Sonic took his buddy back to his house, and put him in bed. "rest easy buddy." Sonic said.
"what's wrong with tails?" asked sally.
"he seemed to have snuck out and decided to try to face the abylon's himself or something."
"what? That seems strange, I saw him in her just sitting on his bed, it didn't look like he was going anywhere."
"well, he's not gonna be going anywhere, he's got a bit of a fever." Sonic sighed.
"tails I'm disappointed in you, I just didn't want you to go in case we'd run into her." Said sonic looking at his buddy tails. "
who?" asked sally.
"Fiona fox. I'm worried that she made it into this world and is going to try to break tails heart again, unless she's good."
"I doubt that. It's a bit of my fault, I should have been more accepting of her joining us..." sally said.
"I know, but look at it this way Sally, we're in a whole new world. The least we can do is try to not make mistakes like the one's we made in the old one."
"you're right..." said sally. Sonic headed back to HQ to talk to silver.
"so what did you want to talk to me about?" asked sonic.
"you know you're super-sonic form?" asked silver.
"yeah, what about it?" Silver pressed his watch and showed a video hologram of super-sonic. Super-sonic had red eyes, and was attacking and destroying buildings, causing people to scream and panic.
"I saw this in one of the futures I visited." Said silver.
"so it's a bad guy, super-sonic?" said sonic.
"yeah. I came here because I'm worried that this may happen in this world."
"I don't know silver, I usually have control over super-sonic when I turn into him."
"well, this super-sonic didn't act like you, and seemed like it was its own character. I would watch and keep yourself in check when changing into him. Sorry if I'm sounding rude here sonic, but if something happens that causes super you to turn evil, we're doomed."
"relax silver, I'll keep myself in check, I have no reason to turn into super anyway anytime soon, I only did it shortly to get rid of the babylon's."
"very well then. Mind if I hang out around here for a while?"
"sure, why not?" said sonic.
Tails awoke, but not in the bed or on the island. He found himself up in a tree. He looked around, his clothes were different, in fact, he wasn't wearing much of anything other than a few bands on his legs and arms and a loincloth. Tails tried recalling what happen before he passed out, he remembered trying to tell sonic what happened, but not begin too successful at it. He also recalled when he started feeling ill.
"this has got to be a fever dream." Said tails.
In his mind it just had to be. How could tails just go from explaining to sonic what happened (or trying to anyway) to begin in some wired tribal outfit.
"I suppose I mind as well go exploring around." Said tails.
"I just gotta keep in mind this is a dream..." Tails got down from the tree and looked around. He seemed to be in a village. Houses were made out of sticks and other things.
"hey tails." Tails turned to see a green hedgehog in the same clothing as him approach him. "uh...hey...um...uh..."
"manic." Said the green hedgehog.
"oh right, manic. Sorry."
"it's fine, I'd forget someone's name to with the big news that's been spreading around in the tribe. Rumor has it that mina and ash broke up."
Tails couldn't help but feel happy to hear her name. True the two weren't close, but she was nice, and tails bet that if the two spent time together a bit more, they would get along. Of course, though, mina was a rock star, so that was hard to do.
"this is great. No offense to ash, but everyone in the tribe knows mina is the most beautiful girl in the village. Now I'd love to stay and chat, but I think I'll try to comfort her." He said running off.
"ok." Said tails.
"huh, maybe this dream won't be so bad..." Thought tails.
Manic looked around and saw mina crying. He was about to approach her when a net fell on him.
"hey!" he said. Ash then ran out and went to mina.
"mina look-"
"no ash! I never want to see you again!" she said, running off.
"rrrrrrrrrr" ash responded.
"hey don't act like you had this coming, you were a bit controlling."
"quite you green colored twat!" shouted ash. Mina ran back to amy's hut. Amy was expecting her and let her in.
"let it out mina, there's nothing wrong with crying." She said.
"I just don't understand amy...why did he have to be like that? Why did ash have to be such a jerk!" she said crying.
"he just wasn't' the right one for you. You want to find a gentleman, you want someone who will make you feel happy and will cuddle with you."
Mina was about to say something, but at the time, she saw tails walking by. Mina and tails weren't that close, but she's heard stories about the little fox.
"what about tails?" she said. Amy smiled.
"wise choice. Tails is a gentlemen alright. Yeah he's shy, but cute guys are shy."
"only problem is that me and him haven't really spent time with each other or anything like that."
"I have an idea that will change that..." said amy.
"hey tails!" said sonic.
"hey sonic." Tails said back. sonic was in the same loincloth with markings here and there.
"you gotta come check this out." He said. Tails went to sonic, and he saw a giant boar, dead of course.
"caught this one in the forest. Big guy, but I caught him." He said.
"cool." Said tails. "say you feeling alright? You seem a bit off today." said sonic.
"yeah I'm fine, just a little tired that's all."
"alright, well try to wake up a bit buddy. I want to go hunting with you later on." Sonic said, patting tails on the back.
"alright." Said tails, trying to sound excited, when really, he was very nervous.
"no offense sonic but hopefully I'm awake in my world by then." He thought.
Tails started walking back when he heard someone call him. It was mina.
"hey tails." she said, approaching him. tails couldn't help but feel stair a bit. The Rockstar mina from the old world was now a tribal member with loincloth clothing and a 2 piece top. Tails also understood why people fell for her looks, as she had beautiful long purple hair that seemed soft enough to cuddle and sleep in.
"uh hey mina." Tails said.
"I need your help." She said.
"I've been practicing to be a shaman."
"A shaman?" asked tails.
"yeah, someone who works on potions and cures. I was hoping you'd help me test out this one potion."
"ok." Said tails.
thought this seemed dangerous, this was a dream in tails mind, so why not? That and dream or no dream tails didn't want to hurt or disappoint someone who was and seemed so nice, even with her protective boyfriend. The two headed back to mina's house.
Tails took a seat in a chair made out of bamboo sticks. "here it is. Amy gave it to me, she said she found the ingredients in her potion book, but what the potion's name was or what it did was torn off. She wants me to give this to someone and see what it does."
"you sure this is safe?" said tails.
"I'm positive." Said mina, handing the potion bottle to tails.
"well, here goes nothing..." he said.
He drank the potion, but instantly wanted to throw it up. It tasted horrible, like medicine, but alas, he swallowed it. "bleh." Said tails.
"so, feel anything?" asked mina
. "no..." It didn't take long though, 10 seconds after tails drank it he started shrinking. He didn't stop till he was the size of the tails doll.
"uh...mina...I think we got a problem."
"just look at you! you look so adorable!" she said, picking up the now naked and small fox hugging him. tails cloth and other items shrunk off him, and he couldn't help but blush as mina cuddled him.
"uh mina?" he said.
"oh right, so let's see here...this is a shrinking potion...let's go ask amy if she has any ingredients to fix this." She said petting the now small fox.
