"shouldn't be that much of surprise. I'm one of the most beautifulest vixen in all of mobious. Not to mention I'm known to charm cute guys like you."

"yeah..." said bean looking at Fiona lovingly. Tails tried to get up once more but Fiona put her left foot on him and kept him down.

"not so fast big guy...what are you doing out here all by yourself?" she asked.

"none of your business." Tails blurted out, trying to get away from the reminder of the girl it took him a long time to get over in the old world.

"now, now, tails, is that anyway to treat a beautiful girl like me?" she said petting the fox on the head once more.

"yeah tails, where's your manners?" bark said.

Tails sighed and gave in. "I'm a bit upset because the chaos emeralds we had at the freedom fighters HQ where lost to a guy named shadow. I gave them up because if I didn't he would beat me into a coma."

"there, now isn't that better?" she said.

"woah, shadow the hedgehog was here?" Bean chimed in.

"yeah..."

"ok, I have to ask who is this shadow the hedgehog?" Fiona asked, holding tails risk making it so he didn't escape.

"Shadow the hedgehog is this bad ass hedgehog. He's black, and powerful."

"and he has the chaos emeralds?"

"yes." Said tails.

"I think we should pay him a visit..." she said.

"uh...I don't know Fiona..." said bark looking nervous (and rightfully so.)

"oh come on bark! We got this, we just gotta believe." Said bean.

"yeah, and who's to say I can't make him give it to us..." said Fiona with an evil smile. "as for you..." she turned her attention to tails.

"sorry to hear about what happen to you. don't worry, I know something that will cheer you up." Said Fiona. Next thing tails knew, Fiona grabbed his face and kissed him right on the lips.

"lucky..." said bean, folding his arms and pouting.

After rubbing noses with him, Fiona let tails face go, leaving him blushing and in shock at what just happened.

"come on boys, let's get going. We have business to take care of."

And so the red fox and her friends walked off into the sunset.

"sonic help me if I have to face her again..." tails said, before heading back to freedom fighters HQ.

"hey buddy you ok? Asked sonic as tails walked in.

"yeah...I just took a jog into the forest to get my mind off of somethings." Tails said.

"You must have been working up a sweat, your face is all red."

"yep."

Tails went to get a drink. "I better not tell sonic about any of this..." he said. As foolish as it may seem, tails didn't want to admit to sonic that he still had a thing for the same person who tore their friendship apart, that and who would believe him that Fiona was here? Who would even remember?

"at least no other people from anti-mobious are here..."
