and preparing popcorn, pouring it all into the bowl I had used earlier. I walked back in and saw Sasuke sleeping on the couch, curled up tightly in the blanket. "Sasuke..?" I set the bowl down and walked over to him, nudging his shoulder lightly. "Did he really fall asleep?" I murmured to myself, shaking my head slightly. "I suppose I should bring him to bed. "Sighing, I picked him up carefully, noticing how light he was, and carried him to my bedroom. He snuggled against my chest cutely and sighed in his sleep.

I couldn't help but notice how cute he looked while he slept. I could see his eyes fluttering a bit behind his eyelids, and sometimes they wouldn't move at all. His nose twitched every so often and he would shuffle around each time it did. He cheeks were a little pink and his hair fell messily against his rosy cheeks. His lips would occasionally push themselves into a pout.

Glancing up a bit, I realized I had already laid down a bit, having him under the covers rather than on the spare mattress like I had originally planned. Slowly, I moved a bit to get him up and onto the mattress on the floor, but when he let out a soft whine I couldn't help but let him stay with me on the bed. I saw a small smile grace his lips and he curled himself up against my side. I smiled gently and pulled him closer as I started to doze off, hoping he wouldn't be weirded out when he woke up.

. . .

I'm proud of myself for getting this part up too. Go me!
